En coordination et sous l’autorité fonctionnelle de la direction de projet : - Veiller au respect des engagements souscrits par LISEA SMR Contractuel : Assurer, en liaison avec les autres fonctions de LISEA SMR concernées, le suivi juridique des différents « contrats de base » (construction, maîtrise d’œuvre, maintenance, baux, etc.). De régulation : Participer à la rédaction des documents nécessaires à l’exploitation du SMR (offre de Référence de la Maintenance, baux commerciaux, contrats d’accès, règlement intérieur, etc.) ; Traiter les questions juridiques liées à la régulation : ART, respect des règles de non-discrimination et de transparence vis-à-vis des utilisateurs du SMR, etc. De contentieux Gérer en liaison avec les fonctions concernées les litiges et procédures contentieuses. -Evolution législatives et règlementaires : Dans un secteur marqué par les évolutions règlementaires : Suivre et analyser les projets de textes afin de s’assurer qu’ils n’impactent pas négativement LISEA SMR ; Assurer la veille juridique sur les sujets ferroviaires notamment s’agissant de l’évolution des règles applicables aux installations de service au niveaux national et européen.
