As a Civil Works Superintendent on the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will schedule, coordinate, and supervise production and workforce engaged on your assigned area of the project. The Hampton Roads Connector Partners JV (HRCP), consisting of Flatiron, Dragados USA, and VINCI Construction Grands Projets USA, has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project –the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). The project scope across a 9-mile section of I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing to accommodate 8 lanes across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges, and the addition of a third lane in each direction on I-64. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels are bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the end of 2027. Supervises assigned project work and liaises between field engineering, estimating, and workforce to ensure project compliance with contract drawings and specifications. Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs, and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews daily work schedule with direct reports, and provides input for weekly/monthly schedule updates based on project feedback. Reviews and understands the project specifications to support job setup activities. Works with work crews, field engineers and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas on the job site. Presents production work plan during initial project meeting to ensure all project crews and leaders are in alignment. Required Qualifications 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling), with at least 3+ years of management experience required. Valid Driver’s License. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are required. Strong leadership capability with internal drive to mentor and grow internal talent. Advanced knowledge of the construction site equipment operation and maintenance requirements. Advanced knowledge of construction site safety protocols and proven ability to enforce the project safety programs. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract-specific plans and specifications. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamental geometry. Vos missions : Le/la Chef.fe de chantier assurera la coordination sur site de l’ensemble des activités de construction tout en veillant à la bonne application des protocoles de sécurité. Il/elle collaborera avec les différentes parties prenantes du projet afin de garantir l’atteinte des jalons clés et de maintenir un suivi précis des activités et des coûts de construction. The Hampton Roads Connector Partners JV (HRCP) consisting of Flatiron, Dragados USA and VINCI has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project–the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the end of 2026. PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all aspects of concrete production, including batching, mixing, and delivery to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules. Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections at the batch plant. Ensure plant equipment is maintained and operating efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and construction teams to meet concrete delivery requirements. Monitor and adjust mix designs as needed to meet performance and environmental conditions. Rejoignez le District Vendée Deux-Sèvres de la Direction Ouest Atlantique et directement intégré(e) à l’équipe des Essarts-en-Bocage (85) VINCI Autoroutes. Votre mission ? Dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée en tant que conducteur(trice) de travaux, vous œuvrez au sein de l’équipe dédiée à la coordination active et à la gestion quotidienne de la section autoroutière du District. Les missions qui vous seront confiées : - Planifier, organiser et coordonner les interventions et les chantiers d’entretiens, de réparations et de travaux sur les différents sites dans le respect des engagements (clients, sécurité, environnement et diversité) ; - Superviser les moyens humains et matériels pour planifier les tâches quotidiennes des métiers de l’exploitation ; - En lien avec les techniciens patrimoine, piloter les différents suivis annuels du patrimoine autoroutier du district, et avoir la capacité de les analyser pour proposer un programme de maintenance adapté ; - Participer à l’élaboration du budget travaux ainsi qu’à son suivi ; - Manager les équipes en faisant respecter les règles de sécurité et en maintenant un bon climat social ; - Participer au service d’astreinte opérationnelle.

Nous recherchons un(e) conducteur(trice) de travaux disposant d’une formation BAC+2/3 à dominance technique généraliste, avec idéalement une 1ère expérience dans les Travaux Publics et espaces verts. Vous avez une connaissance en gestion de projets et en planification ainsi qu’une maitrise du logiciel Excel. Vous êtes titulaire du Permis B, indispensable dans le cadre de l’exercice de vos missions. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités techniques et d’analyse, votre rigueur et votre adaptabilité. Vous êtes une personne motivée et organisée.

Senior Engineer – Remedial Engineering Services (QLD) Brisbane | Build the Growth of the Queensland Region Freyssinet Australia is entering an exciting phase of growth in Queensland, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer ready to take ownership, drive performance, and help shape the future of our Remedial Engineering Services across the state. This is not a routine engineering role. The Opportunity You will lead delivery on a multi-year corrosion, durability and engineering maintenance project (3+1+1) within a complex marine environment.
