Position purpose
As part of the reinforcement of our German organization, Actemium (VINCI Energies) is looking for a Project Manager through internal mobility to take responsibility for industrial projects, ensuring technical excellence, financial control and customer satisfaction.
This role is critical to strengthening the local team and supporting the execution of current and upcoming projects, mainly within the automotive industry, while offering an excellent opportunity for professional development within the Group.
Key responsibilities
Manage industrial projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality.
Act as the main point of contact with customers and lead project meetings autonomously.
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project performance and report progress to local management.
Provide technical support to the local organization when required.
Occasionally contribute to technical activities such as:Preparation or modification of technical proposals.
Basic design or drawing tasks using AutoCAD.
Be present on customer sites when needed for meetings, follow-up or minor technical adjustments.
Initial scope:
Upon joining, the Project Manager will be directly involved in two ongoing automotive projects with Audi, assuming project and technical responsibilities under the supervision of the local manager.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education &amp; experience
Technical background (Engineering, Mechanics, Automation or similar).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, not mandatory.
Technical skills
Project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
AutoCAD knowledge is highly valued.
Languages
Fluent German is mandatory.
English is an advantage.

Vos activités principales seront les suivantes :
La gestion technique de chantiers qui vous seront attribués par le conducteur de travaux ;

Le respect des directives, normes et règlements notamment en matière d’hygiène, de sécurité et de législation sociale et environnementale ;
La définition des besoins en matériels et en matériaux à partir du dossier transmis par le service études de prix ;
Les échanges avec les fournisseurs, les clients et les sous-traitants tout au long de l'opération ;
Le suivi technique des travaux et l'accompagnement dans la recherche de solutions aux difficultés rencontrées ;
La remontée d'information, auprès du conducteur de travaux, sur l'avancée du chantier.

Profil :

As a Civil Works Superintendent on the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will schedule, coordinate, and supervise production and workforce engaged on your assigned area of the project.
The Hampton Roads Connector Partners JV (HRCP), consisting of Flatiron, Dragados USA, and VINCI Construction Grands Projets USA, has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project –the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
The project scope across a 9-mile section of I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing to accommodate 8 lanes across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges, and the addition of a third lane in each direction on I-64. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels are bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the end of 2027.

Supervises assigned project work and liaises between field engineering, estimating, and workforce to ensure
project compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs, and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews
daily work schedule with direct reports, and provides input for weekly/monthly schedule updates based on
project feedback.
Reviews and understands the project specifications to support job setup activities. Works with work crews,
field engineers and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas on the job site.
Presents production work plan during initial project meeting to ensure all project crews and leaders are in
alignment.
Coordinates with the internal equipment team and external vendors to ensure that the project is equipped with
appropriate equipment and material quantities to complete production within the assigned budget and
schedule.
Forecasts the work schedule to identify possible issues and provides technical or scheduling support
recommendations to mitigate production issues.
Provides technical input to identify and resolve project risks, including construction methods, work plan, material requirements, safety, and schedule activities. Documents daily activities and meeting notes using
Company-approved document methods.
Coordinates with internal and external departments to ensure all mandated inspections are completed
within the requested timeframes.
Supports and promotes strict adherence to safety and process controls regarding operating equipment,
worksite safety and documentation requirements.
Supervises subcontractor production and workforce regarding assigned project work. Recommends work
schedule or work-method adjustments regarding subcontractor activities, as needed.
Coordinates projects close out activities in line with project standards and Owner checklist requirements.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling), with at least 3+ years of management experience required.
Valid Driver’s License.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
Strong leadership capability with internal drive to mentor and grow internal talent.
Advanced knowledge of the construction site equipment operation and maintenance
requirements.
Advanced knowledge of construction site safety protocols and proven ability to enforce the project safety programs.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract-specific plans and specifications.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamental geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Missions
Sous la direction du Directeur Financier de Northwest Parkway, vous serez un acteur clé dans la gestion financière de cette infrastructure stratégique. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :

