QUALIFICATIONS Essential Qualifications Professional designation as a Qualified Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Certified Engineering Technician (C.E.T.), Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.), or another qualified equivalent credentials acceptable to the Ministry. Extensive knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management for civil infrastructure or construction projects. Proven ability to implement and manage QC Plans in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
