Contexte du poste : Dans ce cadre, le Responsable Administratif et Financier a pour mission de superviser l’ensemble des fonctions financières, contrôle de gestion, conformité locale et reporting vers le Groupe VINCI. Missions principales Gestion financière et reporting· Encadrer une équipe comptable et des prestataires en comptabilité, trésorerie Piloter les processus budgétaires et assurer les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles. Établir, optimiser et suivre les budgets des fonctions support Assurer le suivi de la performance financière des projets, en phase offre, exécution jusqu’à la clôture des projets Faire évoluer et digitaliser les processus financiers Produire le reporting financier vers le Groupe. Assurer le suivi des encaissements clients (recouvrement) et des paiements aux fournisseurs externes et internes. Optimiser la trésorerie, gérer les cautions bancaires et mettre en place des couvertures de change. Contrôle de gestion Suivre les indicateurs de performance. Analyser les écarts mensuels, annuels, vs N-1 et budget. Proposer des actions correctives et accompagner les opérationnels dans le pilotage économique des projets. Conformité et fiscalité Garantir le respect des obligations légales, fiscales et sociales locales. Être l’interlocuteur des auditeurs, administrations (fiscalité, banques) et partenaires externes (douanes, etc.). Support aux opérations Participer aux décisions stratégiques et à l’évaluation des risques financiers. Accompagner les équipes dans le suivi des marges et des résultats. Participer activement aux actions de recouvrement.

Diplôme supérieur en Finance, Comptabilité ou Gestion (Master, DSCG ou équivalent). · Expérience confirmée (minimum 8 ans) en direction financière, idéalement au sein d’un groupe international ou d’une organisation structurée. · Maîtrise des normes comptables marocaines et IFRS. · Connaissance des outils de reporting (Vision, Maestro, ERP). · Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Power BI, etc.). · Leadership, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et sens du service. · Capacité à travailler en transversal et à distance avec des équipes internationales. · Etre force de proposition et véritable partenaire des opérations Ce poste est naturellement ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap ou disposant d’une reconnaissance de la qualité de travailleur handicapé (RQTH). Position: Sales Representative Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Location: Australia Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Sales Representative to join our team in the custom construction equipment sector. This role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and supporting the design and delivery of specialized construction equipment solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong Deep Foundations industry knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Customer Engagement & Technical Consultation Meet with customers to understand technical and operational requirements for equipment proposals. Collaborate with the Berminghammer engineering and technical teams to develop customized equipment solutions that meet client needs. Market Development & Supplier Liaison Identify and build relationships with potential customers, regional service agents, and suppliers. Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with local suppliers to act as regional agents for service and support. Business Development & Industry Participation Research and track upcoming construction projects and potential customers within the assigned region. Attend and participate in regional industry conferences, trade shows, and association meetings to promote Berminghammer products and capabilities. Proposal & Project Support Work closely with Berminghammer’s technical support staff to prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations. Provide customers with product expertise, technical data, and follow-up support throughout the sales cycle. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and exceptional service. Qualifications – What Will Make You Successful Education / Experience 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on foundation construction techniques and equipment. Strong understanding of heavy or custom construction equipment applications. Engineering or Construction Project Management background is an asset. Soft Skills & Work Style Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently with remote support. Travel & Work Environment Ability to travel 30–50% of the time for customer visits, site inspections, and industry events. Work from home or an associated remote office, if available. Participate in weekly check-ins to review progress on active prospects and opportunities. Training & Onboarding 2–4 weeks of initial training in Hamilton, Ontario Canada (duration dependent on prior experience). Includes Berminghammer equipment overview, factory tours, process reviews, and field experience on construction and rig-up sites. Shadow existing sales personnel during onboarding to gain practical sales and product experience.
