💡 Votre mission ?
🎯 Rattaché au Chef d’Equipe et des équipes opérationnelles, vous jouez un rôle clé à la modernisation de systèmes de signalisation ferroviaire ou de l’exploitation ferroviaire. Votre rôle sera de : 
Visiter et préparer le chantier en collaboration avec la hiérarchie
Prendre connaissance du dossier travaux et s’assurer d’avoir les outillages nécessaires pour la mission confiée
Réaliser le montage des équipements mécaniques et le raccordement des postes électriques de signalisation
Réaliser les travaux de confection de connectique spécifique
Réaliser l’installation et le câblage d’appareils à proximité des voies et en pleine voie
Réaliser ou modifier les câblages dans les postes de signalisation et les coffrets de raccordements
Contrôler son travail en fin d’activité pour que celui-ci soit en conformité avec les directives clients et les procédures qualité de l’entreprise
Remonter les événements (proposition d’amélioration, accidents, presque accidents, non-conformité, sinistres…) ayant eu lieu sur ses affaires, participer à l’analyse de leurs causes et propose des actions pour éviter leur réapparition

🎯 Rattaché au Responsable d'Affaires, vous participerez aux déploiements de projets en Génie Civil et Signalisation Ferroviaire à travers une immersion terrain pour découvrir nos activités, nos équipes et nos méthodes.
Vous aurez pour principales missions : 
Veiller au bon déroulement des affaires, depuis la réponse d’appel d’offres (chiffrer et négocier les opérations) jusqu’à la réception par le client
Superviser les activités d’études, d’achats, de réalisation des travaux, des essais et de mise en service, tout en respectant le système d’assurance Qualité et Sécurité en place
Assurer la gestion d’une équipe de collaborateurs (chefs de projets, conducteurs de travaux et chefs de chantier) en planifiant l’organisation des travaux (massifs, pose d'artères, déroulage de câbles, travaux divers, etc.)
Entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants, et assurer une prospection commerciale dans le respect de l’objectif de CA.

Document Controller

Purpose of the Job
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organising, and safeguarding all project documentation throughout its lifecycle. This role ensures that accurate, up to date information is accessible to project teams, stakeholders, and external partners. The Document Controller maintains compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Key Accountabilities
Document Management &amp; Control
Establish and maintain document control processes, procedures, and metadata standards.
Manage the receipt, registration, tracking, and distribution of project documentation.
Ensure all documents are correctly formatted, version-controlled, and stored in the appropriate systems.
Oversee document workflows, ensuring timely reviews, approvals, and close outs.

Systems Administration
Maintain and administer the project’s electronic document management system (EDMS) such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, SharePoint, or similar.
Support users with system access, training, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper use of workflows and file structures.
Ensure data integrity, audit trails, and compliance with information governance requirements.

Quality &amp; Compliance
Conduct document quality checks (e.g., naming conventions, revision control, completeness).
Ensure documentation meets project standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare reports on document status, compliance, overdue actions, and system metrics.
Project Support
Assist with information management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor document deliverables against project schedules and escalate delays as necessary.
Support change control by ensuring documentation reflects approved changes and updates.

Governance, Assurance &amp; Reporting
Organise assurance processes (e.g. gateway reviews).
Provide regular reporting on project progress (e.g. monthly governance reviews, Board Reports etc.).
Actively participate in reviews and action implementation of recommendations.
Ensure appropriate document management systems and audit control measures are in place and adhered to.

Project Performance &amp; Controls
Adherence to project management controls (at times with a Project Controls lead and/or a planner) and ensure all project changes are captured.

Risk &amp; Issue Management
Undertake proactive management project risks &amp; issues.
This includes risk identification and prioritisation, developing and implementing mitigation plans, maintaining an accurate risk &amp; issue register, and ensuring the timely escalation of significant concerns.

Guidance &amp; Support
Provide guidance, support and coaching to the project team, including cascading of wider organisational messages and information that may be pertinent to project delivery.

Occupational Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience in a Document Controller or Information Management role.
Strong understanding of document control processes within construction, engineering, or major project environments.
Proficiency with EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, BIM 360, SharePoint).
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage high volumes of documentation and work to tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with quality assurance practices and information governance requirements.
Experience working on large construction, rail, infrastructure, or engineering projects advantageous.

Advantageous
Experience/familiarity with the fusion industry.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
Vocational qualifications in administration or project support beneficial.
Training or certification in document control or information management desirable.

Degree qualified or relevant experience
A degree level qualification in STEM / Construction advantageous.

