Nous recherchons un Chef de chantier Canalisations F/H Poste basé à Guérande (44) Sous la responsabilité et en binôme avec un Conducteur de travaux, vos missions sont les suivantes : Participer conjointement avec le Conducteur de travaux à la préparation du chantier (installation de la base vie), Gérer l’approvisionnement et la logistique du chantier : Balisage (panneaux, barrières, tôle, blindage, …), Petit matériel en location (mini-pelle, dumper, cylindre, …), Conformité des livraisons sur chantier. Lire le plan projet et les DICT, Réaliser le marquage/piquetage des réseaux existants, Réaliser l'implantation du projet, Réaliser les travaux en tenant compte des contraintes et spécificités techniques dans le respect des consignes / normes de sécurité, Animer et encadrer l’équipe, Assurer le suivi et la bonne exécution des travaux durant toutes les phases (suivi du budget, suivi des méthodes appliquées, rapport journalier, saisie des bons de commande sur tablette…), Organiser le suivi et repli du chantier. Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez amenés à encadrer le chantier et également à soutenir votre équipe.

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire. Vous possédez le permis B, la formation AIPR et idéalement le permis EB, ainsi que le CACES A. As Financial Manager for the Middle East region, you will lead the finance function across a highly diverse and complex business environment encompassing 17 Business Units across 9 countries and three Business Lines (Freyssinet, Sixense, and Nuvia), representing approximately €50M in annual turnover. This role goes beyond traditional financial management, requiring the ability to navigate multiple regulatory, tax, banking, and compliance environments while ensuring alignment with VINCI Group policies and governance standards. You will serve as a trusted business partner to operational leaders, providing financial insights that drive profitability, cash flow optimization, risk management, and informed decision-making. The position requires managing a geographically dispersed Finance & Accounting team of 10–12 professionals, coordinating financial operations across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting business transformation initiatives, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and driving the implementation and adoption of digital tools such as ERP systems, Salesforce, Power Query, Power BI, etc. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, project-based construction environment, demonstrating the ability to balance strategic financial leadership with strong operational execution and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization. Shall possess knowledge in civil construction works, in particular geotechnical or earthworks or concrete works. Experience in dam/canal construction is a plus.
