Afin d’atteindre ses objectifs ambitieux en matière de politique environnementale, la société concessionnaire des Aéroports du Grand Ouest (AGO), en charge de l’exploitation de l’aéroport de Nantes Atlantique et de l’aéroport de Saint Nazaire Montoir, souhaite renforcer son département environnement et recherche aujourd’hui son/sa Chargé(e) d’environnement climat (atténuation/adaptation) en Contrat à Durée Indéterminée.
Au sein de la Direction Générale et rattaché(e) à la Responsable Environnement, vous piloterez la démarche climat composé de principaux volets (1) l’atténuation avec un objectif de zéro émission nette à l’horizon 2030 et (2) l’adaptation aux changements climatiques.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

Stratégie climat :
 · Animer la démarche Airport Carbon Acreditation (ACA)
· Mener des études et prospection en matière de décarbonation sur les scopes 1/2/3.
· Réaliser une veille réglementaire et technique sur les sujets liés à la décarbonation (PV, IRVE,…)
· Piloter en interne et/ou en lien avec les partenaires de la plateforme la réalisation des solutions de décarbonation (APU off/SAF/compensation/station hydrogène/PV/IRVE…)
· Assurer le reporting des indicateurs
· En lien avec le responsable Energie, établir et mettre à jour le plan d’action de sobriété énergétique
· Définir et piloter des outils de calcul de bilan carbone des projets et achats de l’entreprise
· Piloter les études d’adaptation aux changements climatiques en lien avec l’ensemble des partenaires de la plateforme
· Dans le cadre des révisions budgétaires : calcul des prévisions d’émission de GES et orientation des choix stratégiques pour les futurs investissements
Autres projets :
 · Piloter les suivis de la qualité de l’air
·  Participer ponctuellement à diverses missions liées au département environnement (eau, biodiversité, économie circulaire…)

Diplômé(e) d’une Formation de niveau minimum bac +5, environnement ou école d'ingénieur avec spécialisation environnement.
Vous avez été amené à conduire et à gérer des projets liés à la décarbonation ou stratégie bas carbone dans une entreprise, industrie, collectivité, dans un contexte multi-partenarial.
Une expérience aéroportuaire serait un plus.
La connaissance de la réglementation (décrets, lois…) est nécessaire.
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, gout pour les études techniques dans un contexte multi partenarial votre capacité à convaincre et votre aptitude à l’animation et à la gestion de projets, vous permettront également de réussir dans vos missions.&lt;br /&gt;

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES  

Au sein de l’équipe Maintenance, sous la responsabilité du Coordonnateur Moyens Généraux et selon les procédures établies, l’Agent Maintenance Moyens Généraux (H/F) a pour missions :
-          L’entretien et le dépannage de premier niveau sur les équipements de chauffage, climatisation, ventilation, ainsi que le suivi des travaux effectués par nos sous-traitants,
-          Le dépannage sur les équipements des réseaux d’eaux (EU, EP), des sanitaires,
-          La réalisation du contrôle périodique et régulier des équipements de génie climatique, réseaux eau et gaz, etc,
-          Le suivi, l’accompagnement et l’assistance des entreprises travaillant sur le site pour des chantiers divers (peinture, métallerie, maçonnerie, etc…),
-          Des interventions sur les infrastructures, carrelage, étanchéité, menuiserie, …
-          Etre support technique lors de travaux de rénovations ou neufs,
-          Des travaux de manutention (agencement de bureaux, déménagements, …).

Dans le cadre d’une ouverture de l’aéroport en continu, l’Agent technique moyens généraux travaille sur un rythme annualisé, principalement en horaires de journée. Des décalés sont possibles (dont nuits) selon les travaux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous possédez un Diplôme technique type CAP, BEP, BAC Pro
Vous justifiez d’une expérience en maintenance et entretien de bâtiments
Vous avez des connaissances en génie climatique et plomberie
Des connaissance en GMAO et Outils informatiques sont appréciée
Vous faites preuve de polyvalence, de réactivité et d’adaptabilité dans vos interventions ainsi que d’une capacité à travailler en autonomie

La société concessionnaire des Aéroports du Grand Ouest, en charge de l’exploitation des aéroports de Nantes Atlantique et Saint Nazaire, recrute pour son Département Exploitation un/une Agent d’Exploitation/Poste Contrôle Exploitation dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée. Sous la responsabilité des Coordonnateurs Exploitation et dans le cadre de procédures établies, l’Agent PCE a pour activité principale, en lien avec les différents partenaires de la plateforme, l’affectation des ressources aéroportuaires.
Dans le cadre d’une ouverture de l’aéroport en continu, l’équipe « Exploitation » travaille en horaires décalés, 24h sur 24, 7j sur 7. L’Agent d’Exploitation travaille en horaires 3*8, dont Week-End et jours fériés.
Missions principales :

