Missions :

Nous vous proposons de rejoindre les équipes de notre Service Matériel France, basé à Etampes (91), au poste d'alternant Mécanicien(ne)/Électromécanicien(ne) chantier.

Accompagné par votre tuteur sur le dépôt, vous serez formé à la réparation de matériels type foreuses (20 à 80t, grues à treillis sur chenille (80-120t), excavatrice (35 à 45t) ainsi que de matériels comme des pompes à béton, centrale de fabrication de coulis, pompe d'injection,...

Vous pourrez être amené à aller sur le chantier, vous assisterez la réparation et de l'entretien du matériel (montage, entretien, dépannage, prévention…). La maintenance s'effectuera sous la tutelle du responsable.

Missions :

Nous vous proposons de rejoindre les équipes de Menard, au poste de Mécanicien(ne)/Électromécanicien(ne) chantier en itinérance. 

Après une formation de quelques mois à notre dépôt, vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer sur nos chantiers en France et plus particulièrement en IDF et dans le nord de la France. 

Vous vous occuperez de réparations de matériels type foreuses (20 à 80t, grues à treillis sur chenille (80-120t), excavatrice (35 à 45t) ainsi que de matériels comme des pompes à béton, centrale de fabrication de coulis, pompe d'injection,...

Sur le chantier, vous serez en charge de la réparation et de l'entretien du matériel (montage, entretien, dépannage, prévention…). La maintenance s'effectuera sous la tutelle du responsable.

Poste à pourvoir en CDI dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité permanent en France.

Vous serez aussi mené à participer à des interventions pour des projets export et dans une de nos nombreuses filiales en fonction des besoins et de vos compétences.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation de niveau Bac Pro à Bac+2 MSMA (maintenance des systèmes mécaniques automatisés), MMTP (maintenance du matériel de Travaux Publics) ou MEI (maintenance des équipements industriels), ou Mécanicien Réparateur en Matériel Agricole.

About the Role

Reporting within our Civil Business Unit, you will play a key role in business development, tendering, estimating, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for both our clients and the business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Key Responsibilities
Business Development &amp; Tender Identification
Identify upcoming infrastructure and bridge projects where Freyssinet products can be specified and supplied.
Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams to secure tender opportunities.
Support market development initiatives and drive product sales growth.

Estimating &amp; Proposal Preparation
Prepare accurate cost estimates using internal costing tools, historical data, and collaboration with local and international manufacturing facilities.
Develop competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
Maintain and enhance product cost libraries to support forecasting, budgeting, and tender submissions.
Ensure quotations and proposals are technically compliant and commercially sound.

Contract Review &amp; Commercial Management
Review supply contracts in collaboration with legal and commercial stakeholders.
Support contract negotiations and execution.
Ensure contractual obligations, risks, and deliverables are clearly understood and managed.

Project Delivery &amp; Supply Chain Coordination
Manage supply-only product projects from award through to completion.
Coordinate manufacturing, suppliers, logistics, and delivery activities.
Monitor project performance, margins, schedules, and risks.
Support invoicing, financial reporting, and project close-out activities.

Technical Support &amp; Product Expertise
Provide specialist product advice and technical support during tendering and project delivery phases.
Liaise with local and international technical teams to obtain engineering and product support.
Assist project teams with procurement, fabrication, and product delivery requirements.
Maintain current knowledge of bridge products, manufacturing capabilities, and relevant industry standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A degree qualification in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering, estimating, tendering, or technical sales.

The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you'll support the delivery of remedial and civil works across the Kalgoorlie region. Site-based and hands-on, with exposure across the full project lifecycle from planning through to execution.

Réaliser des analyses technico-financières des projets soumis par nos clients et proposer la meilleure solution à l’aide de nos techniques
Réaliser les devis, contacter les clients, provoquer des rencontres et des rendez-vous
Développer l’activité de l’entreprise, le réseau de clientèle, le relationnel client/bureaux de contrôles/géotechnicien
Prendre les décisions stratégiques d’un point de vue commercial, en relation avec le responsable d’agence
Assurer la passation des dossiers obtenus par vos soins avec l’ingénieur travaux principal ou les ingénieurs travaux de l’agence, mais aussi avec les clients, afin d’assurer une continuité et une lisibilité
Suivre de façon assidue les affaires au jour le jour via les outils de l’entreprise (Excel, CRM, etc). et intervenir ponctuellement auprès des ingénieurs travaux en charge des projets voire auprès des clients en cas de besoins
Assurer une formation des collaborateurs et participer aux formations dispensées par l’agence auprès des acteurs (clients, écoles de la région, internes, etc)
Se substituer au responsable d’agence et vos collègues ingénieurs d’affaires lors des périodes de congés ou selon l’activité et les besoins de l’agence. Vous participez à la prise de décisions stratégiques avec le responsable d’agence et vos collègues ingénieurs d’affaires
Représenter l’entreprise auprès de vos interlocuteurs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes idéalement issu d'une formation BAC+5 ou école d'ingénieur avec spécialisation en géotechnique.
Vous disposez d'une expérience significative (minimum 5 ans) sur un poste comparable.

About the Opportunity

Essential Requirements
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within remedial, structural, civil, or complex refurbishment construction.
Strong technical understanding of remedial engineering, concrete repair, structural strengthening, façade upgrades, coatings, marine works, or industrial remediation.
Proven capability leading large, geographically dispersed construction teams.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts, claims, and project governance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly.

Desirable Background
Experience in brownfield or live operational environments.
Exposure to high‑risk works such as marine structures, bridges, façades, industrial facilities, and stadiums.
