Axians Brand Team is a transversal and agile team of 28 international people. 
Together, we actively support and boost the growth of our Axians network, made of 380 ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Business Units throughout the world. 

Our key missions are related to connecting and bringing together our worldwide Axians colleagues:
Animate the international network through internal workgroups and events
Highlight and promote innovative and eco-friendly offers
Manage autonomously transversal projects.
You are offered to join the dynamic! You will be focusing on 2 missions:
Mission 1: Axians Sustainability Approach
Sustainability is a recent strategic asset for Axians to share with the customers, and we have mobilized our network to build a comprehensive Sustainability approach, which you will have to enrich and promote.
You will be cooperating with VINCI Energies teams on key multi-brand projects such as the development and implementation of the dedicated tool to estimate the carbon footprint of customers’ projects.
You will also be leading and/or supporting different initiatives and projects underway or about to be launched, such as:
Content creation and sharing (white papers, presentation slides, videos…)
Coordination of our external European communication campaigns, 
Support to give visibility and replicate sustainable offers from one country to another…
Mission 2: Axians Industry Market 
Industry segment is one of Axians biggest markets. Axians is currently growing fast thanks to booming technologies including AI, 5G, cloud and cybersecurity, and developing strategic cooperation with Actemium network.
You will be building, driving and/or supporting the dedicated existing and upcoming Industry milestones of the year, such as
Industry event/LEX (Learning Expeditions) 
Yearly business report on market trends, Axians positioning and iconic success stories in Industry
Dedicated meetings and workshops of knowledgeable communities (Business Units and experts)…
You will also be actively involved in the Axians global milestones such as Management Seminar, Business and Technical Conferences…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Engineering / Business School / University Graduate
Fluent in English (main job language) and French 
Rigorous, curious, eager to work in environmental transition, ICT and business development
Good communication skills
Agile, with the capability to understand and quickly adapt to a complex and international organization
You will directly report to the international business development and environment manager of Axians Brand Team.&lt;br /&gt;

You will join a team of 6 people within the Knowledge Management department, dedicated to sharing and disseminating knowledge across the entire Omexom network.
Our mission is to support the international training network, design learning programs, and facilitate knowledge transfer. We work in close collaboration with more than 20 technical institutes (mainly in Europe), within a network that is continuously expanding worldwide.
Your responsibilities
1. Develop training programs and design digital learning content
Work closely with the Knowledge Management team to support the creation of digital training modules (from storyboard to final design)
Design digital training content on energy-related topics
Contribute to the translation and adaptation of training materials for different countries
Use tools such as Gomo, Genially, Vyond, and VTS
2. Identify training needs and monitor market trends
Analyze internal training needs across the network
Propose innovative learning solutions and formats (e.g. gamification, webinars, AI-generated content, etc.)
3. Organize and support training initiatives
Train local teams in creating e-learning modules (methodology and digital tools)
Provide ongoing support to ensure long-term adoption of tools and best practices&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Master’s degree (Year 1 or Year 2) in Digital Learning, E-learning Project Management, or Instructional Design
Strong interest in the energy sector and the energy transition
Comfortable working in an international environment
Strong listening and communication skills
Dynamic, creative, and innovative mindset
Ability to manage projects autonomously
Fluent in French and English; an additional language is a plus&lt;br /&gt;

1. Design an onboarding program for international talents to learn inside Omexom network for 6 months 
Conception of the program, understand the objectives and define the results expected
Select a tool to create the program
Identify key sponsors inside the network
2. Create a learning path for this program
Define the various skills and competencies
Create learning document to support the trainings
3.Administrate the internal recruitment, motivation and organization of the programme&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Master’s degree (Year 1 or Year 2) in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Strong interest in the energy sector and the energy transition
Proactive, creative, and attentive, with strong listening skills
Ability to manage projects independently
Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus&lt;br /&gt;
