pour intervenir sur un site client situé à Toulouse, en assurant des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les installations techniques.
Vos missions principales :
- Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective dans le respect des modes opératoires et des plans de maintenance
- Suivre et rendre compte de l’état d’avancement des ordres de travail (OT) liés à votre périmètre
- Assurer la mise à jour de la GMAO
- Suivre les sous-traitants en collaboration avec votre binôme
- Participer au dispositif d’astreinte
- Contribuer activement à la satisfaction du client
- Travailler en collaboration avec le responsable de contrat sur site

Rattaché au responsable de contrat, vous assurez les opérations de maintenance multitechnique et petits travaux : serrurerie, peinture, faux-plafond, moquette, cloisons, menuiserie, …
Des opérations de plomberie, électricité peuvent également vous être confiées.

Vous avez en charge les missions suivantes :
Assurer les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative multitechnique et prestations de second œuvre / multiservice en respectant les modes opératoires et plans de maintenance,
Diagnostiquer l’origine des dysfonctionnements relevés dans le cadre des différentes opérations réalisées et apporter des solutions adaptées,
Rédiger des comptes rendus d’intervention et utiliser les outils de GMAO,
Réaliser des petits travaux liés à la maintenance,
Accompagner les sous-traitants.

The role is accountable to the JDR Programme Controls Manager for the provision of quantity surveying support to minimise the cost and risk of decommissioning projects and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality. This includes ensuring statutory regulations are met.
Critical to this role is ensuring that the quantity surveying professional services are provided in a timely, cost-effective manner and at an appropriate quality.  It is important that due regard is paid to the requirements and priorities of the various stakeholders.
Accountabilities
Assist with the submission of the JDR business cases.
Perform benchmarking exercises to evaluate JDR project costs against other decommissioning projects across the sector.
Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure their proposals will work.
Prepare estimates and analyse decommissioning project costings such as materials, quantities, labour and time.
Support the preparation of tender packages with the Principal Designer and the Client commercial team
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender.
Take off quantities and prepare costings.
Prepare and issue contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt.
Prepare and issue material supply enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt.
Pricing of buildings and civil engineering projects and maintenance tasks.
Pricing of decommissioning work packages.
Prepare specifications and / or proposals
Provide QS leadership in large complex construction procurement projects.
Manage costs analysis for construction and decommissioning projects.
Engage with the risk management process to assist with the valuation of defined risks.
Provide strategic commercial advice to maximise value for money and minimise risks to the programme.
Assemble baseline budgets information for project tasks.
Provide advice on procurement strategy.
Identify, analyse and develop responses to risks.
Provide advice on contract variations and compensation events.
Provide specialist technical knowledge to the Project Manager and responsible for administering NEC contracts including early warning notices.
Validate and undertake payment assessments against the valuation submissions under the contract and provide challenge to compensation events with respect to the commercial terms (e.g. NEC4), to include agreeing final accounts.
Maintain awareness of the different contracts in current use.

The Systems Engineer (Digital) is accountable to the JDR Digital Capability Project Manager for the provision of industry knowledge and experience, and best practices in systems engineering and related technologies.
The role of the Systems Engineer (Digital) is to provide professional Systems Engineering services across the JDR Programme and in collaboration with Systems Engineering Teams across UKAEA. This role focusses on systems engineering for the Digital Capability Project within the JDR Programme and will provide hands-on systems engineering leadership and support to the digital, data and software elements of the JDR Programme and projects at all lifecycle stages, from establishing the initial outline requirements, through the design and implementation phases, to the verification that the final delivered solution meets the original design intent.

To review / critique the JDR programme delivery strategy using their extensive industry knowledge, experience, and lessons learned from previous decommissioning programmes.

Purpose of the job
As a Specialist Manager you are responsible for delivery and performance, you will also provide advice and guidance within your specialism and will be a role model for Nuvia values and behaviours, which support our organisational culture and ways of working.
A practicing quality professional with good knowledge and experience in the delivery of projects in a highly regulated industry. Working within the business to ensure that business level quality requirements and improvements are identified and delivered effectively and to process, plus supporting to ensure projects and contracts within the organisation are managed within the bounds of the agreed procedures, and that project quality requirements are maintained.
Will be responsible for the management of the Projects Engineering &amp; Decommissioning Business Line Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control team.

Reports to
As part of the PE&amp;D, the role reports into the Head of Project Management Office but will be expected to support both Business and Project level quality requirements.

Experience of managing sub-contracts
Knowledge of safety regulations including CDM
Experience of checking design documentation including drawings and supporting calculations
Experience and/or ability of leading a technical team within a professional project delivery environment
Organisation &amp; Collaborations skills
Demonstrable expertise in working to tight deadlines
Desirable:
Chartered Engineer and candidates nearing chartership are preferred. Membership to appropriate institutions is preferred e.g. IET
EC&amp;I design integration with control systems (PLC/SCADA) would be advantageous.
Experience of Design Substantiation to support safety cases including assessment of new and existing systems.

Rattaché.e au responsable technique, vous assurez les maintenances curatives et préventives des installations de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation sur un grand site client industriel situé à Pamiers (09) et secteurs limitrophes.

Vos missions principales :
 Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective multitechnique, notamment en : 
- CVC 
- électrotechnique,
- automatismes,
- groupes électrogènes,
- systèmes de détection incendie,
- et autres équipements techniques du site
Diagnostiquer l’origine des dysfonctionnements constatés lors des interventions et apporter des solutions adaptées et pérennes

Réaliser des petits travaux CVC liés à la maintenance,

De formation BAC PRO ou BAC+2 Froid / CVC/ Electrotechnique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
Vous possédez :
- des compétences confirmées en chauffage, ventilation et climatisation et/ou électrotechnique
- des connaissances en automatisme, groupes électrogènes et systèmes de sécurité incendie
- une appétence pour la maintenance multitechnique
Vous êtes titulaire du certificat d’aptitude à la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes – catégorie 1 et d'une habilitation électrique en basse tension.
Vous possédez des compétences en électricité.
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les applications sur smartphone.
Vous êtes immédiatement opérationnel.

·        Demonstrable experience of successfully carrying out Quantity Surveying duties on multiple engineering and/or construction projects
·        Excellent oral and written communication skills
·        Ability to build strong relationships with project teams, clients, and the supply chain
·        Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
·        PC literate in the Microsoft Office suite

Desirable
·        Proficient in the use of the CEMAR Contract Management System

Key Accountabilities
