Rattaché(e) à la Responsable QHSER d'Omexom Grands Projets Nucléaires à St Priest (69), venez découvrir les missions quotidiennes qui permettent de garantir le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité de nos intervenants au sein de nos entreprises.

Missions 
Accompagné.e par les équipes et votre tutrice Emilie, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
- Piloter ou participer aux actions définies dans le plan d’actions QS3SER (Qualité, Sécurité, Santé, Sûreté, Environnement et Radioprotection)
- Réaliser des audits et des visites chantiers
- Animer le développement de la culture QSE
- Préconiser des actions correctives et/ou préventives
- Analyser les événements de l’entreprise via des méthodes de résolution de problème
- Suivre et gérer les FNC
- Accompagner les équipes sur site au Management Visuel, 5S
- Participer à l’animation de la Radioprotection
- Participer à la prévention et l’animation de la santé et de la sécurité au travail de nos intervenants sur site

What you will do:
Provide proactive hands-on field support in preparing, deploying, and applying health and safety procedures and tools while acting as a visible and communicative leader on the management of subcontractors and the resolution of non-conformances.
Concretely, your tasks will be:
Act as a communicative leader on the management of direct construction team members and subcontractors
Anticipate and prepare activities including safety standards such as reviewing workplans, participating in KOM with subcontractors and the construction team and by participating in Lean meetings
Conduct and oversee comprehensive site safety inspections, hazard assessments, and field audits across multiple trades and activities
Support site activities by applying safety standards and assisting subcontractors and the construction team with compliance.
Organize and monitor site safety visits, including follow-up actions.
Evaluate the safety performance of subcontractors, the construction team and suppliers, ensuring they meet the projects safety standards.
Proactively coordinate and lead from beginning to end relevant topics while communicating proactively with other departments and subcontractors to ensure efficient implementation of safety processes.
Manage QHSE onboarding and induction sessions for new staff and subcontractors.
Prepare and update health and safety documentation (inductions, procedures, forms, checklists, etc.) and ensure timely deployment to teams
Assist in incident reporting and follow-up, ensuring corrective actions are documented and tracked.

What you will do:
The Superintendent will provide on-site coordination of all construction activities while ensuring the proper implementation of safety protocols. They will collaborate with stakeholders across the project to ensure key milestones are met and maintain accurate records of construction activities and costs.
Concretely, your tasks will be:
Supervise subcontractor teams within the area of control
Ensure that HSE is always guaranteed by enforcing a safe work environment, implementing and monitoring safety protocols, and conducting regular safety inspections to prevent accidents and mitigate risks 
Manage and coordinate all construction activities on the project, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations

What you will do:
You will coordinate and manage the issuance and tracking of H&amp;S work permits for all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams to anticipate permit needs and resolve issues efficiently.


Concretely, your tasks will be:
Identify all necessary permits required for the project, including construction, environmental, and operational permits.
Manage the full process for issuing work permits (hot work, excavation, ground disturbance, Log Out Tag Out, lifitng ...) on BeSafe.
Conduct regular audits of work permits and related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Construction, H&amp;S, Quality, and Planning teams to anticipate upcoming work permits needs.

What you will do:

The role is key to ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting project teams efficiently. We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily operations across administrative and finance department (HR, invoicing, office management, procurement, and basic accounting activities).

Concretely, your tasks will be:

HR &amp; Administrative Support
Timesheet - Ensure proper management and follow-up of employees’ timesheets (accuracy, completeness, deadlines, good cost allocation)

The Draftsman/Draftswoman will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and plans used in construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with project specifications.


Concretely, your tasks will be:
 
Collaborate with engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements
Create drawings from scratch, based on engineering inputs, site conditions, and project specifications
Draw site installations with logistics and liftings operations
Prepare drawings for utilities, traffic, dewatering drawings
Temporary works drawings with formwork
Ensure drawings are accurate and correspond to project requirements
