HEB Construction is a leading civil construction company and part of VINCI Construction. We deliver complex infrastructure projects across New Zealand, including bridges, wharves, piling, precast concrete structures and associated civil works.
About the project
 
The Ōtaki to North Levin project focuses on upgrading the transport link along State Highway 1 (SH1) between Ōtaki and North Levin to improve road safety, reduce congestion, enhance travel efficiency, and support regional economic growth.
In partnership with NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, Muaūpoko Tribal Authority, local hapū of Ngāti Raukawa ki te Tonga, and the Horowhenua District Council, this project will be executed through a two-alliance approach. Each alliance will be responsible for delivering a section of the road and associated works, ensuring a collaborative and comprehensive delivery.
 
This exciting new four-lane 24.8km highway project will dramatically improve safety and resilience, providing better access to walking and cycling facilities for those moving around or through the Horowhenua and Kāpiti districts. The project includes multiple large complex bridge structures plus a full interchange at Taraua Road, a half interchange north at Taylors Road, two roundabouts and approximately 4m m3 of complex earthworks ,significant drainage infrastructure and a structural asphalt concrete pavement.
 
The Role
 
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide technical and operational support across bridge and structural construction projects. The role involves on‑site engineering support, coordination of subcontractors, quality assurance, safety leadership and assistance with programme and cost management. You will also support methodology development and setting‑out activities while working closely with site management teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
Provide engineering support on bridge construction projects, including piling, substructures and superstructures
Assist with construction methodologies, temporary works coordination and sequencing
Support health and safety planning, safe work methodologies and on‑site compliance
Assist with procurement, subcontractor coordination and cost tracking
Manage quality assurance processes, inspections, testing and documentation
Carry out site set‑out and verification using construction drawings and site datums
Assist with programme updates, variations and extension of time claims
Support environmental compliance and best‑practice site control&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
About You
You are a motivated Senior Site or Project Engineer with hands‑on experience delivering bridge or major structural works. You enjoy working on site, are detail‑focused and thrive in a team‑based construction environment.
What you will bring:
Engineering qualification or Bachelor’s degree
Experience working as a Senior Site Engineer on bridge and structural construction projects for at least 5 years
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site processes
Ability to manage safety, quality, programme and cost elements on site

The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Engineer, based in Invercargill, you will provide technical leadership and project delivery expertise across a range of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, and subcontractors, you'll be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
You'll be a key contributor to project planning, construction methodology, stakeholder management, and the development of project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate engineering activities across project delivery teams
Develop and manage construction methodologies, work packs, and temporary works requirements
Monitor project progress, costs, productivity, and programme performance
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives
Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and operational risks
Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, environmental, and safety requirements
Support project planning, procurement, and resource allocation activities
Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and graduate team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What We're Looking For

Essential Experience
Minimum 8+ years' experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
Proven experience in heavy civil construction including earthworks, roads
Strong experience delivering Three Waters projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure
Demonstrated success managing project programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and technical delivery
Strong understanding of construction contracts and risk management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Qualifications
Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Chartered Professional Engineer status (or working towards) is advantageous&lt;br /&gt;

MISSÃO:
Responsável por executar as atividades operacionais e administrativas do aeroporto, fiscalizando e fazendo cumprir as regras da aviação civil e segurança operacional. RESPONSABILIDADES:
Ativar o PCM e coordenar as ações da emergência com estrita comunicação com o Posto Móvel;

Gerir a execução das estratégias traçadas pela Gestão do Aeroporto e garantir a operacionalidade, atuando nas decisões que possam impactar a continuidade do bom funcionamento do aeroporto;
Fiscalizar e garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos estabelecidos nos manuais do aeródromo, assim como dos requisitos contidos em legislação específica;
Fiscalizar as áreas de movimento, sendo o principal elo entre a Gestão do Aeródromo e as Empresas de Auxílio ao Transporte Aéreo – ESATAS, além de fiscalizar e orientar o cumprimento dos requisitos descritos no RBAC nº 153;
Acompanhar os prestadores de serviço no Terminal de Passageiros, sendo o principal agente de segurança da aviação civil, fiscalizando e orientando sempre que necessário os membros da comunidade aeroportuária;
Realizar vistorias nas áreas de movimento, cercanias e possíveis obstáculos. Monitorar os equipamentos/veículos internados no pátio, realizar blit operacionais, acompanhar o atendimento às aeronaves e disseminar os novos procedimentos operacionais definido pelo AD;
Comunicar imediatamente a Gestão do Aeródromo, todo evento fora da rotina ou que possa causar impacto na segurança e/ou qualidade de atendimento no terminal de passageiros, bem como as que possam ocorrer na área de movimento, adotando ações iniciais para resolução da contingência;
Controlar a movimentação de aeronaves, veículos e pessoas na área de movimento, para inibir acesso a áreas proibidas;
Manter permanente coordenação bilateral com o Controle de Tráfego sobre a movimentação no solo, de forma a possibilitar um serviço seguro, ágil e ordenado;
Garantir que as sinalizações e luzes de pista de táxi estejam adequadas durante as inspeções de rotina, reportando de imediato a necessidade de manutenção;
Realizar verificação, organização e testes dos equipamentos do CCO;
Realizar frequentes rondas no terminal de passageiros, verificando funcionamento dos equipamentos à serviço dos clientes, acionando a equipe de manutenção sempre que necessário;
Participar de cursos, treinamentos, auditorias, vistorias, inspeções, eventos e promoções no âmbito da Concessionária do Aeroporto;

