Au sein de la division Génie Civil France et plus précisément au sein de la délégation Ile de France &amp; Nord, nous intervenons sur des projets variés : Génie Civil, Travaux souterrains, Infrastructures de transport, Gares et Aérogares sur l'ensemble de l'Ile de France.
Dans le cadre d'une hausse de l'activité, nous recrutons une personne en tant que gestionnaire de paie. Vous serez rattaché.e à la Responsable Paie et vous interviendrez sur différents sujets :
Elaboration de la paie :
Réaliser la paie : saisir, contrôler et éditer les bulletins de paie à l'aide du logiciel (environ 230 paies)
Suivre, régulariser et régler les éléments variables de paie (PEG, forfait navigo, pointages, calculs des déplacements)
Gérer les congés payés et les paiements auprès de la CNETP
Vérifier les IJSS et saisir le décompte des indemnités
Etablir les soldes de tout compte et les acomptes
Suivre et payer les avis à tiers détenteurs
Administration du personnel :
Saisir les nouvelles embauches dans le logiciel
Assurer le suivi des arrêts maladie et des accidents de travail (déclaration de reprise de travail et attestation de salaire)
Préparer les dossiers prévoyance Pro BTP (suivi et paiement) pour les maladies de plus de 90 jours
Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié des collaborateurs dont vous établissez la paie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Titulaire d'un Bac+2 ou d'une licence pro RH/Paie, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 7 ans en paie, idéalement acquise dans le BTP.

About the role:
We are looking for a Surveyor with strong experience working across large scale infrastructure projects. In addition you will:
Supervising and mentoring site and project engineers in the use of equipment and best survey and data control practice
As Built and Topographical surveying, CAD processing
Quantity and volume calculations
General Survey/Set-out on the bridge Structure
Placement of Control for Bridge Construction
Extensive monitoring of various bridge elements
Assist with strategies, systems and procedures for the execution of all surveying operations to the required level of accuracy and quality
Setup, manage and work to a program of surveying activities&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
To be successful you'll have:
Surveyor qualification recognised in New Zealand
Structures experience is essential

About the Role

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety Management
Prepare and submit Notice of Project; participate in hazard and First Aid assessments with the Safety Department.
Collaborate on job-specific safety procedures; communicate hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Verify that all personnel and subcontractors complete orientation and maintain clean, hazard-free work sites.
Investigate incidents thoroughly, and ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance standards are followed.

Project Planning and Coordination
Review contract scope, plans, and specifications, ensuring budget alignment with the estimator and project manager.

Financial Management

Site Supervision and Quality Assurance

Training and Development

Equipment Oversight

Reporting and Record Keeping

QUALIFICATIONS
 Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, roadbuilding, or a related field

L’objet du stage sera de participer à la réalisation d’études techniques sur des ouvrages.

Sous la responsabilité d’un chef de projet, le ou la stagiaire assistera des ingénieurs structure confirmés dans la réalisation d’études techniques :

→ Analyse structurelle de l’ouvrage étudié

→ Rédaction de notes de calcul justifiant l’ouvrage

→ Suivi et contrôle de plan de coffrage ferraillage pour s’assurer de la conformité des plans réalisés (note de calcul, plan de coffrage/ferraillage)

En tant qu'Assistant Responsable Matériel F/H, vous serez rattaché au Responsable Matériel du site et votre mission principale sera d'intervenir en appui sur la gestion opérationnelle, technique et économique du matériel de chantier. Au sein d'une équipe de 7 ouvriers et un assistant chef de parc, vous aurez aussi pour mission de garantir la disponibilité, la traçabilité et le bon état de fonctionnement du matériel, en optimisant les coûts.
Le parc se compose principalement des matériels sous grues, manuportables et consommables, avec une forte composante logistique et gestion de stock.

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
-Completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science/data science/information systems or related field

-Experience with machine learning and analytics
-Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
-Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI

JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Superintendent, successful Carpenter foreperson are trade-qualified, craftspeople with extensive skills and experience in the field of carpentry and bridge-related construction activities who are responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry projects. 
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Scheduling 
Understand and implement the project work plan in order to meet, or improve upon, the budget and schedule
Translate the detailed task requirements into a prioritized plan for individual assignments and accountabilities.
Identify and verify that all tools and materials required by the crew are available in advance of task performance
Identify unforeseen needs or deficiencies in the plan/schedule and advise the Superintendent
Review, track, and report production results to the Superintendent daily
Resolve and report to the Superintendent any tasking/scheduling conflicts with other crews or contractors
Accountable for the production goals established for their tasks, including daily management of site-level documentation and timesheets
Employee Relations
Responsible for continual coordination with other foreperson and their crews on the job site
Monitor, recognize, address, and resolve any interpersonal issues amongst the crew
Report to the Superintendent any potentially controversial or questionable matters
Proactively take actions to reinforce team building for, and development of, all workers
Participate in the company’s Disciplinary Action process consistently and fairly

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Site Safety
Maintain strong safety and liability awareness
Lead daily work plans and weekly Tailgate Safety meetings
Conduct Red Alert reviews and monthly site safety inspections
Ensure proper use of PPE by all crew members
Identify, report, and address Near Misses and hazards as needed
Report incidents/accidents promptly and participate in investigations
Ensure compliance with OH&amp;S manual and WorkSafeBC regulations
Promote safe work practices, considering risks and liabilities
Keep sites clean and hazard-free
Oversee housekeeping and equipment/vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
