SunMind développe, installe, finance et exploite des centrales solaires, éoliennes et des solutions de stockage d’énergie. Notre objectif est de contribuer à la décarbonation de la production électrique, à l’indépendance énergétique et d’apporter des solutions de flexibilité, indispensables aux systèmes électriques de demain. SunMind est une filiale de VINCI Concessions. Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Responsable Administratif et Comptable (H/F) pour gérer l’ensemble des filiales de SunMind. A ce poste, vous pilotez le processus d’établissement des comptes de SunMind en France et l’étranger et assurerez le suivi administratif des entités concernées. Au sein de Sunmind, vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur Financier et vous prendrez, notamment, en charge les missions suivantes : Comptabilité o Assurez la comptabilité courante et la correcte traduction en comptabilité des arrêtés trimestriels et annuels sur Sage X3. Pour les filiales à l’international (notamment au Portugal et en Grèce), la comptabilité sera tenue par un cabinet local sous votre supervision, o Assurez le suivi de la comptabilité analytique et des engagements hors bilan, o Réalisez et/ou contrôlez la justification des comptes, o Gérez les intercos et assurez les factures de vente, o Garantissez la qualité de l'information comptable (exhaustivité de l'information, contrôle permanent, respect des délais), o Supervisez et/ou élaborez les documents financiers annuels (liasses et annexes) en lien notamment avec le secrétariat juridique, o Gérez la relation avec les auditeurs externes (mise à disposition des éléments comptables, financiers et juridiques demandés). Trésorerie o Procédez aux paiements conformément aux procédures de VINCI Concessions, o Analysez les retards de paiement client et fournisseurs (le cas échéant), o Assurez le suivi des comptes courants associés de chacune des filiales, o Suivez les prêts intra et hors groupe. Consolidation o Établissez les comptes consolidés en normes IFRS en appliquant les retraitements adéquats, o Saisissez les liasses de consolidation dans l’outil de consolidation du Groupe (SAP Magnitude) pour les arrêtés de clôture. Fiscalité o Établissez et contrôlez les déclarations fiscales courantes (TVA, DES, DAS2, taxe parafiscales …), o Effectuez les rapprochements entre la comptabilité et les déclarations fiscales (TVA, …), o Dans le cadre du reporting fiscal du Groupe, déterminez les prévisions fiscales et établissez les liasses fiscales en collaboration avec le département fiscal de VINCI Concessions, o Pour la société-mère VINCI Concessions, vous vous assurez du cadrage des éléments de paie avec les déclarations sociales (DADS, …). Ressources humaines o Assurer le contrôle des comptes de la paie et des charges sociales rattachées Systèmes d’information o Participez à l’optimisation de l’ERP existant aux activités de SunMind.

De formation type DSCG ou équivalent, vous justifiez au minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la comptabilité en entreprise ou en cabinet. Utilisation quotidienne des SI de gestion de type ERP (idéalement Sage X3). Vous démontrez une certaine appétence pour les outils comptables et les systèmes d’information. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des problématiques fiscales, une culture du contrôle et du respect des délais et le sens de l'initiative. Dans ce poste, des missions transversales vous seront confiées et votre capacité à être force de proposition dans les différents aspects de votre mission est un atout. La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.

Main Purpose of the Job: To provide onsite Health, Safety and Environmental support on the Protos Carbon Capture Project.
