Description de la mission Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité sur la région du Poitou-Charente, nous recherchons un.e Directeur.trice travaux pour intervenir sur nos opérations neuves, en réhabilitation et Travaux services. Directement rattaché.e au Directeur de l'agence, vous êtes le.la responsable de l'exploitation de votre chantier et veillez à la bonne exécution des travaux. Vos missions seront les suivantes : GÉRER LES ÉQUIPES DU PROJET ü Vous bâtissez vos équipes, de la conception de l’organigramme au suivi individuel de chaque collaborateur ü Vous fixez les règles de fonctionnement et les objectifs ü Vous mettez les politiques générales de l’entreprise en œuvre, en particulier en ce qui concerne la QPE PILOTER LE PROJET ü Vous évaluez les risques et les opportunités du projet, de son étude à sa livraison ü Vous définissez les moyens nécessaires et les actions correctives éventuelles ü Vous pilotez la gestion administrative, financière et contractuelle de l'opération ü Vous gérez les relations avec le client et parties prenantes externes et vous pilotez les réunions de chantiers ü Vous mettez les outils de pilotage en place et veillez à leur bon usage SUPERVISER L’EXÉCUTION ü Vous mettez au point le projet d’exécution ü Vous planifiez les travaux, organisez les ressources matérielles et humaines et faites valider le choix des sous-traitants ü Vous gérez les budgets et la facturation définitive ü Vous garantissez la conformité des délais, des coûts et de la qualité des opérations livrées ü Votre mission se clôture avec la réception de l’ouvrage et la rédaction du retour d’expérience

Votre profil Professionnel.le de conviction et d’action, votre sens de l’écoute vous permet de fédérer vos équipes issues d’horizons très différents autour d’un projet motivant. Vous avez une bonne maitrise des aspects humains, techniques, financiers et contractuels dans le domaine du bâtiment. Votre formation et votre expérience Plus que la qualité de votre formation initiale, ce sont votre expérience en construction, vos qualités managériales, vos capacités d’analyse et votre esprit entrepreneurial qui seront particulièrement valorisées.

Au sein de la Délégation Bâtiment Sud-Ouest, la société GTM Bâtiment Aquitaine représente la Direction Régionale Bâtiment pour la Nouvelle Aquitaine et intervient en qualité d’entreprise générale du bâtiment, aussi bien dans la construction sur du marché privé et public (hôpitaux, bureaux, hôtels, piscines, établissements scolaires et universitaires...) qu’en réhabilitation. Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité Travaux Services à Anglet, nous recrutons un(e) Conducteur(trice) TCE. L’activité travaux services accompagne, dans le cadre de marchés publics ou privés (macro-lots, entreprise générale, corps d’états séparés, accords-cadres), les collectivités territoriales, bailleurs sociaux, industriels, entreprises privées … dans la transformation et l’adaptation de bâtiments existants (Aménagement, rénovation énergétique, réhabilitation, mise en conformité, entretien, maintenance …) Accompagné par votre Directeur d’agence et par un Responsable travaux confirmé, vous serez amené à : - Répondre aux appels d’offre o Réaliser des études dans leurs globalités et dans des délais parfois restreints o Faire le chiffrage de vos projets o Participer à l’établissement et la négociation des offres - Suivre vos chantiers : o Appréhender et gérer l’ensemble des lots de vos chantiers o Réaliser le plan d’avancement des plannings o Assurer la gestion financière de vos affaires o Organiser et coordonner au quotidien les travaux o Contrôler la livraison de l’ouvrage - Représenter l’entreprise face aux clients et à leurs représentants Veiller à l’application des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité tant en interne que vis-à-vis des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs.

Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie de 5 ans dans un environnement TCE.
