JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR policies, programs, and services.
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR policies, programs, and services. Reporting to Group HR Director this position will ensure that HR programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.  
OVERALL GOALS FOR POSITION
The Group HR Administrator contributes to Menard Group’s ambition to strengthen people management, leadership capability, and organizational consistency by:
Supporting group‑wide HR programs and initiatives
Maintaining structured, reliable HR documentation and data
Enabling managers and local HR teams with clear tools and materials
Improving visibility, coordination, and execution of HR priorities at Group level&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; EXPECTATIONS
Group HR Coordination &amp; Administration
Support the planning, coordination, and follow‑up of Group HR initiatives (training programs, audits, HR network actions, seminars).
Maintain and structure Group HR documentation (frameworks, tools, templates, presentations).
Ensure HR materials are up to date, aligned, and accessible (Louis Spirit / SharePoint).
Track progress, deadlines, and action items linked to HR roadmaps.
Systems, Data &amp; Reporting
Support administration and data quality across HR systems (e.g. CPD, UP VINCI, People Directory, dashboards).
Coordinate data collection from regions for group reporting (training, performance cycles, audits, mobility, engagement indicators).
Prepare structured summaries, reports, and dashboards for management.
Support compliance and consistency in data handling, respecting confidentiality and local regulations.
Training &amp; Development Support
Coordinate logistics and materials for Group training programs (PM+, Builders, managers’ workshops, leadership initiatives).
Maintain a structured overview of group training offerings and resources.
Support the preparation of learning materials and internal communication for managers.
Liaise with internal and external providers for training logistics and documentation. 
Managers &amp; HR Network Support
Support the development and maintenance of manager‑focused HR resources (people management tools, guides, career paths).
Act as a coordination point between the Group HR Director and local HR teams / HR network.
Support preparation and follow‑up of HR network meetings, workshops, and key communications. 
Communication &amp; Content
Support preparation of clear HR communications for managers and employees (emails, SharePoint content, presentations).
Ensure alignment with Menard values, HR priorities, and Group narrative.
Coordinate with internal communication/marketing teams when needed. 
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education&amp; Experience Requirements
 2–4+ years in HR coordination, HR administration, or HR project support. 
Experience in a multi‑entity, international, or matrix organization is an asset. 
Experience with HR systems, reporting, and structured documentation.
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
Skill Requirements
Excellent organization and follow‑through. 
Strong written communication and synthesis skills.
Proficient level of English and French.  
High attention to detail, data quality, and structure. 
Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and functions. 
Discrete and trustworthy with confidential information. 
Able to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is a key delivery partner within the Sizewell C nuclear new‑build programme on the Suffolk coast. The alliance brings together specialist engineering organisations responsible for preparing the ground for construction - using advanced geotechnical techniques such as piling, diaphragm walling, soil mixing and grouting.
As part of a large, collaborative and high‑performing team, you will play a vital role in enabling a safe, compliant and efficient workforce onboarding process for one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.
About the role:
To support the effective planning, coordination, and assurance of training across the GSA project by working closely with operational teams, HR, and delivery partners. The Training Advisor will provide hands-on advisory support to ensure training requirements are clearly understood, appropriately planned, and delivered in line with project, statutory, and contractual standards, contributing to a competent and compliant workforce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Training Advice &amp; Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for operational teams and partners on training requirements, standards, and processes.
Translate project and role-specific competence requirements into clear training plans and actions.
Support the coordination and scheduling of training to align with mobilisation plans and construction programmes.
Liaise with approved external training providers to arrange courses and confirm suitability against project standards.
Compliance, Competence &amp; Assurance
Support the monitoring of training compliance, qualifications, and certification requirements across the workforce.
Identify gaps, risks, or upcoming expiries and proactively engage stakeholders to resolve issues.
Assist with audit readiness by ensuring training evidence is accurate, current, and traceable.
Escalate compliance or competence risks to the Training Manager where required.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work collaboratively with HR, site leadership, and partner organisations to ensure consistent application of training requirements.
Provide clear guidance and advice to managers and supervisors on training and competence matters.
Contribute to regular reporting on training status, risks, and progress.
Continuous Improvement
Support the review and improvement of training processes, guidance, and documentation.
Capture feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve training coordination and effectiveness.
General
Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role.
 What We’re Looking For
 Our ideal candidate will have:
CIPD Level 3-5 in Learning &amp; Development or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience working within a regulated, safety-critical, or construction/project environment 
Experience supporting training delivery, coordination, or compliance in a complex or operational environment.
Understanding of competence, qualification, and certification management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Training Administration &amp; Records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training, qualification, and competence records for employees, contractors, and partners.
Upload, validate, and track training evidence, certificates, and expiry dates within training management systems.
Produce routine reports on training status, compliance, and upcoming renewals.
Training Coordination Support
Assist with booking training courses, joining instructions, and attendance records.
Liaise with learners, managers, and training providers to confirm arrangements and resolve administrative queries.
Support onboarding and mobilisation activities by ensuring required training records are in place.
Compliance &amp; Audit Support
Support audit and assurance activities by collating training evidence and documentation.
Ensure filing and data management practices meet project and data protection requirements.
Highlight data gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information to the Training Advisor or Training Manager.
General Administration
Support the preparation of training-related communications and guidance.
Undertake general administrative tasks to support the wider training team.
Carry out any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role

Formation :
