Missions. Nous recrutons un alternant Technicien informatique F/H pour rejoindre le service informatique de la Délégation Génie Civil Ouest de VINCI Construction sur le site de Rouen.
Rattaché au Responsable Support Informatique, le technicien informatique intervient sur les demandes des utilisateurs pour assurer l'installation et la maintenance du matériel informatique. Il assure également le suivi et l'inventaire du parc informatique. Il est le premier niveau de l'assistance aux utilisateurs.

Ses missions sont les suivantes :
Mettre en service les nouveaux matériels informatiques et/ou téléphoniques
Installer les mises à jour
Diagnostiquer et traiter les incidents de niveau 1 en assistance et réparation
Transmettre à sa hiérarchie les incidents de niveau 2 et les demandes d'actions préventives et/ou correctives de masse
Assurer le suivi de l'inventaire du parc informatique matériel
Alimenter les bases de connaissances techniques
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main et l'utilisation des outils informatiques et digitaux&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tu prépares une formation en informatique, de niveau Bac Pro à Bac +2, et tu recherches une alternance dans le domaine du support informatique d’une durée de 1 an.
Tu as le sens du service et tu apprécies accompagner les utilisateurs dans la résolution de leurs problématiques informatiques.
Tu es à l’aise dans les échanges avec les autres, aussi bien en face à face qu’au téléphone.
Tu fais preuve de politesse, d’écoute et de patience dans tes échanges avec les utilisateurs.
Rigoureux et motivé, tu sais t’intégrer facilement au sein d’une équipe.

Day to day, you will:
Lead the development and delivery of HEB’s national Digital Delivery strategy and business plan.
Champion best‑practice BIM, GIS, Information Management and digital workflows across projects.
Define, govern and optimise digital systems and Common Data Environments (ACC, SharePoint, BI).
Remain closely connected to day‑to‑day project delivery through practical, hands‑on support.
Provide expert digital input into tenders, scopes and client value propositions.
Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of digital specialists, ensuring capability, resource planning and continuous upskilling.
Maintain and enhance digital tools, templates, standards and organisation‑wide digital knowledge.
Identify practical AI and innovation opportunities, connecting teams with the right technical expertise.
Represent HEB in national and international digital forums to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry practice.

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, technical excellence and people leadership, including:
8+ years’ experience delivering BIM in complex project or construction environments.
Deep technical capability across ACC, Revit, BIM 360, Civil 3D and related platforms.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650 and CDE governance.
Experience in BIM–GIS integration and model‑based digital workflows.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary digital or technical teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
A practical understanding of construction project delivery.
You will also have experience contributing to business development and capability‑growth strategies, alongside solid understanding of QA/QC processes for digital tool development. Your exposure to AI‑driven efficiencies and emerging digital innovation pathways enables you to spot practical opportunities that lift project performance&lt;br /&gt;

Duties and Responsibilities are:
-Collect, analyze, and interpret project, financial, and operational data from construction systems (ERP, project management, equipment, and safety).

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
-Completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science/data science/information systems or related field
-3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a data-driven environment.
-Experience with machine learning and analytics
-Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
-Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
-Experience with Google Sheets, including Google Apps Script for automation and integrations.
-Familiarity with ETL concepts and data transformation tools
-Comfortable working with APIs and cloud-based data platforms
-Good understanding of data modeling, data governance, and best practices for maintaining data quality and consistency
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
-Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex data findings for non-technical audiences
-Proactive, curious, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
-Organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets; developing dashboards and reports; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.&lt;br /&gt;
