About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Working Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of remedial construction sites. You will take ownership of site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality and environmental standards.
You will supervise works including:
Concrete repairs
Steel repairs and strengthening
Carbon Fibre strengthening (FRP)
Hydro-demolition and dry-spray
Temporary works and access solutions
Abrasive blasting and protective coatings
You will lead and manage site crews, oversee subcontractors, and maintain effective communication between the project team and workforce. Leading by example, you will champion a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate site activities and allocate resources to achieve timely and high-quality project delivery
Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues affecting timelines or budgets
Liaise with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment across all stages of the project
Assist in the planning and setup of temporary works, including scaffolding, containment, and access systems
Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries, timesheets, and material usage

About You
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced supervisor who can lead from the front and ensure remedial projects are delivered safely and efficiently. You will bring:
 5–10 years’ supervisory experience in construction or remediation projects
Proven capability delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance
High level of accountability and financial awareness, including tracking productivity and costs
Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works
Experience in marine structures, FRP systems, or specialist
remedial construction (highly regarded)
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Willingness to be site-based and lead by example

• Prepare engineering calculations, cavern development plans, leach schedules, and well program documentation.
• Contribute to geomechanical and well-integrity evaluations to ensure long-term stability of caverns and reservoirs.
• Support diagnostic planning, stimulation design, tool selection, and operational optimization.
• Provide real‑time engineering decision support, including adjusting operational parameters, validating diagnostics, and confirming compliance with the approved drilling, leaching, or workover
program.
• Supervise all critical path operations, including cavern washing cycles, MIT pressure holds and evaluations, workover rig activities, stimulation or cleanout runs, and wellbore intervention steps.
• Participate in or lead daily operational calls, pre-job safety meetings, with field supervisors and vendor crews to ensure alignment on the execution plan, HSE expectations, and risk controls.
• Oversee on‑site performance of rig contractors, leaching teams, wireline services, integrity‑test technicians, and specialized cavern‑operations vendors.
• Manage field‑level technical troubleshooting involving pressure anomalies, leach‑rate deviations, wellbore restrictions, or tool performance issues, coordinating with engineering and geomechanics teams as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and all state/federal storage regulations during field execution, reinforcing stop‑work authority and verifying procedural adherence.
• Work closely with regulatory inspectors during on‑site evaluations, MIT witnessing, or facility inspections, providing technical explanations and documentation as required.

