About You

We are seeking candidates who are ready to take the next step into Construction Management, bringing both strong technical capability and leadership potential.
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ideally including bridge construction or strengthening
Proven delivery experience on projects in the $5M – $30M range
Knowledge of complex construction methodologies (e.g. post-tensioning, precast, heavy lifting) is highly regarded

Dans le cadre de l’exploitation du Duplex A86 et sous la responsabilité du Responsable pôle Tunnels, vous contribuerez à assurer l’efficience technique de l'exploitation autoroutière d’un tunnel de 10km à deux étages reliant Versailles à Rueil-Malmaison.
Vos missions ?
Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative (de niveaux 1 à 3) des bâtiments et des équipements du tunnel (Panneaux à Message Variable, Feux d’Affectation de Voies, Radio d’exploitation, Radio FM, Réseau d’Appel d’Urgence,…) et des systèmes d’exploitation (énergie (HT/BT), éclairage, ventilation, détection incendie,…), qui représentent un élément clé de la sécurité et de la fluidité du trafic dans le tunnel.
Contribuer à la fiabilité des systèmes (propositions d’amélioration, réalisation d’études techniques spécifiques…) et mettre en œuvre les solutions identifiées ;
Être le référent technique sur un ou plusieurs systèmes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Idéalement titulaire d’un BTS ou DUT Electrotechnique ou maintenance industrielle, vous avez une expérience confirmée (minimum 2 ans) dans les métiers de la maintenance et avez des compétences dans les domaines de l'automatisme et de l'informatique.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d’équipe. Vous savez également travailler en autonomie.
Vous maîtrisez l’environnement informatique. Permanence opérationnelle à assurer par roulement le WE et la nuit.

Vos missions ?
Supervision sécurité/trafic :
Supervise l’ensemble des installations du tunnel et contrôle régulièrement leur bon fonctionnement.
Surveille en permanence les conditions de trafic : déclenche les interventions sur le réseau conformément aux procédures d’intervention et engage des mesures de régulation de trafic pouvant aller jusqu’à la fermeture de l’ouvrage si nécessaire.
Veille à la bonne information des clients (PMV, messages radio, …) et des autres gestionnaires de voirie
Assure la traçabilité de l’ensemble des actions sécurité trafic
Assure, en cas d’évènement, la gestion des interventions des équipes de secours
Supervision du péage :
Gère les ouvertures et fermetures des voies de péage pour assurer la fluidité du trafic.
Contrôle le dossier de poste, la recette du péage et gère les mouvements de fonds.
Contrôle le bon fonctionnement des équipements de péage.
Participe à la gestion des stocks de consommables péage.
Participe à l’organisation de la maintenance préventive de 1er niveau du matériel de péage.
Assure de la bonne tenue des gares de péage en conformité avec la charte visuelle.
Assure le management et l’évaluation d’une partie des Receveurs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des règles de sécurité ainsi que leurs modalités de mise en œuvre.

What We’re Looking For 
Essential Requirements
Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager (preferably in remedial or civil construction)
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes, and technical specifications
Proven leadership of site teams in complex or brownfield environments
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirements
Strong background in subcontractor management and self‑perform teams
Ability to manage stakeholders and asset owners/managers
Ability to work across multiple clients with varying expectations

Preferred Background
Experience in remedial construction, marine structures, industrial environments, or infrastructure repairs
Exposure to concrete remediation and reconstruction, coatings, façade repair, structural strengthening, and temporary works (formwork, falsework, scaffolding)
 
Projects and Work Environment

You will work across a diverse range of NSW‑based remedial projects, including:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our National Remedial team. This role forms part of a specialised group that delivers complex remedial projects across Australia. Key Responsibilities

          Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well‑run workplace.
Welcome and sign in visitors, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Provide comprehensive coordination and project support including documentation, procurement, filing, and information management.
Manage onboarding tasks for new employees including inductions, booking medicals, training, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
Arrange travel and accommodation for office and site personnel.
Support accounts payable processes, payroll coordination, and purchasing of office, warehouse and project‑related items.
Work closely with the QLD HSE Lead on return‑to‑work coordination and emergency management procedures.
Liaise with internal support functions including HR, Finance, Payroll, QSE and IT to ensure smooth regional operations.
Maintain office and off‑site filing systems, leases, storage records, tender documents and project folders.
Coordinate external service providers (cleaners, security, maintenance contractors) and manage office equipment repairs.
Assist in preparing tender submissions with Business Development Managers and Bid Coordinators.
Organise office events, meetings, and team functions.
Liaise with co‑tenants (Menard, ConeTec) and provide general office support including room bookings, catering and kitchen/office upkeep.

Key Deliverables:

Ensure projects are planned with enough lead time to ensure the project is set up to start on time in accordance with the program
Oversee project safety performance, ensuring safety risks are managed and good safety practices are consistently adopted.

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing medium - large teams, including subcontractors and self-performing teams.

Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Remedial Division, supporting a strong pipeline of secured work across NSW. With the majority of our current and upcoming projects focused on water reservoir remediation, this role offers exposure to technically complex, high-value infrastructure works within a specialist contractor environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a driven engineer looking to take ownership of multiple projects, lead site teams, and contribute to the delivery of critical infrastructure assets.
The Role
In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects within our remedial division, with works typically including coatings, concrete remediation, façade upgrades, access systems, and structural maintenance, predominantly within water reservoir environments.
Projects are delivered across NSW, offering variety in scope and location. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as project requirements and locations may vary.
The role is costed to projects and fully supported by Freyssinet’s established systems, national expertise, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
Manage subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams
Provide technical input and resolve construction challenges
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Maintain strong safety, quality, and commercial outcomes
Contribute to project reporting and financial tracking (training provided)
Skills &amp; Experience
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
5–10+ years’ experience in construction or contracting
Background in remedial, façade, infrastructure, or asset maintenance works
Experience working in live operational environments (highly regarded)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing site conditions

Freyssinet Australia is entering an exciting phase of growth in Queensland, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer ready to take ownership, drive performance, and help shape the future of our Remedial Engineering Services across the state.

This is not a routine engineering role. It is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to step up, influence key clients, and become a driving force behind a long-term, secured program of work.

The Opportunity
You will lead delivery on a multi-year corrosion, durability and engineering maintenance project (3+1+1) within a complex marine environment. This is a high-visibility program, with the client specifically requesting senior, consistent leadership. You will be the key representative for Freyssinet on this project.
Working closely with local and national teams, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Freyssinet’s Queensland presence and continuing to build our reputation for technical excellence.
What You Will Lead
Engineering delivery across Queensland remedial operations
Technical leadership in corrosion, durability and marine works
Day-to-day leadership of site teams and supervisors
Management of a major long-term client relationship
Oversight of safety, quality and commercial performance
Regional growth initiatives and future project development
This role provides a platform to make a real and visible impact, supported by strong internal systems and national expertise.
What You Bring
Engineering degree
5–10 years’ experience in remedial, corrosion or durability engineering (highly regarded)
Proven capability in marine or harsh environment projects (highly regarded)
NACE Level 2 or 3 (highly regarded)
Confidence leading teams, resolving complex site challenges and engaging directly with clients
We are open to a motivated and engaged Project Engineer with a genuine interest in learning cathodic protection (CP) and undertaking condition assessments. The project involves a significant amount of engineering coordination and project administration, making it well suited to a practical, delivery-focused engineer.
