Concretely, your tasks will be: Manage the full process for issuing work permits (hot work, excavation, ground disturbance, Log Out Tag Out, lifitng ...) on BeSafe. Conduct regular audits of work permits and related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Construction, H&S, Quality, and Planning teams to anticipate upcoming work permits needs. Review project documentation (drawings, diagrams, reports, contracts) to determine permits and approval requirements. Your skills: Electrical or Mechanical trade background (electrical preferred due to work protection complexity).