• Programmation des Vols et Régulation des Ressources

- Suivi du programme journalier des vols sur la saison
- Suivi et régulation en temps réel du programme des vols
- Réalisation et mise à jour du plan de stationnement avion
- Affectation des ressources et matériels d'accueil des passagers (passerelles, navettes, banques d'enregistrement, portes d'embarquement, …) dans le respect des obligations réglementaires et en prenant en compte la gestion des flux
- Contrôle des flux passagers à l'arrivée et au départ
- Régulation et optimisation en temps réel des plans d'affectation des ressources
- Gérer des messages aéronautiques et traiter les données reçues
- Assurer l'interface entre les différents acteurs présents sur la plateforme aéroportuaire
• Pilotage du Système d'Information Aéroportuaire
- Traitement des informations en provenance de l'ensemble des acteurs opérationnels de la plate-forme (piste, tour de contrôle, compagnies aériennes, …)
- Actualisation des informations traitées par le système d'information aéroportuaire, notamment le téléaffichage
- Valider les banques d'enregistrement et les portes d'embarquement
- Assurer l'ouverture du By-pass selon la planification des coordonateurs
- Assurer la diffusion d'annonces sonores relatives au trafic ou d'annonces spécifiques
• Communication et Travail en Equipe
- Suivi des activités relatives à la gestion des vols et des avions (tour de contrôle, activités sur la piste, …)
- Transmission d'informations entre les équipes
- Polyvalence sur le poste d'Agent Accueil (Point information, mobilité, orientation passagers)
- Appliquer les directives des coordonateurs dans l'activité régulières et dans la gestion des aléas d'exploitation

Poste à temps partiel : 30,60 heures&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Titulaire d'un Bac à Bac+2 (spécialité logistique, langues étrangères, tourisme) Vous justifiez d'une expérience en tant qu'agent de trafic/ opérations                  Votre niveau d'anglais est courant.
Vous disposez d'une réelle capacité d'anticipation, d'adaptation, une capacité à hiérarchiser les priorités et les urgences
Vous avez un sens aigu du Service Clients (qualités de communication, diplomatie, capacité à gérer des situations complexes,…)
Vous avez une réelle aptitude au travail en équipe et faites preuve de rigueur et organisation dans votre activité.
Maîtrise du pack office prioritairement Excel
Disponibilité et adaptabilité au travail en décalé

- Assurer la maintenance et le dépannage de l'ensemble des installations et équipements (tri bagage, passerelles télescopiques, balisage lumineux de la piste, systèmes vidéo surveillance…)
- Contribuer à la réalisation de travaux menés sur la plateforme aéroportuaire,
- Participer aux contrôles et aux opérations de mise en service suite aux interventions de prestataires externes sur les équipements,
- Rendre compte des problèmes techniques rencontrés,
- Mettre à jour et assurer le suivi des opérations réalisées à partir de l'outil de GMAO,
- Etre force de proposition d'évolutions technique sur les équipements et sur l'amélioration des procédures et modes opératoires,
- Représenter l'aéroport auprès des clients internes et externes (entreprises sous-traitantes, prestataires, compagnies …) et auprès des passagers lors des interventions dans l'aérogare.

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Opérations, il/elle est chargé du pilotage des actions de Sûreté des deux plateformes aéroportuaires. Il ou elle assure également le pilotage, la coordination de projets et des plans d’actions stratégiques de la Direction des Opérations.
Il ou elle anime les équipes qui lui sont rattachées, pilote les marchés de sous-traitance liés à son activité et assure la gestion budgétaire de son activité.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES  

