QUALIFICATIONS Essential Qualifications Professional designation as a Qualified Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Certified Engineering Technician (C.E.T.), Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.), or another qualified equivalent credentials acceptable to the Ministry. Extensive knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management for civil infrastructure or construction projects. Proven ability to implement and manage QC Plans in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Proven experience in inspection, testing, and reporting for large-scale infrastructure or road construction projects. Solid understanding of quality management systems, construction specifications, and testing standards. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test data. Proficient in documentation control, report preparation, and maintaining auditable quality records.
