SICRA Ile-de-France recrute ! SICRA Ile-de-France, filiale de VINCI Construction, avec un CA de 145 millions d’euros et 325 collaborateurs, est un major de la construction de l’habitat en région parisienne. Nous mettons au service de nos clients notre expertise en contribuant au développement de l’habitat urbain (logements, EHPAD, résidences étudiantes…). Rattaché(e) au Responsable Administratif et Financier, véritable interlocuteur financier des Directeurs de projet et des Directeurs d’exploitation, vous assurez le Contrôle de gestion de plusieurs chantiers. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : BUDGET & CLOTURE : - Assister les équipes opérationnelles dans la mise en place et le suivi des budgets chantier, - Analyser et contrôler, mensuellement, les recettes, les dépenses et les avancements des suivis budgétaires chantiers en lien avec les opérationnels et préparer les écritures de bilans trimestriels, - Préparer et participer aux réunions de comptes mensuelles, - Travailler en lien avec les équipes Comptabilité et Paie afin de garantir la fiabilité des données remontées, - Garantir la transparence dans la remontée des informations et assurer le devoir d’alerte, - Assurer le respect des règles de gestion groupe au sein de la direction d’activité. REPORTING : - Réaliser divers reportings pour répondre aux besoins des chantiers et de la direction : retours d’expérience, analyse de pistes potentielles d’optimisation de dépenses. MISSIONS ANNEXES : - Suivre la trésorerie et les retards de paiement, - Assurer la formation des opérationnels aux différents outils de gestion. Le poste est basé à notre siège à Nanterre (92) et des déplacements sur nos chantiers en Île-de-France sont à prévoir régulièrement.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac + 3 à Bac + 5 en Contrôle de gestion et vous avez une expérience d’au moins 2 ans sur un poste similaire. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel. Vous êtes pro-actif(ve) et vous vous montrez méthodique, rigoureux(se) et curieux(se). Vous avez un réel sens du contact et de la communication, indispensables à une fonction opérationnelle. Major de la construction de l’habitat, filiale de VINCI Construction, nous mettons au service de nos clients, notre expertise en contribuant au développement de l’habitat urbain (logements, EHPAD, résidences étudiantes…) en île de France. Vous voulez prendre part à l'aventure ? Nous vous proposons de rejoindre la Direction Commerciale de SICRA Ile-de-France en tant que stagiaire Marketing Stratégique. Votre objectif : nous aider à comprendre le marché de l'habitat neuf de demain ! Vos principales missions seront : Étudier les évolutions de ce marché via de la veille et du benchmarking interne et externe : connaitre et comprendre le marché, son évolution, les poches de croissances et la concurrence Faire un état des lieux portefeuille affaires Détecter de nouveaux acteurs par typologie de projet, créer un plan de prospection, participer à sa réalisation et au suivi, avec notamment la mise en place d'indicateurs mesurables de performance. Proposer une segmentation de marché et construire une offre spécifique à chaque segment. Formaliser un plan d’action commercial structuré (territoires, clients, produits). Accompagner sur le marketing des offres technico-financières (rédaction et mise en forme).

De formation en marketing en programme grande école (bac +4 à bac+5), vous êtes reconnu pour votre autonomie et votre rigueur. Vous faites preuve d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous êtes une personne organisée, structurée, naturellement curieuse, dotée d’un esprit d’initiative, et motivée par la découverte du marché de l’immobilier (Promoteur, Investisseur, Architecte, Bureau d'études...).
