Two vertical shafts (onshore and offshore);
An offshore modular intake structure, resting on the lake bed.

What you will do:
You will coordinate and manage the issuance and tracking of H&amp;S work permits for all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams to anticipate permit needs and resolve issues efficiently.


Concretely, your tasks will be:
Manage the full process for issuing work permits (hot work, excavation, ground disturbance, Log Out Tag Out, lifitng ...) on BeSafe.
Conduct regular audits of work permits and related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Construction, H&amp;S, Quality, and Planning teams to anticipate upcoming work permits needs.
Review project documentation (drawings, diagrams, reports, contracts) to determine permits and approval requirements.
Identify potential issues that could delay work and propose/implement mitigation measures.
Act as a key interface between field teams and management, ensuring work is authorized, coordinated, and safely executed.

Your skills:
Electrical or Mechanical trade background (electrical preferred due to work protection complexity).
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in supervisory or superintendent roles.
Strong, hands‑on expertise in work permit systems and solid functional knowledge of HSE requirements.
Experience managing permits on complex and high‑risk projects, ideally involving tunneling, major construction, confined spaces, or subaqueous environments.
Proficiency with digitalized health &amp; safety tracking systems, ensuring accurate documentation and digitalized monitoring .
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (subcontractors, construction, and client).

What you will do:
The Health &amp; Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the H&amp;S program while ensuring compliance with H&amp;S legislation. They will conduct trainings for management and staff and provide recommendations on augmenting the performance of H&amp;S initiatives and plans.
Concretely, your tasks will be:
Act in a leading role in the development, implementation and management of the Health &amp; Safety program
Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety legislation, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 
Develop, refine and maintain organizational health and safety programs and strategies to prevent workplace injuries
Influence and assist companywide in the implementation of Health &amp; Safety training initiatives

What you will do:
The QC Advisor is responsible for the management of on-site quality control and quality inspections. Reporting to the Quality Director, they will provide guidance to construction teams, establish organizational and control procedures while documenting non-conformities and their resolution.
Concretely, your tasks will be:
Participate in establishing, maintaining and improving the Quality Control Management on site 
Organize and participate in quality inspections in accordance with the schedule 
Control, coordinate and monitor quality issues in cooperation with the relevant services

What you will do:
 
Reporting to the Quality Director, the Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures site quality control through inspections, compliance, and audits; while managing non-conformities and IMS documentation; You will collaborate notably with the construction team to oversee material compliance, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Quality Management &amp; Compliance
Establish and maintain on-site Quality Control systems and procedures
Coordinate inspections, tests, and compliance with ITPs and WMS; ensure traceability and accuracy of results

Le Job:

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Sécurité expérimenté(e) pour diriger notre programme Santé et Sécurité et apporter un soutien opérationnel aux équipes sur nos projets majeurs de construction à travers l’Amérique du Nord.
Dans ce rôle, vous renforcerez notre Système de Management Intégré certifié ISO 45001 dédié à la gestion Santé et Sécurité, soutiendrez la mise en œuvre des contrôles critiques de risques sur le terrain et accompagnerez les intervenants en santé et sécurité sur des projets d’envergure (génie civil lourd, infrastructures de transport, énergie, bâtiments majeurs).

Les missions :

Assurer le déploiement du Système de Management Santé Sécurité au sein des filiales et sur les grands projets, tout en garantissant sa conformité à l’ISO 45001 et son adéquation avec les principaux enjeux de sécurité propres au secteur de la construction.
Maintenir les politiques, procédures, programmes de formation et cadres de conformité pour les réglementations américaines (OSHA 1926) et canadiennes en Santé Sécurité.
Soutenir, superviser et accompagner les équipes Santé et Sécurité sur plusieurs chantiers de grande envergure.
