Rattaché(e) au responsable QHSE et au chef d’entreprise vous participerez au déploiement du Système de management Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement de l’entreprise.   Pour cela, vous interviendrez à plusieurs niveaux : auprès des techniciens sur le terrain, des managers intermédiaires, des fonctions support… A ce titre vous aurez pour principales missions : Animation QSE :  ·         Participer à la définition et à la réalisation du plan d’action annuel de l’entreprise, ·         Réaliser des communications internes QSE, ·         Animer des sensibilisations QSE, en particulier sur les volets sécurité et environnement, ·         Créer ou mettre à jour les documents du Système existant : fiches de processus, mémos… Qualité :  ·         Animer la mise à jour des actions QSE relatives à la mesure de la satisfaction client, ·         Mettre à jour les bases documentaires, ·         Participer aux programmes d’audit interne et externe : visites sur sites et suivi des plans d’actions associés, Sûreté / Sécurité :  ·         Participer à la mise en conformité et au suivi des dossiers d’habilitations, ·         Être un support aux opérations sur les Plans de prévention, ·         Animation et suivi des indicateurs sécurité de l’entreprise, Suivre et traiter les situations dangereuses remontées sur le terrain, ·         Soutenir le responsable QHSE dans la gestion des accidents de travail. MISSIONS Vous participerez activement au déploiement et à l’optimisation du système de management de la qualité et des processus de l’entreprise. À ce titre, vous interviendrez à plusieurs niveaux de l’organisation. Qualité & Organisation des processus Cartographier, analyser et formaliser les processus clés de l’entreprise Identifier les dysfonctionnements, axes d’optimisation et leviers de performance Définir et piloter des plans d’actions d’amélioration continue Mettre en œuvre, avec les équipes, les solutions et standards définis Contribuer à la structuration du système documentaire (processus, procédures, modes opératoires, indicateurs) Amélioration continue & performance Animer la démarche d’amélioration continue (méthodes, outils, bonnes pratiques) Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance des processus Proposer des actions correctives et préventives Accompagner les équipes dans l’appropriation des nouvelles organisations et méthodes Animation & conduite du changement Participer à la communication interne autour de la démarche Qualité et Processus Sensibiliser et accompagner les équipes aux enjeux qualité, organisation et performance Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les managers et les fonctions supports
