Vos missions

réécriture et optimisation de contenus existants ;
relecture et correction éditoriale ;
conception et rédaction d’une lettre interne mensuelle pour la division.
 
Vous apporterez également un soutien rédactionnel aux différents pôles de la division.
Le périmètre couvrant la France et l’Amérique du Nord, vous serez amené(e) à :
mener des interviews en anglais et en français (à l’oral, en visio) ;
exploiter et rédiger des contenus en anglais et en français ;
produire des contenus à la fois corporate et techniques. 
 
En complément, vous pourrez être amené(e) à contribuer à d’autres projets de communication en fonction des besoins de l’équipe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profil recherché : 
Étudiant(e) en 4e ou 5e année (école de commerce, communication ou université), vous présentez les qualités suivantes :

We’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. The Information Security &amp; Assurance Officer ensures GSA implements all mandatory information and cybersecurity controls required under the client Information Security Management Plan (ISMP), associated security documents and all security governance requirements agreed by parent company representatives. 
 
This includes responsibility for: 
Assurance of GSA systems, including O365, identity, MFA, endpoint controls and office locations
Integration with client SOC monitoring, log availability, incident reporting 
Compliance across onshore and offshore teams
Ensuring flow‑down to downstream subcontractors
IS027001 alignment, implementing an ISMS and leading on incident management to provide a business wide, good cyber security posture.  
Key responsibilities in greater detail:
Governance &amp; Compliance
Implement client ISMP controls across GSA, enforcing SAL, export‑control, classification and data‑handling rules.
Ensure subcontractor security flow‑downs and maintain governance evidence, documentation and audit materials.
Support client/partner security reviews and monitor compliance with GDPR/DPA, NIS2 (as applicable), and sector standards (PSN/NHS DSPT).
O365 Security

SOC Integration

Implement the requirements of the Health and Safety Policies and Integrated Management System

Support Project Teams to achieve company and client expectations with regard to Health and Safety on Risk Assessment, Method Statements, Toolbox Talks, Evacuation Plans, Fire Plans, Work Package Plans, Emergency Plans, and the Safety training of operatives
Attend Client Health and Safety meetings and develop &amp; maintain strong relationships client teams
Produce management reports, newsletters and bulletins
Assist with accident and incident investigations

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
 Required
Experience in this role while working for a ground engineering or civil engineering contractor
NEBOSH Construction Certificate, Tech IOSH Status or MIIRSM, and CSCS qualified

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Piling Operative, you’ll be essential to the safe and efficient installation of deep foundation piles used to build the MBIF. Your role will involve:
Supporting marine piling operations and specialist piling techniques
Preparing, maintaining, and clearing construction areas
Assisting plant teams and operatives under site supervision
Handling, moving, and loading/unloading materials and equipment
Excavation, compaction, backfilling, levelling and general groundworks
Shovelling, moving spoil, and supporting temporary works set‑up
Ensuring safety, compliance, and high‑quality delivery across all tasks

Every day will be varied, hands‑on, and critical to the successful delivery of this engineering landmark.

Purpose of the Job
The Fabrication Department forms part of the BSL Plant Department which is a major ancillary service the wider Bachy Soletanche Ltd business and acts as its own standalone cost centre and revenue generating entity.
The Technical Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Fabrication Department’s technical, digital, and administrative functions. This role ensures the smooth execution of quotation development, technical drawing preparation, digital tool implementation, and administrative oversight. The position supports the department’s operational efficiency and contributes to continuous improvement across fabrication processes.
Responsibilities &amp; Duties
Technical Support (Quotation Development)
Collaborate closely with the Fabrication Manager to assist in developing accurate, timely, and cost-effective quotations for fabrication projects
Interpret client specifications and ensure all quotations align with both customer requirements and the company’s manufacturing capabilities
Identify opportunities to propose alternative engineered solutions that optimise cost, material usage, or production efficiency
Technical Drawings
Assist in the creation, modification, and review of technical drawings and fabrication schematics using CAD software
Ensure all drawings are compliant with client specifications, industry standards, and internal quality requirements
Work collaboratively with design engineers and production teams to translate drawings into practical, manufacturable plans
Support the resolution of drawing-related queries during the production phase and contribute to continuous improvement of drawing standards
Digital Support (e.g., Powerforms, POR)
Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of digital tools such as Powerforms and other workflow systems
Ensure digital platforms are effectively utilised for capturing project data, generating reports, and streamlining internal processes
Provide training, troubleshooting, and user support to team members to maximise adoption and efficiency of digital tools
Collaborate with IT or software vendors to suggest improvements or resolve technical issues related to digital systems
Administrative Oversight
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quotations, technical drawings, project timelines, and communications
Support scheduling and resource planning activities to ensure alignment between project timelines and departmental capacity
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, quality assurance) to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards

Skills &amp; Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing workflows
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and digital platforms such as Powerforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