Als Service Engineer Sprinkler ben je onderdeel van een (multidisciplinair) engineerteam en houd je je onder andere bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden:

Het verhelpen van storingen, zowel mechanisch als elektrisch. Voor 95% zal dit mechanisch zijn, echter elektrisch (brandmeld en 230/400 volt) komt ook voor;
Het uitvoeren van kleine projecten, zoals bijvoorbeeld het vervangen van een jockeypomp, terugslagklep, drukschakelaar of thermostaat;
Het uitvoeren van kleine aanpassingen aan de leidingen, klein fitwerk;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
MBO werk- en denkniveau
Bij voorkeur beschik je over sprinklertechniek A/B en heb je een opleiding voor of werkervaring met elektrische installaties.

Purpose of the job
We are seeking two Quantity Surveying/Commercial professionals to join our Commercial team based out of our Risley or Milton offices.  You will be responsible for delivering the commercial and contract management of our projects, from inception to final account.  You will work closely with project teams and support functions, and build strong relationships with our clients and supply chain.  Your enthusiastic, proactive and professional approach will be key to successful project commercial outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

Provide commercial delivery of the following aspects for projects that operate on a lump sum, remeasurable, target cost, or reimbursable basis:
Project cash flow and budget
Contractual terms &amp; conditions (both client and supply chain)
Interim applications in accordance with contract procedures
Change management, in accordance with contract procedures
Negotiation of contract amendments, including review of terms &amp; conditions
Subcontract account management, including review of interim applications, preparation of payment certificates, management and assessment of potential changes, and final accounting upon completion
Preparation of internal cost / commercial reports, including accurate margin forecasting
Compliance with all relevant Health &amp; Safety regulations&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications and Experience
·        Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or in a related subject (candidates with appropriate experience may be considered)
·        5+ years of experience in quantity surveying in the engineering or construction industry
·        Good working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts (particularly Options C &amp; E)
·        Demonstrable experience of successfully carrying out Quantity Surveying duties on multiple engineering and/or construction projects
·        Excellent oral and written communication skills
·        Ability to build strong relationships with project teams, clients, and the supply chain
·        Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
·        PC literate in the Microsoft Office suite

Purpose of the job
We are seeking two Quantity Surveying/Commercial professionals to join our Commercial team based out of our Risley or Milton offices.  You will be responsible for delivering the commercial and contract management of our projects, from inception to final account.  You will work closely with project teams and support functions, and build strong relationships with our clients and supply chain.  Your enthusiastic, proactive and professional approach will be key to successful project commercial outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

Provide commercial delivery of the following aspects for projects that operate on a lump sum, remeasurable, target cost, or reimbursable basis:
Project cash flow and budget
Contractual terms &amp; conditions (both client and supply chain)
Interim applications in accordance with contract procedures
Change management, in accordance with contract procedures
Negotiation of contract amendments, including review of terms &amp; conditions
Subcontract account management, including review of interim applications, preparation of payment certificates, management and assessment of potential changes, and final accounting upon completion
Preparation of internal cost / commercial reports, including accurate margin forecasting
Compliance with all relevant Health &amp; Safety regulations&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications and Experience
·        Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or in a related subject (candidates with appropriate experience may be considered)
·        5+ years of experience in quantity surveying in the engineering or construction industry
·        Good working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts (particularly Options C &amp; E)
·        Demonstrable experience of successfully carrying out Quantity Surveying duties on multiple engineering and/or construction projects
·        Excellent oral and written communication skills
·        Ability to build strong relationships with project teams, clients, and the supply chain
·        Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
·        PC literate in the Microsoft Office suite

LTQR and Records Management

 Description of the assignment

 Description of the assignment
Senior Structural Engineers make up the body of the engineering department and are responsible for carrying out the day-to-day developments of the design through the design process.
The Senior Structural Engineer is fundamentally a hands-on analysis and design-based role within the Civil &amp; Structural department that generally includes interfacing with other engineering disciplines in the project design team.
The Senior Structural Engineer also has a shared managerial responsibility in respect of Graduates, Apprentices and/or Designers in the team as and when required to do so.
To be considered for the Senior Structural Engineer position the applicant must be delivering functions above that of a Design Engineer.


Reporting to

Main Purpose of Job:

Essential:
Degree qualified in a relevant technical / engineering discipline or demonstrable experience
A full UK driver’s licence
Working towards Chartered Engineer status

Experience of managing sub-contracts
Knowledge of safety regulations including CDM
Experience of checking design documentation including drawings and supporting calculations

Purpose of the job

Purpose of the job

·        Follow company QMS standards and procedures while delivering projects and ensure others follow them in the production of all deliverables
·        Ensure coordination with and between all engineering and related disciplines to produce integrated engineering deliverables
·        Safe delivery of project scope and compliance with all SHE requirements
Communicates effectively with all site stakeholders, especially client representatives
·       Accountable for construction site performance
Appointment memorandum will define limits of authority.
Work is undertaken from appointment as Site Manager by the Project Manager/ Construction Manager.
