Vous assisterez la Responsable Communication dans le cadre de la création de la médiathèque VINCI Construction en France. Votre mission principale sera de structurer et d’intégrer les contenues photographiques de notre délégation (chantiers, humains etc) : Classement et organisation des visuels (dossiers, thématiques, dates, projets, etc.) Renseignement des métadonnées (titres, descriptions, mots-clés, crédits, droits) Vérification de la qualité et de la conformité des images (formats, résolution, nommage) Participation à l’amélioration des bonnes pratiques de gestion de la médiathèque

Votre profil ? 🎓 Vous suivez une formation de type BTS, Bachelor ou Master 2 en communication, documentation, métiers de l’image et/ ou multimédia. 👷‍♂️ Vous avez une appétence pour les contenus visuels et un intérêt pour l’image, 🤝 Vous faites preuve de relationnel, d’écoute et d’adaptation à des situations variées.

Project Overview: The Walsh-VINCI Transit Community Partners (WVTCP) Joint Venture consisting of VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Walsh Construction has been selected to construct the $2.9BN Design Build Red Line Extension (RLE) project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). The RLE Mainline Design-Build (MDB) Project will extend the CTA's Red Line by 5.6 miles, extending from the existing terminal at 95th/Dan Ryan south to 130th Street and Doty Avenue. Responsabilities As the Schedule Engineer on the $2.9BN Red Line Extension Project (RLE) in Chicago-Illinois, you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling construction activities within a designated area, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve milestone completion dates. This position is fully on site and in office. This position requires an understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling software/tools. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, incorporating all phases from pre-construction to project closeout. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints. Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to create accurate schedules with input from stakeholders. Identify critical path and near critical path activities and potential risks; propose mitigation strategies to ensure schedule adherence. Monitor progress against the schedule and provide regular updates to project teams and management. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align their activities with project schedules. Conduct schedule impact analysis for changes and deviations from the original plan. Experience in using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) proficiently to create, update, and analyze schedules. Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and scheduling best practices/standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills: Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum five (5) years heavy construction scheduling experience Preferred: Major in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Ability to summarize and consolidate information effectively both written and verbally. Confident setting meeting agendas and leading a meeting or call. Comfortable with programs like Word, Excel, other Microsoft Office Suite programs and information management systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, ACC, or E-Builder. Organized and able to manage and store documents effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others. Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6. Proven skill and ability to identify and mitigate scheduling issues for simple and complex construction projects. Proficient with the generation and maintenance of cost and resource loaded schedules. Ability to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work. Ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Salary Range: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 Work Environment: Required to stand, sit, walk, and/or climb stairs or ladders. Involves a dynamic and challenging work environment. Office-based role with regular visits to active construction sites. Exposure to noise, weather, and typical construction conditions. Fast-paced environment that may require long hours.
