La société concessionnaire des Aéroports du Grand Ouest, en charge de l’exploitation des aéroports de Nantes Atlantique et de Saint Nazaire Montoir, recrute pour son/sa Responsable du département Sûreté et Projets Opérationnels dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée.
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Opérations, il/elle est chargé du pilotage des actions de Sûreté des deux plateformes aéroportuaires. Il ou elle assure également le pilotage, la coordination de projets et des plans d’actions stratégiques de la Direction des Opérations.
Il ou elle anime les équipes qui lui sont rattachées, pilote les marchés de sous-traitance liés à son activité et assure la gestion budgétaire de son activité.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES  

Gestion de la sûreté, mise en œuvre des mesures et suivi du marché sous-traité
Contrôler le respect de la règlementation applicable en matière de sûreté
Superviser l’activité sûreté de la plateforme de Nantes Atlantique
Assurer une veille réglementaire, analyser les textes et déterminer les impacts en termes de coût et d’organisation des activités du gestionnaire aéroportuaire
Assurer une veille métier afin d’anticiper les évolutions et améliorer la productivité des activités concernées
Etudier les impacts sûreté moyen et long terme des évolutions de trafic ou de modifications des infrastructures
Gérer le marché de sureté sous-traité : de la définition du cahier des charges à la négociation du marché et au suivi opérationnel et qualitatif de la prestation sur la plateforme
Pilotage de projets et coordination des plans d’actions stratégiques de la Direction des Opérations
Conduire des projets impliquant les différents partenaires et prestataires de la plate-forme (compagnies, assistants, …)
Coordonner des projets en interface avec les entités étatiques et les partenaires extérieurs (DGAC , Préfecture, fournisseurs ..)
Apporter un support à la rédaction de plans d’actions pour répondre aux enjeux réglementaires et de sécurité opérationnelle
Définir et suivre des indicateurs de succès des projets qui lui sont confiés
Accompagner les équipes au changement et à la mise en conformité en cas d’évolution réglementaire impactant les opérations, la sécurité et la sûreté
Assurer un partage d’expérience et participer à des groupes de travail avec les entités extérieures pertinentes (aéroports du groupe, ACI, UAF..)
Mettre en place des jalons de pilotage de projets pour améliorer l’anticipation des échéances opérationnelles et réglementaires
Intégrer des méthodes d’identification et d’analyse de risques métiers, sécurité et stratégiques dans le pilotage des projets
Suivre l’évolution des réglementations concernées par les projets
Organiser des Retours d’Expérience
Participer à l’animation et à la structure des procédures des équipes d’astreintes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine de la gestion aéroportuaire, de la sûreté et de la sécurité, type ENAC.
Vous disposez d’une solide expérience dans la gestion et la coordination d’activités liées à l’exploitation des ressources aéroportuaires, dans la mise en œuvre des mesures de sûreté et de sécurité en aéroport, dans le management d’équipe et dans la supervision de marchés sous-traités.
Vous êtes rompu à la gestion de projets et à la coordination de plans d’actions.
Votre capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, votre rigueur, votre réactivité, votre sens de la communication seront des qualités essentielles à la réussite de vos missions.
Vous maîtrisez l’utilisation des outils informatiques (outils bureautiques, logiciels métier).

BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferrable.
The role is accountable to the JDR Programme Controls Manager for the provision of quantity surveying support to minimise the cost and risk of decommissioning projects and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality. This includes ensuring statutory regulations are met.
Critical to this role is ensuring that the quantity surveying professional services are provided in a timely, cost-effective manner and at an appropriate quality.  It is important that due regard is paid to the requirements and priorities of the various stakeholders.
Accountabilities
Assist with the submission of the JDR business cases.
Perform benchmarking exercises to evaluate JDR project costs against other decommissioning projects across the sector.
Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure their proposals will work.
Prepare estimates and analyse decommissioning project costings such as materials, quantities, labour and time.
Support the preparation of tender packages with the Principal Designer and the Client commercial team
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender.
Take off quantities and prepare costings.
Prepare and issue contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt.
Prepare and issue material supply enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt.
Pricing of buildings and civil engineering projects and maintenance tasks.
Pricing of decommissioning work packages.
Prepare specifications and / or proposals
Provide QS leadership in large complex construction procurement projects.
Manage costs analysis for construction and decommissioning projects.
Engage with the risk management process to assist with the valuation of defined risks.
Provide strategic commercial advice to maximise value for money and minimise risks to the programme.
Assemble baseline budgets information for project tasks.
Provide advice on procurement strategy.
Identify, analyse and develop responses to risks.
Provide advice on contract variations and compensation events.
Provide specialist technical knowledge to the Project Manager and responsible for administering NEC contracts including early warning notices.
Validate and undertake payment assessments against the valuation submissions under the contract and provide challenge to compensation events with respect to the commercial terms (e.g. NEC4), to include agreeing final accounts.
Maintain awareness of the different contracts in current use.