Position Overview
The VIE Project Coordination role within VINCI Highways will support the development and tendering of large-scale express lanes (toll road) projects procured as Public-Private Partnerships (PPP/P3) in the United States.
Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, the role focuses on project coordination and management support during the bidding of a major toll road project. The position offers direct exposure to complex infrastructure procurements and involves close coordination between VINCI Highways (Developer) and consortium members, including engineering designers, construction joint ventures, and technical, commercial, financial, insurance, and legal advisors, within a multidisciplinary and international environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
P3 Project Coordination &amp; Management Support
Support day-to-day activities during the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase, ensuring effective information flow and alignment across technical, commercial, financial, and legal workstreams

Participer aux éventuelles négociations techniques et commerciales,

En phase travaux :

Issu d’une formation Bac+5 type ingénieur Génie Civil, vous disposez d’une expérience d’une dizaine d’années en gestion de projets dans le secteur des travaux maritimes en France et/ou export.

Accounting &amp; Treasury
Ensure the reliability of the local entity’s accounts and the preparation of financial, accounting, and tax documents in compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
Supervise invoice accounting, preparation of social and tax declarations, production of quarterly and annual accounts in line with Group rules, and third‑party payments.
Prepare monthly cash‑in forecasts.
Ensure the preparation of progress payment statements in accordance with contracts.

Management Control
Ensure management control and preparation of monthly reporting in coordination with the project management.

The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the beginning of 2027.

Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Engineer specializing in mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, design, and execution of MEP construction. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.
Reviewing vendor drawings, product submittals, and material specs to ensure they comply with complex project requirements and compliance.
Review and track design packages’ status, generates, and follows up with the request for information (RFIs) or field change requests.
Perform quantity take offs for cost estimates, payment applications, and schedule updates.
Conducts construction site inspections to verify that mechanical equipment—such as large compressors, pumps, piping, others are installed correctly, aligned properly, and safely.

The CAD Technician will be responsible for supporting the methods engineers and wider engineering and construction teams with AutoCAD and Revit drafting activities. The engineering team will focus on providing value for money through innovative design and an industry leading commitment to safety and sustainability through design.
PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
Within the construction engineering department, the CAD Technician specific areas of responsibility are the following: 
Prepare 2D Drawings on AutoCAD and 3D models in Revit: construction sequences, site installation drawings, RC detailed drawings for temporary structures, steel working platforms, formworks, shoring, scaffolding
Perform excavation drawings and extract cut/fill quantities
Perform quantity take-offs, preparation of Bill Of Quantities 
Control drawings of proprietary formwork systems received from external supplier and adapt or modify to suit site conditions 
Adhere to project quality plan and procedures and provide document controller with the necessary information for upload on the Document Management System

Project Overview:
The Walsh-VINCI Transit Community Partners (WVTCP) Joint Venture consisting of VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Walsh Construction has been selected to construct the $2.9BN Design Build Red Line Extension (RLE) project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). The RLE Mainline Design-Build (MDB) Project will extend the CTA's Red Line by 5.6 miles, extending from the existing terminal at 95th/Dan Ryan south to 130th Street and Doty Avenue.
Responsabilities
As the Schedule Engineer on the $2.9BN Red Line Extension Project (RLE) in Chicago-Illinois, you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling construction activities within a designated area, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve milestone completion dates. This position is fully on site and in office. This position requires an understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling software/tools.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, incorporating all phases from pre-construction to project closeout.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to create accurate schedules with input from stakeholders. Identify critical path and near critical path activities and potential risks; propose mitigation strategies to ensure schedule adherence.
Monitor progress against the schedule and provide regular updates to project teams and management.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align their activities with project schedules.
Conduct schedule impact analysis for changes and deviations from the original plan.
Experience in using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) proficiently to create, update, and analyze schedules.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and scheduling best practices/standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum five (5) years heavy construction scheduling experience
Preferred:
Major in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Ability to summarize and consolidate information effectively both written and verbally.
Confident setting meeting agendas and leading a meeting or call.
Comfortable with programs like Word, Excel, other Microsoft Office Suite programs and information management systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, ACC, or E-Builder.
Organized and able to manage and store documents effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others.
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
Proven skill and ability to identify and mitigate scheduling issues for simple and complex construction projects.
Proficient with the generation and maintenance of cost and resource loaded schedules.
Ability to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work.
Ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Salary Range:
$115,000.00 to $125,000.00

VOS FUTURES MISSIONS :
Rattaché(e) au Directeur d’agence, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’évaluation et la durabilité des structures dont vous avez la responsabilité.


