Au sein du groupe VINCI Energies, ES LASER, conçoit, fabrique et installe des machines laser industrielles, pour des applications de soudage, découpe, décapage, marquage et autres.

Les équipes de ES LASER (45 personnes) prennent la maitrise d’œuvre complète des machines laser :  Etude mécanique, automatisme, informatique industrielle, robotisation et vision. Nos machines laser sont exportées dans 28 pays industrialisés.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial de notre activité industrielle.
Vos principales missions seront :
Développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille clients ;
Participer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale et assurer le suivi et la prospection de nouveaux clients (contact direct, participation au salon professionnel…) ;
Analyser les appels d’offres et les cahiers des charges clients ;
Répondre aux consultations, participer aux choix techniques, élaborer les offres avec l’appui du BE ;
Suivre les projets sur le plan commercial et administratif tout au long de la réalisation (négociation d’avenant, suivi gestion et facturation…) et assurer le reporting régulier auprès du chef d’entreprise ;
Participer aux événements en interne (Groupe VINCI) et en externe (organismes professionnels) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements ponctuels en France et en Europe.
De formation supérieure (Niveau BTS ou BAC+3) en commerce et technique, ou doté(e) d’une expérience significative dans une fonction similaire, vous recherchez un poste à responsabilité au sein d’une entreprise qui valorise autonomie, confiance et solidarité.

Vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 5 ans en développement commercial dans le milieu industriel.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la machine industrielle et/ou du laser.

L’anglais est indispensable et l’allemand peut être un atout supplémentaire.

Project Overview:
The Walsh-VINCI Transit Community Partners (WVTCP) Joint Venture consisting of VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Walsh Construction has been selected to construct the $2.9BN Design Build Red Line Extension (RLE) project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). The RLE Mainline Design-Build (MDB) Project will extend the CTA's Red Line by 5.6 miles, extending from the existing terminal at 95th/Dan Ryan south to 130th Street and Doty Avenue.
Responsabilities
As the Schedule Engineer on the $2.9BN Red Line Extension Project (RLE) in Chicago-Illinois, you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling construction activities within a designated area, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve milestone completion dates. This position is fully on site and in office. This position requires an understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling software/tools.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, incorporating all phases from pre-construction to project closeout.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to create accurate schedules with input from stakeholders. Identify critical path and near critical path activities and potential risks; propose mitigation strategies to ensure schedule adherence.
Monitor progress against the schedule and provide regular updates to project teams and management.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align their activities with project schedules.
Conduct schedule impact analysis for changes and deviations from the original plan.
Experience in using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) proficiently to create, update, and analyze schedules.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and scheduling best practices/standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum five (5) years heavy construction scheduling experience
Preferred:
Major in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Ability to summarize and consolidate information effectively both written and verbally.
Confident setting meeting agendas and leading a meeting or call.
Comfortable with programs like Word, Excel, other Microsoft Office Suite programs and information management systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, ACC, or E-Builder.
Organized and able to manage and store documents effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others.
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
Proven skill and ability to identify and mitigate scheduling issues for simple and complex construction projects.
Proficient with the generation and maintenance of cost and resource loaded schedules.
Ability to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work.
Ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Salary Range:
$115,000.00 to $125,000.00

Project Overview:

As the Materials Coordination Lead on the $2.9BN Red Line Extension Project (RLE) in Chicago-Illinois, you will be responsible to schedule, review, track, and coordinate the material documentation, including test reports, to demonstrate project conformance with the Contractor’s Quality Management System and Contract requirements relating to permanent materials and materials put into place for temporary use by the CTA.
Responsabilities
Apply the project rules and be proactive in terms of Health and Safety when visiting site or at the office.
Support the implementation of the Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control Processes on the project, particularly all processes related to the assurance of materials.
Develop, manage, maintain, and supervise material tracking logs.
Coordinate with the construction area managers and the project engineers to ensure materials documentation is received, logged, and uploaded to CTA’s Project Website per contract requirements, including product datasheets, certifications, and other required material submittals outlined in the technical specifications.
Manage the Buy America Build America process.
Review and technically interpret material test results.
Coordinate with internal and external project teams for resolution of material related quality issues.
Participate in pre-activity meetings and regular progress meetings to develop understanding of current and upcoming work.
Maintain QC document records and perform self-audits of hard copy and electronic records.
Build a good and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders, including the CTA Owner Representative Quality personnel.
Promote WVTCP’s Right First-Time culture by developing, sharing, and presenting Lessons Learned, Toolbox Talks, Quality Bulletins.
Ensure the MIR/MT forms and supporting documents are compiled by the operations staff and report on any delinquent documents.
Review MIR/MT forms for completeness, log and upload to CTA eBuilder site.
Assist with follow-up and close out of material related deficiencies.
Participate in site walks focusing on material delivery, storage, and use.
Participate with project closeout and punch list inspections and project meetings, as needed and as they relate to materials&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Valid Driving License to drive in the state of Illinois.
Ability to write and review reports, procedure manuals, processes.
Ability to collect and review technical content of materials certificates and associated datasheets.
Well organized, flexible, detail-oriented and multi-tasked.
Knowledge and experience of working to FTA, IDOT, and ASTM standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Proficiency in quality management through Document Control Systems.
Ability to gather, analyze, evaluate, and take decisions based on facts.
Can deliver reports in an objective, clear, and comprehensive manner.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
Is good at building relationships and can influence effectively.
Can demonstrate initiative and resilience.
Quality subject matter expertise and proven track record in Quality Control
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
Experience relevant to transportation projects would be an asset.
Experience in a similar role, e.g. lab manager, materials technician, etc.… and knowledge of the Buy America Build America requirements would be an asset.
Certified as a Quality professional, e.g. ASQ certification
Salary Range:
$100,000.00 to $130,000.00

Mise au point des lasers et machines dans nos ateliers.
Installation et mise en service des machines chez nos clients.
Formation des utilisateurs pour garantir une prise en main optimale de nos équipements.
Maintenance et dépannage sur site ou dans nos ateliers (modules électriques/électroniques).
Rédaction des manuels de dépannage et des listes de pièces de rechange.