Geostock Sandia, LLC is seeking a motivated Staff Geoscientist to support our established Underground Injection Control (UIC) practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing comprehensive permit applications and technical reports for various UIC well classes, with a focus on [e.g., Class I and
Class VI] wells. This role requires a strong understanding of geology, hydrogeology, and environmental regulations and involves technical analysis, project management, and client communication.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Conduct geologic and hydrogeologic site characterizations for proposed and existing injection well facilities.
• Manage and research site and subsurface data, including well logs, core data, and regional geological information. Evaluate geologic and structural factors to define injection zones, confining zones, and the Area of Review (AoR).
• Prepare detailed technical reports and permit applications in compliance with federal (EPA) and state UIC program requirements. Synthesize geologic, hydrogeologic, geochemical, and geomechanical data to demonstrate that project sites are suitable for injection.
• Perform data management, record-keeping, and reporting related to injection operations and post-injection site care. Design and interpret data from hydrologic testing programs, including aquifer testing and monitoring plans.
• Provide technical support during drilling and well installation, including logging soil and rock cuttings. Assist with regulatory filings, communication with clients, and interface with federal and state agencies.
• Manage project schedules and budgets under the guidance of senior staff and project managers. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, environmental scientists, and other geoscientists.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or Environmental Engineering is preferred.
• Zero to three years of experience in a relevant field, with direct experience on UIC projects preferred. The Vice President of Energy Storage is the company’s senior technical and operational leader for subsurface energy storage assets, including salt caverns, leaching operations, conversion and management of depleted reservoirs, and underground storage of natural gas, NGLs, and hydrocarbons.
This executive will oversee strategy, technical excellence, project execution, regulatory
compliance, risk management, and commercial development across the energy storage business line.
The VP will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee both office‑based work and high‑impact field operations. Responsibilities include defining long‑term storage strategy, managing major capital projects, directing well and cavern operations, developing budgets, guiding client relationships, and ensuring safe and compliant execution of all programs.
Frequent travel may be required to see strategic projects, supervise critical operations, meet clients, and engage with regulatory agencies.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Drive commercial growth through existing and new client engagement, proposal oversight, and development of new service offerings.
• Define and implement long‑term strategy for salt cavern, mined cavern and depleted reservoir storage operations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, on-time engineering and operational services.
• Lead risk assessments and operational readiness reviews for all major projects.
• Maintain the highest HSE standards across office and field environments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and project management teams.
• Oversee engineering design and execution for:
o Salt cavern, mined cavern creation, leaching programs, workovers, integrity testing, and expansions.
o Storage well drilling, completions, recompletions, sidetracks, and workovers.
o Conversion and optimization of depleted reservoirs for gas, NGL, and hydrocarbon storage.
• Oversee preparation of operational reports, economics, project budgets, regulatory filings, and final well/cavern reports.
• Approve detailed drilling, leaching, and workover programs, including well trajectories, stimulation, diagnostics, and equipment selection.
• Ensure consistent application of best practices in cavern stability, geomechanical analysis, well integrity, and reservoir performance.
• Oversee vendor qualification, bid evaluations, and procurement strategies.
• Provide executive oversight for field operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution.
• Direct major operational activities, including:
o Cavern leaching and washing programs
o Mechanical integrity tests
o Storage facility interventions
o Commissioning of new cavern or reservoir storage assets
• Implement KPI tracking, performance improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Represent the company in high‑level stakeholder engagements, regulatory meetings, and industry forums.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of relevant experience, with extensive leadership responsibilities.
• Deep technical expertise in:
o Salt cavern and mined cavern operations, leaching
o Workovers and well integrity
o Natural gas, NGL, and hydrocarbon storage
o Depleted reservoir conversion and management
• Experience in key US storage sites (Mt Belvieu, TX) required.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary technical teams and large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. storage regulations, cavern integrity standards, and industry codes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and support field operations across the U.S.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Le site d’exploitation est implanté dans la plateforme pétrochimique de Lavéra et comprend 3 cavités souterraines de stockage de GPL (Gaz de Pétrole Liquéfié). Elément clé de la logistique pétrolière du Sud Est de la France, il est relié aux
raffineries et usines pétrochimiques de la zone Fos/Lavéra et au Grand Port Maritime de Marseille via un réseau de pipelines. Le site permet également l’expédition de GPL par route et voie ferrée.
Au sein du service Opérations, vous contribuerez par la vigilance et par l’application des différentes consignes à la maîtrise de la production, de la sécurité, de l’hygiène, de l’environnement et de la qualité des produits.
En particulier, vous serez chargé(e) de :
• Conduire et surveiller l’ensemble des installations extérieures de stockage et d’expédition/réception de gaz de pétrole liquéfié ;
• Veiller à l’application sur les différents sites de l’établissement des procédures et consignes de sécurité ;
• Participer aux opérations de chargement de wagons et camions citernes ;
• Participer aux opérations de maintenance préventive et curative, en coordination avec le service technique.
Vous travaillerez en poste, en équipe de 3 personnes avec un opérateur tableau et sous la responsabilité d'un contremaître de quart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bac professionnel, brevet technique en industrie chimique et procédés, mécanique, électromécanique, électronique ou équivalent.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to support and oversee the delivery of major remedial, structural, and refurbishment projects. This is a nationally focused role, meaning you may be based in any Australian state, with travel to major project sites as required.
 
This position does not manage national business operations. Instead, you will provide specialised construction oversight, leadership, and technical support on key projects where your expertise is needed most.

You will work closely with regional delivery teams to ensure alignment in safety, construction methodologies, quality, and execution excellence.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;


Key Responsibilities
National Leadership &amp; Strategy
Provide leadership and direction to construction, project, and site teams across all states.
Drive operational consistency, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee national performance metrics, cost control, risk management, and project governance.
Contribute to executive-level planning and growth strategies.
Project Delivery Oversight
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required technical and quality standards.
Review methodologies, staging, temporary works, and engineering solutions for complex projects.
Provide senior support for high-risk, high-value, or technically challenging works.
Lead national quality assurance, compliance, and operational governance.|

People, Culture &amp; Capability
Mentor and develop Construction Managers, Project Managers, and emerging leaders.
Support national workforce planning, recruitment, and capability uplift.
Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and safety-first leadership.

Client &amp; Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with key national clients, engineers, and delivery partners.
Represent the business at senior stakeholder forums and industry engagements.
Ensure strong alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements.
 
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within remedial, structural, civil, or complex refurbishment construction.
Strong technical understanding of remedial engineering, concrete repair, structural strengthening, façade upgrades, coatings, marine works, or industrial remediation.
Proven capability leading large, geographically dispersed construction teams.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts, claims, and project governance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly.

Desirable Background
Experience in brownfield or live operational environments.
Exposure to high‑risk works such as marine structures, bridges, façades, industrial facilities, and stadiums.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
Strong experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor in remedial, structural, civil, or refurbishment works
Technical understanding of: Concrete repair, Coatings and corrosion protection, Structural strengthening, Façade remediation, Marine or
industrial asset repairs
Demonstrated leadership in brownfield or live operational environments
Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents
Strong subcontractor and self‑perform work management experience
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and performance
Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Desirable
Experience with bridges, wharves, marine structures, façades, stadiums, industrial assets, or major facilities