Experience with working to design standards.
Working knowledge and understanding of construction and decommissioning techniques and materials.

Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across JDR, the wider UKAEA organisation, and industry.

The Package Manager - Logistics Engineering is accountable to the JDR Logistic Manager for the provision of industry knowledge and experience, and best practices for planning and coordinating logistics in discrete worksites and in the common areas of the JET worksite, and in compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. The role will support the delivery of logistics operations, tracking movements of items and materials, and ensuring progress across decommissioning worksites. Accountabilities:
 Act as a consultant providing professional advice and support to the organisation on the application of, and compliance with, legal and client requirements for the on and off-site movement of materials.
Act as the JDR Logistics Manager's key advisor on related legislation and statutory compliance issues.
Provide advice on Logistics related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be included in Tier II contracts.
Provide advice on industry standard logistics processes and templates to support process development, decision-making and provide clarity on logistics processes and outputs.
Provide advice on the organisation and management of progress and coordination meetings with respect to Logistics aspects.
Collaborate with worksite team members and other key stakeholders to address logistical needs, resolve challenges, and ensure effective communication.
Plan, manage, and coordinate logistics activities across assigned worksites, ensuring alignment with project schedules, milestones, and requirements.
Act as the main logistics point of contact at assigned worksites, providing advice and support for inventory management, equipment transfers, and logistics workflows.
Design efficient transport routes for materials, equipment, and waste, optimising resources while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to define roles, responsibilities, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution of logistics operations.
Provide technical support and advice to logistics teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient execution of worksite logistics tasks.
Role may be requested to provide advice and guidance to other client project teams if required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications &amp; Experience:
Proven experience in logistics, engineering, or a related technical role within industrial or operational environments.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage logistics activities across multiple projects.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.

The Systems Engineer (Digital) is accountable to the JDR Digital Capability Project Manager for the provision of industry knowledge and experience, and best practices in systems engineering and related technologies.
The role of the Systems Engineer (Digital) is to provide professional Systems Engineering services across the JDR Programme and in collaboration with Systems Engineering Teams across UKAEA. This role focusses on systems engineering for the Digital Capability Project within the JDR Programme and will provide hands-on systems engineering leadership and support to the digital, data and software elements of the JDR Programme and projects at all lifecycle stages, from establishing the initial outline requirements, through the design and implementation phases, to the verification that the final delivered solution meets the original design intent.

Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and commitment to public safety. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and lead design tasks.
Preferred skills: Proficiency with pile design software (e.g., LPile, PLAXIS 2D/3D, GRLWEAP, etc.). Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and deep foundation engineering. Experience with support of excavation, driven piles, and micropile design is considered an asset.
Required designations or certifications: P.Eng. license in Canada.

We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Sixense Arabia Business Unit to oversee the effective planning and supervision of Sixense projects and operational teams.

YOUR MISSIONS WITH US :
• Identify business opportunities and potential customers
 • Have extensive knowledge of the transport and infrastructure market in general
 • Define market development strategies
 • Make proposals in a timely manner, setting deadlines and prices
 • Close new deals; develop and negotiate contracts; Integrate contractual requirements with commercial operations.
 • Maintain productive relationships with existing customers
 • Collaborate with the commercial department of the group companies established in Portugal.
 • Always apply the company's QHSE standards
 • Participate in conferences
 • Achieve sales targets
 • Prepare reports for management&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 Are you interested?
 Here's what you need to succeed:
• Knowledge of the infrastructure and transportation market.
• Motivation for sales. Business developer/Sales engineer.
• Communication, organizational, negotiation, customer service, and creativity skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the transport and infrastructure sector and the current market situation, with a focus on geotechnical, structural, and environmental instrumentation, software, and monitoring.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Mobility.
• Driver's license.
Arabic and English, spoken and written fluently.
French is a plus.&lt;br /&gt;
