MISSÃO:
Responsável em apoiar as atividades administrativas, operacionais e relacionadas à segurança na administração do aeroporto.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
Apoiar as atividades desenvolvidas pela Gerência do Aeroporto e sua equipe administrativa, assegurando a organização e fluidez dos processos internos;
Realizar o controle de correspondências e documentos recebidos e enviados, conforme procedimentos estabelecidos, garantindo registro, rastreabilidade e correta distribuição;
Elaborar, atualizar e controlar documentos administrativos e operacionais, incluindo atas de reunião, relatórios e indicadores relacionados às áreas de Operações e Segurança (SGSO, AVSEC e REA);
Acompanhar as condições de infraestrutura administrativa, incluindo salas, equipamentos e insumos de escritório, garantindo o adequado funcionamento, manutenção e reposição;
Controlar estoques de materiais administrativos e apoiar os processos de aquisição junto ao setor de Compras, bem como monitorar solicitações e pedidos por meio dos sistemas corporativos;
Apoiar no setor de Credenciamento, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos para emissão de credenciais provisórias e definitivas, bem como autorizações de trânsito de veículos (ATIVs), em conformidade com os requisitos de segurança;
Prestar atendimento à comunidade aeroportuária e ao público em geral, fornecendo orientações sobre processos de credenciamento, requisitos de segurança e treinamentos obrigatórios (PISOA, SGSO, AVSEC, DDA, entre outros);
Apoiar ações e campanhas de promoção da segurança operacional, SST e AVSEC, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança;
Apoiar as equipes operacionais nas atividades de atendimento ao cliente, zeladoria do Terminal de Passageiros, realização de vistorias e elaboração de relatórios para melhoria contínua dos processos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
FORMAÇÃO:
Cursando Graduação em Administração ou áreas afins.

CONHECIMENTOS E HABILIDADES:
Conhecimento de atividades administrativas, recursos humanos, operacionais e comerciais;
Comunicação clara e objetiva;
Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade.

DESEJÁVEIS:
Cursando a partir do 3° período;
Conhecimento em Pacote office completo, boa redação e aplicativos como One Drive e Power App;
Controle documental e elaboração de relatórios.

Main Purpose of the Job:
To provide onsite Health, Safety and Environmental support on the Protos Carbon Capture Project. 

Key Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:
You will undertake site HS&amp;E inspections on construction and rail projects
You report directly to the northern operations team with functional support from the Health, Safety &amp; Environment Director
Providing direct assistance in the preparation, development, maintenance and implementation of the existing Health, Safety and Wellbeing management systems
Work in accordance with site hours or as directed by the line manager
You should have a full clean driving license with the willingness to travel. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is maintained and fit to use at all times on the public highway
You will conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, leading by example, promoting a positive culture and give factual and correct advice or guidance to others
You are required to maintain your continual professional development
You will advise office managers or nominated staff on statutory requirements relating to the maintenance and management of company owned or leased premises
Advise on all matters pertaining to the safety and well-being of all personnel on-site (including visitors and contractors) as well as ensuring the company meets its moral and legal responsibilities with regards to Health and Safety
Interpret legislative requirements, as well as sector, national and international standards, with the ability to incorporate into company processes, procedures and policies, and communicate to the requirements to the senior management and workforce
You must report any Health and Safety related issues that require management action immediately for resolution
Suggest, communicate and promote initiatives for accident prevention and improvement opportunities
Implement the requirements of the Health and Safety Policies and Integrated Management System
Be responsible for own safety and the safety of others within the workplace, working in a safe, tidy and efficient manner, assisting in maintaining safety within the workplace
Support Project Teams to achieve company and client expectations with regard to Health and Safety on Risk Assessment, Method Statements, Toolbox Talks, Evacuation Plans, Fire Plans, Work Package Plans, Emergency Plans, and the Safety training of operatives
Attend Client Health and Safety meetings and develop &amp; maintain strong relationships client teams
Produce management reports, newsletters and bulletins
Assist with accident and incident investigations
Ensure the Company’s core values are embedded in all decisions made and shape your behaviour

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
 Required
Experience in this role while working for a ground engineering or civil engineering contractor
NEBOSH Construction Certificate, Tech IOSH Status or MIIRSM, and CSCS qualified

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Piling Operative, you’ll be essential to the safe and efficient installation of deep foundation piles used to build the MBIF. Your role will involve:
Supporting marine piling operations and specialist piling techniques
Preparing, maintaining, and clearing construction areas
Assisting plant teams and operatives under site supervision
Handling, moving, and loading/unloading materials and equipment
Excavation, compaction, backfilling, levelling and general groundworks
Shovelling, moving spoil, and supporting temporary works set‑up
Ensuring safety, compliance, and high‑quality delivery across all tasks

Every day will be varied, hands‑on, and critical to the successful delivery of this engineering landmark.
