The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is a key delivery partner within the Sizewell C nuclear new‑build programme on the Suffolk coast. About the role:
To support the effective planning, coordination, and assurance of training across the GSA project by working closely with operational teams, HR, and delivery partners. The Training Advisor will provide hands-on advisory support to ensure training requirements are clearly understood, appropriately planned, and delivered in line with project, statutory, and contractual standards, contributing to a competent and compliant workforce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Training Advice &amp; Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for operational teams and partners on training requirements, standards, and processes.
Translate project and role-specific competence requirements into clear training plans and actions.
Support the coordination and scheduling of training to align with mobilisation plans and construction programmes.
Liaise with approved external training providers to arrange courses and confirm suitability against project standards.
Compliance, Competence &amp; Assurance
Support the monitoring of training compliance, qualifications, and certification requirements across the workforce.
Identify gaps, risks, or upcoming expiries and proactively engage stakeholders to resolve issues.
Assist with audit readiness by ensuring training evidence is accurate, current, and traceable.
Escalate compliance or competence risks to the Training Manager where required.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work collaboratively with HR, site leadership, and partner organisations to ensure consistent application of training requirements.
Provide clear guidance and advice to managers and supervisors on training and competence matters.
Contribute to regular reporting on training status, risks, and progress.
Continuous Improvement
Support the review and improvement of training processes, guidance, and documentation.
Capture feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve training coordination and effectiveness.
General
Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role.

CIPD Level 3-5 in Learning &amp; Development or equivalent relevant experience.

We’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world‑class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK’s clean‑energy future.
The Information Security &amp; Assurance Officer ensures GSA implements all mandatory information and cybersecurity controls required under the client Information Security Management Plan (ISMP), associated security documents and all security governance requirements agreed by parent company representatives. 
 
This includes responsibility for: 
Assurance of GSA systems, including O365, identity, MFA, endpoint controls and office locations
Integration with client SOC monitoring, log availability, incident reporting 
Compliance across onshore and offshore teams
Ensuring flow‑down to downstream subcontractors
IS027001 alignment, implementing an ISMS and leading on incident management to provide a business wide, good cyber security posture.  
Key responsibilities in greater detail:
Governance &amp; Compliance
Implement client ISMP controls across GSA, enforcing SAL, export‑control, classification and data‑handling rules.
Ensure subcontractor security flow‑downs and maintain governance evidence, documentation and audit materials.
Support client/partner security reviews and monitor compliance with GDPR/DPA, NIS2 (as applicable), and sector standards (PSN/NHS DSPT).
O365 Security
Provide assurance and governance over identity &amp; access, O365 baseline compliance, data protection, logging and monitoring.
SOC Integration
Oversee log availability, security monitoring, alerting, incident response and SOC standards.
Assurance &amp; Risk
Own the ISMS (policies, standards, procedures).
Complete required assessments (TPSA, SRA, DPIA, ECIA) and submit evidence for approval.
Track remediation, review suppliers, manage security awareness, and govern tooling/technology.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted adviser to IT, projects and business units.
Deliver security awareness and phishing campaigns and manage actions with suppliers, MSSPs, SOC and auditors.
Continuous Improvement
Identify optimisation and automation opportunities; contribute to roadmap and stay current with industry trends.

Demonstrable experience in information security assurance and technical cyber operations within a UK organisation.
Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, NIST CSF, and UK GDPR / DPA 2018.
Hands‑on familiarity with modern security tooling (e.g., Microsoft Defender suite, Sentinel SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners). 
Experience conducting/leading security incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews including with SOC ((internal or MSSP)
Ability to produce clear assurance reports, policies/standards, and executive‑level dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management; able to translate technical risk into business impact and pragmatic actions. 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience 
A degree (or suitable experience) in a computer or cyber security subjects 
Familiarity with ISO 27001 Cyber Essentials Plus, NIST CSF, and UK GDPR.

Pilotage &amp; Analyse financière
·        Analyser la performance économique des chantiers (suivi, écarts, avancement).
·        Participer aux arrêtés mensuels et aux points financiers.

Suivi budgétaire &amp; reporting
·        Vérifier et suivre les budgets (frais généraux, chantiers, engagements).
·        Produire et fiabiliser les tableaux de bord nécessaires au pilotage.
·        Contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets annuels des centres de profit.

Support opérationnel &amp; conformité
·        Assurer l’application et la diffusion des règles de gestion et procédures Groupe.
·        Participer aux comités financiers et au suivi des actions décidées.
·        Veiller à la bonne prise en compte des événements juridiques dans les résultats (litiges, provisions…).

Outils &amp; conduite du changement
·        Accompagner les équipes dans la prise en main du nouvel outil Groupe.