➡️ Piloter les campagnes d’investigations : analyse du besoin client, établissement d'un programme d'investigations (auscultations, inspections, reconnaissances, etc), pilotage de l'ingénieur d'études en charge de la mission terrain ou pilotage de l'équipe terrain, relecture ou rédaction du rapport de diagnostic, contrôle des rendus finaux (plans 2D, scan 3D, photogrammétrie).


➡️ Evaluation structurelle : définition d'un référentiel et d'une méthodologie de recalcul adaptée aux données disponibles (plans, scan 3D, relevés de ferraillage in situ, relevés radar, essais de compression/traction, etc.) pilotage ou réalisation en propre de la modélisation aux éléments finis de l'ouvrage, des vérifications réglementaires ou pseudo réglementaires, synthèse croisée du recalcul et des résultats des investigations et conclusion.


➡️ Conception de solutions de réparation/renforcement : (études de faisabilité, AVP, PRO, DCE, ACT) : choix d'une solution de renforcement adaptée aux contraintes de l'ouvrage (matériaux, environnement, exploitation, etc.) et aux insuffisances constatées : matériau composite collé, précontrainte additionnelle, béton projeté, BFUP (béton fibré ultra haute performance), pilotage ou réalisation en propre du prédimensionnement et/ou dimensionnement, pilotage de la réalisation des pièces graphiques.


➡️ Piloter les affaires : Participer aux réunions de passation, veiller à la qualité des préparations de missions, animer et fédérer l’équipe projet, superviser les prestations, proposer des améliorations de résultat opérationnel ou d’efficacité en respectant la sécurité, la qualité et l’environnement, assurer le contrôle de gestion.

🎓 Issu(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs ou d’une formation de Niveau BAC+5 dans le domaine du Génie Civil/ Bâtiment/ Ouvrages d’art, vous possédez plus de 5 ans d’expérience en Structures (Bâtiment et Génie Civil).

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe dans un contexte international (Belgique, Luxembourg, France, autres…) et vous êtes une personne organisée, structurée, concise avec de bonnes capacités de rédaction et de synthèse.
Permis B obligatoire. Le poste comprend quelques déplacements dans la région.

The Operations and Payroll Manager/Director will oversee the company’s day‑to‑day operations and ensure seamless coordination across functional areas. Reporting to the NUVIA North America CEO, this position will also provide leadership to a small team.
The role requires a hands‑on, operationally focused manager who is comfortable driving a broad range of responsibilities and delivering consistent, high‑quality execution across an expanding business.

• Experience managing complex, multi‑jurisdictional payroll and payroll tax compliance.
• Experience overseeing human resources functions, benefits administration, ACA compliance, and multi‑jurisdictional labor law requirements.
• Direct experience with operating or decommissioning nuclear facilities, Department of Energy nuclear sites, EPC contractors, or other nuclear/renewables/energy sector engagements is an asset.
• Familiarity with NQA‑1 programs, 10 CFR Part 26, and 10 CFR Part 50 requirements is preferred.

