Critical to this role is ensuring that the quantity surveying professional services are provided in a timely, cost-effective manner and at an appropriate quality. Perform benchmarking exercises to evaluate JDR project costs against other decommissioning projects across the sector. Prepare estimates and analyse decommissioning project costings such as materials, quantities, labour and time. Support the preparation of tender packages with the Principal Designer and the Client commercial team Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender. Take off quantities and prepare costings. Prepare and issue contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt. Prepare and issue material supply enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt. Pricing of buildings and civil engineering projects and maintenance tasks. Pricing of decommissioning work packages. Prepare specifications and / or proposals Provide QS leadership in large complex construction procurement projects. Manage costs analysis for construction and decommissioning projects. Engage with the risk management process to assist with the valuation of defined risks. Provide strategic commercial advice to maximise value for money and minimise risks to the programme. Assemble baseline budgets information for project tasks. Provide advice on procurement strategy. Identify, analyse and develop responses to risks. Provide advice on contract variations and compensation events. Provide specialist technical knowledge to the Project Manager and responsible for administering NEC contracts including early warning notices. Validate and undertake payment assessments against the valuation submissions under the contract and provide challenge to compensation events with respect to the commercial terms (e.g. NEC4), to include agreeing final accounts. Maintain awareness of the different contracts in current use.

L’activité travaux services accompagne, dans le cadre de marchés publics ou privés (macro-lots, entreprise générale, corps d’états séparés, accords-cadres), les collectivités territoriales, bailleurs sociaux, industriels, entreprises privées … dans la transformation et l’adaptation de bâtiments existants (Aménagement, rénovation énergétique, réhabilitation, mise en conformité, entretien, maintenance …) Accompagné par votre Directeur d’agence et par un Responsable travaux confirmé, vous serez amené à : - Répondre aux appels d’offre o Réaliser des études dans leurs globalités et dans des délais parfois restreints o Faire le chiffrage de vos projets o Participer à l’établissement et la négociation des offres - Suivre vos chantiers : o Appréhender et gérer l’ensemble des lots de vos chantiers o Réaliser le plan d’avancement des plannings o Assurer la gestion financière de vos affaires o Organiser et coordonner au quotidien les travaux o Contrôler la livraison de l’ouvrage - Représenter l’entreprise face aux clients et à leurs représentants Veiller à l’application des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité tant en interne que vis-à-vis des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs.

📍 Situé à La Mezière, la société Axians Rail (CA : 30M€, 172 collaborateurs), du Pôle VINCI Energies Renewables & Mobility, accompagnent les gestionnaires d'infrastructures ferroviaires dans le développement de leurs systèmes de signalisation, leurs réseaux de télécommunications et leurs équipements en gares. Intégré au groupe VINCI Energies, notre organisation décentralisée valorise l’autonomie, la créativité et l’innovation dans la diversité des missions confiées à chaque collaborateur·rice. 💡 Votre mission ? 🎯 Rattaché(e) au Conducteur de Travaux et les équipes opérationnelles, vous jouez un rôle clé à la modernisation de systèmes de signalisation ferroviaire. Votre rôle sera de : Visiter et préparer le chantier en collaboration avec la hiérarchie Piloter une équipe sur chantiers Définir et optimiser les ressources nécessaires à la bonne réalisation du chantier (humains, matériels…) Assurer l’organisation du chantier (planning, zones de stockage…) Coordonner les travaux de l’entreprise avec les différents intervenants Réaliser les rapports de chantiers hebdomadaires, les attachements et les récolements à l’avancement du chantier Assurer les remontées d’informations liées à la vie des chantiers confiées auprès de sa hiérarchie Remonter les événements (proposition d’amélioration, accidents, presque accidents, non-conformités, sinistres…) sur les chantiers et participer à l’analyse de leurs causes et proposer des actions pour éviter leur réapparition. Réaliser la pose de caniveaux béton, le déroulage de câbles, la pose de fourreaux, de tubes PEHD, de chambre de tirage, … Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive et d'autres missions, en lien avec votre poste, pourront être proposées. 🦸‍♂️ Votre profil Idéalement titulaire d’un diplôme intégrant un cursus le VRD, aménagement de voiries, canalisations..., les TP, ou le ferroviaire, vous avez une expérience réussie de 5 années sur un poste similaire. Vous aimez les défis et les projets d’envergure. ✔ Curieux(se), adaptable et réactif(ve), vous avez un excellent esprit d’analyse ✔ Vous aimez proposer des solutions innovantes et travailler en équipe ✔ Permis B souhaitable (des déplacements à prévoir sur nos chantiers dans la région Grand Ouest). 🚗