Gestion de la sûreté, mise en œuvre des mesures et suivi du marché sous-traité
Contrôler le respect de la règlementation applicable en matière de sûreté
Superviser l’activité sûreté de la plateforme de Nantes Atlantique
Assurer une veille réglementaire, analyser les textes et déterminer les impacts en termes de coût et d’organisation des activités du gestionnaire aéroportuaire
Assurer une veille métier afin d’anticiper les évolutions et améliorer la productivité des activités concernées
Etudier les impacts sûreté moyen et long terme des évolutions de trafic ou de modifications des infrastructures
Gérer le marché de sureté sous-traité : de la définition du cahier des charges à la négociation du marché et au suivi opérationnel et qualitatif de la prestation sur la plateforme
Pilotage de projets et coordination des plans d’actions stratégiques de la Direction des Opérations
Conduire des projets impliquant les différents partenaires et prestataires de la plate-forme (compagnies, assistants, …)
Coordonner des projets en interface avec les entités étatiques et les partenaires extérieurs (DGAC , Préfecture, fournisseurs ..)
Apporter un support à la rédaction de plans d’actions pour répondre aux enjeux réglementaires et de sécurité opérationnelle
Définir et suivre des indicateurs de succès des projets qui lui sont confiés
Accompagner les équipes au changement et à la mise en conformité en cas d’évolution réglementaire impactant les opérations, la sécurité et la sûreté
Assurer un partage d’expérience et participer à des groupes de travail avec les entités extérieures pertinentes (aéroports du groupe, ACI, UAF..)
Mettre en place des jalons de pilotage de projets pour améliorer l’anticipation des échéances opérationnelles et réglementaires
Intégrer des méthodes d’identification et d’analyse de risques métiers, sécurité et stratégiques dans le pilotage des projets
Suivre l’évolution des réglementations concernées par les projets
Organiser des Retours d’Expérience
Participer à l’animation et à la structure des procédures des équipes d’astreintes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine de la gestion aéroportuaire, de la sûreté et de la sécurité, type ENAC.
Vous disposez d’une solide expérience dans la gestion et la coordination d’activités liées à l’exploitation des ressources aéroportuaires, dans la mise en œuvre des mesures de sûreté et de sécurité en aéroport, dans le management d’équipe et dans la supervision de marchés sous-traités.
Vous êtes rompu à la gestion de projets et à la coordination de plans d’actions.
Votre capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, votre rigueur, votre réactivité, votre sens de la communication seront des qualités essentielles à la réussite de vos missions.
Vous maîtrisez l’utilisation des outils informatiques (outils bureautiques, logiciels métier).

The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you'll support the delivery of remedial and civil works across the Kalgoorlie region. Site-based and hands-on, with exposure across the full project lifecycle from planning through to execution.


What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with planning and coordination of remedial works on site
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate delivery
Supporting daily site activities alongside supervisors and subcontractors
Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements
Preparing documentation ITPs, SWMS, reports, and progress updates
Supporting cost tracking, procurement, and programme management
Keeping safety embedded in everything on site

What You'll Bring
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
1–3 years' experience in construction or civil engineering
Exposure to concrete repair, structural strengthening, or remedial works highly regarded

About the Role
Senior Project Engineer
You'll take full technical ownership of structural remedial projects on site — reading and interrogating engineering designs, resolving technical issues in real time, managing subcontractors, and driving program and quality from the ground up. You'll work closely with the PM and report directly into state leadership.


Project Manager
You'll own the full project lifecycle safety, program, cost, client, and team. You'll be commercially accountable for projects up to $10M+, managing the SPE and site teams beneath you while maintaining direct client and consultant relationships.

About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Working Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of remedial construction sites. You will take ownership of site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality and environmental standards.
You will supervise works including:
Concrete repairs
Steel repairs and strengthening
Carbon Fibre strengthening (FRP)
Hydro-demolition and dry-spray
Temporary works and access solutions
Abrasive blasting and protective coatings
You will lead and manage site crews, oversee subcontractors, and maintain effective communication between the project team and workforce. Leading by example, you will champion a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate site activities and allocate resources to achieve timely and high-quality project delivery
Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues affecting timelines or budgets
Liaise with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment across all stages of the project

Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works

Quelles missions vous seront confiées ? 
En tant qu’Ingénieur(e) travaux, vous serez amené(e) à assurer la gestion et l'organisation du ou des chantier(s) dans le respect des objectifs techniques, financiers et commerciaux fixés par le Chef d'agence. Vous serez également responsable des aspects commerciaux, juridiques et humains des chantiers avec le management d'une équipe.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to support and oversee the delivery of major remedial, structural, and refurbishment projects. This is a nationally focused role, meaning you may be based in any Australian state, with travel to major project sites as required.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within remedial, structural, civil, or complex refurbishment construction.
Strong technical understanding of remedial engineering, concrete repair, structural strengthening, façade upgrades, coatings, marine works, or industrial remediation.
Proven capability leading large, geographically dispersed construction teams.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts, claims, and project governance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly.

Desirable Background
Experience in brownfield or live operational environments.
Exposure to high‑risk works such as marine structures, bridges, façades, industrial facilities, and stadiums.