·        Être un relais entre la RAF, les opérationnels et la Direction du Contrôle de Gestion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Issu.e de formation supérieure type Bac+5 en finance/gestion/comptabilité. Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie de minimum 4 ans d’expérience en contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans le bâtiment ou le BTP. Une première expérience terrain est indispensable (pilotage de chantiers, environnements opérationnels).

Main Purpose of the Job:
To provide onsite Health, Safety and Environmental support on the Protos Carbon Capture Project. 

Key Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:
You will undertake site HS&amp;E inspections on construction and rail projects
You report directly to the northern operations team with functional support from the Health, Safety &amp; Environment Director
Providing direct assistance in the preparation, development, maintenance and implementation of the existing Health, Safety and Wellbeing management systems
Work in accordance with site hours or as directed by the line manager
You should have a full clean driving license with the willingness to travel. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is maintained and fit to use at all times on the public highway
You will conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, leading by example, promoting a positive culture and give factual and correct advice or guidance to others
You are required to maintain your continual professional development
You will advise office managers or nominated staff on statutory requirements relating to the maintenance and management of company owned or leased premises
Advise on all matters pertaining to the safety and well-being of all personnel on-site (including visitors and contractors) as well as ensuring the company meets its moral and legal responsibilities with regards to Health and Safety
Interpret legislative requirements, as well as sector, national and international standards, with the ability to incorporate into company processes, procedures and policies, and communicate to the requirements to the senior management and workforce
You must report any Health and Safety related issues that require management action immediately for resolution
Suggest, communicate and promote initiatives for accident prevention and improvement opportunities
Implement the requirements of the Health and Safety Policies and Integrated Management System
Be responsible for own safety and the safety of others within the workplace, working in a safe, tidy and efficient manner, assisting in maintaining safety within the workplace
Support Project Teams to achieve company and client expectations with regard to Health and Safety on Risk Assessment, Method Statements, Toolbox Talks, Evacuation Plans, Fire Plans, Work Package Plans, Emergency Plans, and the Safety training of operatives
Attend Client Health and Safety meetings and develop &amp; maintain strong relationships client teams
Produce management reports, newsletters and bulletins
Assist with accident and incident investigations
Ensure the Company’s core values are embedded in all decisions made and shape your behaviour

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
 Required
Experience in this role while working for a ground engineering or civil engineering contractor
NEBOSH Construction Certificate, Tech IOSH Status or MIIRSM, and CSCS qualified

Formal Accident Investigation training

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Piling Operative, you’ll be essential to the safe and efficient installation of deep foundation piles used to build the MBIF. Your role will involve:
Supporting marine piling operations and specialist piling techniques
Preparing, maintaining, and clearing construction areas
Assisting plant teams and operatives under site supervision
Handling, moving, and loading/unloading materials and equipment
Excavation, compaction, backfilling, levelling and general groundworks
Shovelling, moving spoil, and supporting temporary works set‑up
Ensuring safety, compliance, and high‑quality delivery across all tasks

Every day will be varied, hands‑on, and critical to the successful delivery of this engineering landmark.

Purpose of the Job
The Fabrication Department forms part of the BSL Plant Department which is a major ancillary service the wider Bachy Soletanche Ltd business and acts as its own standalone cost centre and revenue generating entity.
The Technical Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Fabrication Department’s technical, digital, and administrative functions. This role ensures the smooth execution of quotation development, technical drawing preparation, digital tool implementation, and administrative oversight. The position supports the department’s operational efficiency and contributes to continuous improvement across fabrication processes.
Responsibilities &amp; Duties
Technical Support (Quotation Development)
Collaborate closely with the Fabrication Manager to assist in developing accurate, timely, and cost-effective quotations for fabrication projects
Interpret client specifications and ensure all quotations align with both customer requirements and the company’s manufacturing capabilities
Identify opportunities to propose alternative engineered solutions that optimise cost, material usage, or production efficiency
Technical Drawings
Assist in the creation, modification, and review of technical drawings and fabrication schematics using CAD software
Ensure all drawings are compliant with client specifications, industry standards, and internal quality requirements
Work collaboratively with design engineers and production teams to translate drawings into practical, manufacturable plans
Support the resolution of drawing-related queries during the production phase and contribute to continuous improvement of drawing standards
Digital Support (e.g., Powerforms, POR)
Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of digital tools such as Powerforms and other workflow systems
Ensure digital platforms are effectively utilised for capturing project data, generating reports, and streamlining internal processes
Provide training, troubleshooting, and user support to team members to maximise adoption and efficiency of digital tools
Collaborate with IT or software vendors to suggest improvements or resolve technical issues related to digital systems
Administrative Oversight
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quotations, technical drawings, project timelines, and communications
Support scheduling and resource planning activities to ensure alignment between project timelines and departmental capacity
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, quality assurance) to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards

Skills &amp; Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing workflows
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and digital platforms such as Powerforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