Project Overview:
The Walsh-VINCI Transit Community Partners (WVTCP) Joint Venture consisting of VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Walsh Construction has been selected to construct the $2.9BN Design Build Red Line Extension (RLE) project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). The RLE Mainline Design-Build (MDB) Project will extend the CTA's Red Line by 5.6 miles, extending from the existing terminal at 95th/Dan Ryan south to 130th Street and Doty Avenue.
As the Materials Coordination Lead on the $2.9BN Red Line Extension Project (RLE) in Chicago-Illinois, you will be responsible to schedule, review, track, and coordinate the material documentation, including test reports, to demonstrate project conformance with the Contractor’s Quality Management System and Contract requirements relating to permanent materials and materials put into place for temporary use by the CTA.
Responsabilities
Apply the project rules and be proactive in terms of Health and Safety when visiting site or at the office.
Support the implementation of the Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control Processes on the project, particularly all processes related to the assurance of materials.
Develop, manage, maintain, and supervise material tracking logs.
Coordinate with the construction area managers and the project engineers to ensure materials documentation is received, logged, and uploaded to CTA’s Project Website per contract requirements, including product datasheets, certifications, and other required material submittals outlined in the technical specifications.
Manage the Buy America Build America process.
Review and technically interpret material test results.
Coordinate with internal and external project teams for resolution of material related quality issues.
Participate in pre-activity meetings and regular progress meetings to develop understanding of current and upcoming work.
Maintain QC document records and perform self-audits of hard copy and electronic records.
Build a good and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders, including the CTA Owner Representative Quality personnel.
Promote WVTCP’s Right First-Time culture by developing, sharing, and presenting Lessons Learned, Toolbox Talks, Quality Bulletins.
Ensure the MIR/MT forms and supporting documents are compiled by the operations staff and report on any delinquent documents.
Review MIR/MT forms for completeness, log and upload to CTA eBuilder site.
Assist with follow-up and close out of material related deficiencies.
Participate in site walks focusing on material delivery, storage, and use.
Participate with project closeout and punch list inspections and project meetings, as needed and as they relate to materials&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Valid Driving License to drive in the state of Illinois.
Ability to write and review reports, procedure manuals, processes.
Ability to collect and review technical content of materials certificates and associated datasheets.
Well organized, flexible, detail-oriented and multi-tasked.
Knowledge and experience of working to FTA, IDOT, and ASTM standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Proficiency in quality management through Document Control Systems.
Ability to gather, analyze, evaluate, and take decisions based on facts.
Can deliver reports in an objective, clear, and comprehensive manner.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
Is good at building relationships and can influence effectively.
Can demonstrate initiative and resilience.
Quality subject matter expertise and proven track record in Quality Control
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
Experience relevant to transportation projects would be an asset.
Experience in a similar role, e.g. lab manager, materials technician, etc.… and knowledge of the Buy America Build America requirements would be an asset.
Certified as a Quality professional, e.g. ASQ certification
Salary Range:
$100,000.00 to $130,000.00

Position Summary
The Azure Administrator is responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments. Perform routine maintenance, patching, backup management, and disaster recovery operations (ASR, Backup Vaults).

Security &amp; Compliance
Implement Azure security best practices including policies, blueprints, and conditional access.
Manage encryption, key vaults, managed identities, and compliance configurations.
Work with security teams to maintain adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
Automation &amp; Optimization
Automate deployments using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or Azure CLI/PowerShell.
Improve cloud efficiency through cost management (budgets, tagging, right‑sizing).

Rattaché(e) au conducteur de travaux, vous intervenez en autonomie sur les missions suivantes :
-        Encadrer une équipe de 2 à 6 personnes
-        Veiller à la sécurité (équipements et dispositifs)
-        Gérer le chantier : préparation des chantiers, gestion des fournitures, des approvisionnements, …
-        Assurer la préparation du chantier et la lecture de plan
-        Réaliser le traçage de pureaux et les traits carrés
-        Réaliser le support de couverture (contrelattage et lattage)
-        Poser les éléments de couverture (ardoise naturelle, zinc à joint debout)
-        Façonner et poser divers éléments de ferblanterie (chéneaux, faitages arêtiers, entablements, …)
-        Poser des éléments d’isolation thermique (laine de roche, laine de bois, ouate de cellulose,  ….).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes titulaire d’un un CAP ou d’un BEP couvreur éventuellement complété par la mention complémentaire zinguerie ou par le BP couvreur. Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
