Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Projets et en lien direct avec nos clients, vous prenez en charge la préparation, la coordination et la bonne exécution des chantiers, notamment les chantiers TCE : Organisation du chantier :Préparer et organiser le chantier Gérer les moyens de chantier sur site (base vie, stockage, balisage, EPI…) Réceptionner, décharger, contrôler et ranger le matériel sur site Commander les compléments si nécessaire Encadrement et coordination du chantier :Encadrer et suivre le chantier en prenant en compte le budget et le planning Piloter les ressources de chantier Gérer, coordonner et motiver les équipes et résoudre les imprévus techniques Garantir le respect des normes en vigueur, de sécurité et de qualité Encadrer la sous-traitance et la co-traitance Accompagner les automaticiens durant la mise en service des installations Être habitué à travailler en collaboration avec les différents conducteurs de travaux et différents corps de métier Suivi technique et administratif : Lire et interpréter les plans Assurer un contrôle permanent de la conformité des installations électriques Assurer l’interface avec le client et garantir sa satisfaction Rédiger et mettre à jour le suivi de chantier Réaliser régulièrement des Comptes rendus Déplacements très fréquents à prévoir sur la France entière.

Votre profil : Issu(e) d’une formation en électrotechnique, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans le domaine de l’électricité de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire (industriel) Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (Excel/Word) Vous connaissez et êtes soucieux.se du respect des règles HSE Vous êtes rigoureux.se, autonome et possédez un bon relationnel Vous êtes habitué(e) à un environnement exigeant et rigoureux, vous savez prendre des initiatives et pérenniser vos relations avec vos clients. Responsibilities: Lead or support the design of ground improvement systems on complex ground conditions Interpreting ground conditions and developing ground model parameters. Assisting in development of drawings for ground improvement solutions Working with the team to deliver ground improvement design projects (i.e. project deliverables such as drawings and reports) in a timely manner. Preparation of design reports Self-checking written communications and reports. Assisting site and project engineers in the interpretation of design models.

Your experience & skills: Between 4 – 8 years geotechnical engineering design experience Significant demonstrated experience in managing preliminary design, conceptual and detailed designs. Delivering to tight deadlines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Construction Engineers and Business Development Engineers. Solid and proven understanding and working knowledge of Geotechnical Ground improvement techniques including but not limited to CMC, Jet Grouting, Anchoring, Stone Columns, Vibro Compaction, Deep Soil Mixing, Slurry Walls, Dynamic Compaction, Dynamic Replacement, Consolidation & Permeation Grouting. PURPOSE: Secure new business and activity in accordance with the regional budget; Under the supervision of the design manager, work cohesively with our design engineer team to develop conceptual tender designs that is delivered as per the specifications, for the purpose of determining quantities and cost for submission of tenders. Implement a market strategy and promote the Menard brand through industry networking and events. Work with the Regional Manager to prepare and give technical presentations to potential clients or key role players in the industry. Assist the Regional Manager with the preparation of quarterly internal review of the secured and live opportunities. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our clients throughout the project lifecycle. Management of the tender pipeline (current and forecast) using internal and external mechanism (i.e., Salesforce, Estimate One etc.) Develop accurate and well-informed tender cost studies and offer letters, in line with minimum overhead and net margin requirement. Finalise and negotiate opportunities by compiling and reviewing subcontract agreements, scope of works a d price schedule for execution by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Civil Engineering and/or Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent), Masters preferred KNOWLEDGE: Ground improvement techniques, with specific emphasis on Menard preferred techniques that are applicable within the region. Tendering and estimation processes in which we operate (i.e: our client’s processes). EXPERIENCE: 3 years or more industry specific experience General understanding of the market network within the region SKILLS: Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Outlook, Teams) Advanced AutoCAD or similar Advanced Plaxis or similar Preferred site/operational experience on previous ground improvement projects COMPETENCIES: General understanding of ground improvement/geotechnical techniques, excellent written and oral communication, commercial awareness, confidence operating within a business development capacity (i.e. networking, attending engineering networking events), attention to detail, autonomous, problem solving, strong work ethic and attitude.
