Etudes et expertises : o Participe à la veille technologique pour mettre en œuvre, développer et bâtir les offres techniques, en collaboration avec la Cellule Etudes et Expertises o Recueil et identifie les besoins du client, et recherche et propose des solutions techniques y correspondant o Rédige l’offre technique, le PAQ, établit le chiffrage et élabore ou valide le devis et la réponse aux appels d’offres o Est responsable des devis établis sous son autorité Réalisation des projets : o Suit le dossier d’affaires o Est garant, envers le client, de la bonne réalisation des prestations qu’il lui a vendue o Veille à l’achat et à la préparation du matériel nécessaire à la réalisation des travaux o Transmet les éléments nécessaires à l’équipe technique pour la réalisation des travaux chez le client (exigences clients, prestations vendues, matériel commandé, etc.) o Coordonne la planification et la réalisation des travaux gérés par les Responsables des services techniques (gestion des moyens humains, gestion des moyens matériels, etc.) o Valide et approuve les documents d’exécution des travaux o Réceptionne l’affaire avec le client o Veille à la facturation et aux relances clients.

Vous êtes le candidat idéal pour rejoindre notre équipe si … Vous êtes issu d’une école d’ingénieur technique avec appétence au commercial ou d’une école de commerce avec appétence technique. Vous avez acquis une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire en ingénierie d’affaires idéalement dans une entreprise numérique (SSII, ESN, Editeur, Constructeurs, Intégrateur). Vous avez une bonne culture générale des métiers de l’ICT, le sens du service et du relationnel avec les clients et les équipes internes. Les fondamentaux ITIL, pilotage des projets, notions de pilotage économique font partie de votre quotidien et vous êtes capable de créer votre réseau professionnel en interne comme en externe. Vous êtes autonome, organisé, rigoureux et avez le sens du relationnel. Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique, à taille humaine, à forte expertise, et vibrer dans des projets technologiques dans notre belle région Méditerranée. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (oral et écrit) La connaissance du secteur de la Data serait un plus pour la réussite dans ce poste.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Réseaux & Télécom pour renforcer nos équipes techniques et intervenir auprès de clients publics et privés du Grand Est. Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, vous participez au déploiement des infrastructures réseaux et télécoms de nos clients. RESEAUX : Installation et configuration de switchs, routeurs et bornes Wi-Fi. Mise en œuvre de VLAN et configuration simple. Audit de couverture. Opérations de brassage, câblage, diagnostic et résolution des incidents N1/N2. Participation aux migrations et modernisations. Télécom & VoIP : Déploiement et administration de solutions de téléphonie IP. Installation et mise en service de postes utilisateurs. Support des environnements Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Cisco ou équivalents. Gestion des incidents téléphonie et demandes d’évolution. Câblage.
