Sous la responsabilité directe du Responsable d’Affaires, vous pourrez ainsi organiser vos chantiers et animer les équipes pour mener à bien les projets qui vous seront confiés sur le périmètre comprenant les départements 28, 45, 41, 37, 36 et 18. LES ENJEUX : Assurer la bonne réalisation et le suivi des chantiers qui vous seront confiés ; Maintenir le respect de la règlementation des systèmes de sécurité incendie ; Assurer la bonne gestion et le suivi des affaires qui vous seront confiées ; Déployer un haut niveau d’acculturation sécurité auprès de l’ensemble de vos équipes. VOS MISSIONS : Vous travaillez pour les 2 Responsables d’Affaires sur la réalisation des chantiers : exécutions techniques dans les meilleures conditions de délais et de coûts ; Vous apportez votre expérience et vos connaissances des réglementations et normes R1 – NFEN – NFPA – FM pour la réalisation de vos chantiers ; Vous coordonnez les activités du personnel placé sous votre responsabilité ; Vous réalisez les obligations administratives relatives à vos missions : suivi d’avancement, relevés heures … ; Vous menez les actions nécessaires à une sécurité forte auprès de vos équipes (respect du port des EPIs, animation de causeries, détection des situations dangereuses …)

PROFIL : Nous n’avons pas d’attente prédéfinie en ce qui concerne votre niveau d’études ni votre parcours professionnel. Mais ce qui est sûr ! C’est que vous devez maîtriser parfaitement la réalisation de chantiers en protection incendie par sprinkler parce que vous avez de l’expérience et que vous aimez ça ! Vous êtes très à l’aise avec les normes et règlementations liées à la sécurité incendie. Vous avez déjà piloté 1 ou plusieurs personnes et vous trouvez ça stimulant. Vous êtes titulaire de votre permis B et idéalement vous possédez vos habilitations électriques et CACES Nacelle. Si ce n’est pas le cas, nous vous accompagnerons par le biais de formation à obtenir CACES et habilitations nécessaires à la bonne réussite de votre métier. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting our Project team(s) with all aspects of project management in geotechnical techniques, contract management, schedule, revenue and cost reporting, change management, project budgets, and client relations for the various types of work SB Canada executes. Qualifications – What Will Make You Successful Bachelor’s degree in construction related field of engineering; 5+ years of project management experience in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry and possessing knowledge of the relevant construction industry codes and practices; Alternatively, 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor working on projects with a significant foundation component; Experience with both commercial foundation projects as well as large industrial projects; Strong experience with effective health and safety programs, including HSE inspections and incident investigations; Demonstrated competency in MS Projects; Proven track record of successful project management of piling projects and experience and knowledge in the construction of drilled piles and driven piles; Some basic pile design knowledge would be beneficial; Registration as a P.Eng would be beneficial; Possess a valid Driver’s License; Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving skills. *Only candidates being considered for this position will be contacted. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Project team(s) with construction activities such as planning, organizing, change management including RFI’s and change orders, and keeping records of the various types of work SB Canada executes. This position will be based out of Hamilton, Ontario. The key responsibilities of this position are: Support and actively participate in SB Canada’s Health & Safety Program by promoting safe work practices, adhering to all HSE requirements on site; Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of construction activities from planning through to project closeout; Coordinate with site crews, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to help keep work organized and moving efficiently; Assist with pre-construction activities, including site setup and coordination with estimators, engineers, and other project stakeholders; Help plan short-term work activities, including coordination of crews, equipment, materials, and site logistics; Track daily progress and report on site activities, helping identify and resolve issues early; Support scheduling by updating timelines and flagging potential delays or constraints; Assist with cost tracking, including labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities; Help coordinate procurement, deliveries, and mobilization of resources to support site operations; Maintain project records such as drawings, RFIs, submittals, reports, and other documentation; Review drawings and specifications and assist in identifying constructability issues or site challenges; Support subcontractor coordination to help ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards; Assist with inspections, QA/QC documentation, and regulatory compliance; Prepare simple daily and weekly reports; Support project closeout activities, including documentation and final project handover.
