💡 Votre mission ?
Rattaché(e) au Chef d'entreprise, vous serez en charge d'accompagner votre entreprise dans la bonne gestion comptable, analytique et financière, tout en garantissant les remontées au niveau société, dans le respect du système de gestion du Groupe : QUARTZ.
Plus précisément, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Être le support administratif et analytique du Chef d’Entreprise ;
Assister le Chef d’Entreprise dans la gestion administrative et dans l’organisation quotidienne de l’entreprise (accueils, suivi des pointages, organisation des déplacements, évènements et séminaires, gestion du parc de véhicules, commandes de fournitures et matériels…) ;
Organiser et coordonner les informations internes et externes liées au fonctionnement de l’entreprise, résoudre les problèmes administratifs de la vie quotidienne ;
Assurer le suivi financier des affaires, en collaboration avec le Chef d’Entreprise et les Responsables d’Affaires ;
Participer à l’élaboration du budget de l’entreprise en collaboration avec le Chef d’Entreprise et la RAF ;
Suivre et analyser les budgets de frais généraux ;
Réaliser le suivi analytique des affaires en assurant la revue d'affaires avec les Responsables d'Affaires et le Chef d'Entreprise (contrôle de gestion opérationnel) ;
Piloter des comptabilités auxiliaires clients, réaliser la facturation client, le recouvrement des créances ;
Suivre le plan d’investissement et les immobilisations ;

Diplômé(e) Bac +3/5 d’une formation en comptabilité / gestion.
Vous possédez une expérience de 3-5 ans une fonction similaire.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre agilité, votre sens de l’organisation et de la synthèse.
Vous maitrisez SAP, le Pack Office et en particulier de Microsoft Excel (connaissance avancée exigée)
Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, de communication, possedez des connaissances juridiques (droit des affaires/des sociétés, droit social)

At Freyssinet Australia, we extend the life of critical infrastructure and our WA team is growing into regional project delivery. We're looking for a Site Engineer to be based in Kalgoorlie, working on technically interesting remedial and civil scopes in one of WA's most active regional hubs.

The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you'll support the delivery of remedial and civil works across the Kalgoorlie region. Site-based and hands-on, with exposure across the full project lifecycle from planning through to execution.


What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with planning and coordination of remedial works on site
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate delivery
Supporting daily site activities alongside supervisors and subcontractors
Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements
Preparing documentation ITPs, SWMS, reports, and progress updates
Supporting cost tracking, procurement, and programme management
Keeping safety embedded in everything on site

What You'll Bring
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
1–3 years' experience in construction or civil engineering
Exposure to concrete repair, structural strengthening, or remedial works highly regarded
Practical, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving instincts
Willing to be regionally based — Kalgoorlie is the role, not a FIFO arrangement
Confident communicator with site teams and stakeholders

About the Role
Senior Project Engineer
You'll take full technical ownership of structural remedial projects on site — reading and interrogating engineering designs, resolving technical issues in real time, managing subcontractors, and driving program and quality from the ground up. You'll work closely with the PM and report directly into state leadership.


Project Manager
You'll own the full project lifecycle safety, program, cost, client, and team. You'll be commercially accountable for projects up to $10M+, managing the SPE and site teams beneath you while maintaining direct client and consultant relationships.

Issu(e) de formation supérieure type Bac+2 à Bac+5 dans le domaine du Génie Climatique, vous justifiez d'une première expérience acquise au sein d'un bureau d'études techniques sur les lots CVC / plomberie.
Vous disposez de compétences en chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, désenfumage, plomberie sanitaire et maitrisez les bases de l’électricité.
Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, on vous reconnait de bonnes aptitudes à l’analyse, la gestion des coûts et au chiffrage.

VOS MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) au service Études et en lien étroit avec les équipes Travaux, vous intervenez en amont des projets, de l’analyse de l’appel d’offres jusqu’au démarrage chantier.

Vos missions principales sont notamment :
- Analyser les dossiers d’appels d’offres (bâtiment, génie civil, travaux publics)
- Définir les méthodes et les moyens humains, matériels et techniques
- Réaliser les études de prix dans un environnement contraint
- Proposer des solutions et variantes techniques et financières
- Consulter les sous-traitants et fournisseurs
- Élaborer les chiffrages et les pièces financières
- Participer aux échanges et négociations avec les clients
- Assurer le transfert du dossier aux équipes travaux et accompagner le projet jusqu’au lancement du chantier&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Formation supérieure en bâtiment ou génie civil (BTS, BUT, école d’ingénieur ou équivalent)
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans en études de prix, idéalement en bâtiment,

About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Working Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of remedial construction sites. You will take ownership of site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality and environmental standards.
You will supervise works including:
Concrete repairs
Steel repairs and strengthening
Carbon Fibre strengthening (FRP)
Hydro-demolition and dry-spray
Temporary works and access solutions

Key Responsibilities

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to support and oversee the delivery of major remedial, structural, and refurbishment projects. This is a nationally focused role, meaning you may be based in any Australian state, with travel to major project sites as required.
 
This position does not manage national business operations. Instead, you will provide specialised construction oversight, leadership, and technical support on key projects where your expertise is needed most.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within remedial, structural, civil, or complex refurbishment construction.
Strong technical understanding of remedial engineering, concrete repair, structural strengthening, façade upgrades, coatings, marine works, or industrial remediation.
Proven capability leading large, geographically dispersed construction teams.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts, claims, and project governance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly.

Desirable Background
Experience in brownfield or live operational environments.
Exposure to high‑risk works such as marine structures, bridges, façades, industrial facilities, and stadiums.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