Nous recherchons pour l'entreprise un(e) Directeur(trice) de Projets. Rattaché(e) à la Direction Régionale, vous coordonnez efficacement les projets d'envergure ou complexes. Vous faites partie d’une cellule dédiée en support des différentes entités et assurant une gestion optimale des macro-lots pour des projets de plus de 20 M€.
Vos principales missions couvrent :
Pilotage de la construction (EPC)
o Supervision intégrale des projets : études, achats, construction, planning, QHSE.  Garantir les coûts, délais et de la qualité des prestations.
o Coordination des équipes internes et de la sous‑traitance.
o Arbitrer les grandes décisions pour répondre aux attentes du client et de nos partenaires en accord avec la Direction.
o    Proposer des plans d'action correctifs en cas d'écart constaté.
o S'assurer que l'analyse des risques est bien cohérente et complète, et que le plan d'action prévu est bien adapté à ces risques,
o Assurer un reporting précis et régulier de la situation ainsi que toute dérive notable de la mission au Directeur
Achats &amp; Planification
o Négociation des contrats fournisseurs, suivi de l’avancement et pilotage du planning général de déploiement.
o S'assurer de l'application du Système de Gestion et en particulier,

o Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du Mandataire du Groupement.
o Contrôler la qualité des prestations du sous groupement de conception technique et s'assurer de leur conformité aux exigences contractuelles du client

Réponse aux nouveaux marchés : Analyse contractuelle, préparation des devis et participation aux appels d’offres.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire est indispensable.
Formation Bac+5, diplôme d’ingénieur (Généraliste, Électrique, Travaux, ESTP…).
Expertise technique :
o Solide maîtrise des sujets techniques et goût pour le pluridisciplinaire. Capacité démontrée à piloter des budgets complexes :
o Connaissance du monde des grands projets tertiaires (Public/privé),
o Connaissances techniques des projets en TCE ou CVC ou Electricité,
o Connaissances solides en gestion de projet

o Excellente négociation contractuelle, maîtrise avancée des outils de planification.

The Opportunity

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead the finance function across South-East Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Philippines). This is a hands-on leadership role: beyond supervising the regional finance function, the candidate will personally handle consolidations, closings, reporting, and work directly in accounting systems while partnering closely with small local teams.
KEY CHALLENGES
In addition to running the recurring finance cycle, the role includes a strong transformation mandate:
Restructure the regional finance team (~14 people): roles, reporting lines, skill mix, capability upgrade to meet group standards (reporting, control, cash).
Design and help establish a regional Finance &amp; Accounting Shared Service Centre serving all BUs.
Lead migration from local systems (QuickBooks, UBS, etc.) to the group Oracle-based system (Harmony).
Drive second-phase migration to the new Sage-based ERP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Member of the South-East Asia Management Board.
Hands-on delivery: prepare regional consolidation, group reporting, reconciliations; support BU closings when needed.
Oversee (and step into) day-to-day finance operations across BUs.
Prepare financial statements, reports, forecasts; ensure reliability of figures.
Support management decision-making.
Develop and coach regional finance teams.
Implement financial plans to support growth and profitability.
Ensure efficient regional cash management.
Oversee cost control (projects and overheads).
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, clients.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Organisation &amp; reporting
Define SEA financial calendar aligned with group deadlines.
Run quarterly reforecast/budget cycles.
Lead month-end, fast-close and year-end closings.
Prepare full regional consolidation (actuals, forecast, budget).
Present financial performance to SEA Board and Head Office.
Monitor cross-BU regional costs.
Treasury &amp; financing
Manage bank guarantees and facilities (annual review).
Maintain bank relationships and FX hedging.
Define payment authorisation rules per BU.
Cash management
Ensure collection discipline (claims, invoices, retentions).
Monitor liquidity per BU and manage intercompany transfers (tax-compliant).
Prepare and follow HQ funding requests.
Optimise interest (credit interest, deposits).
Group reporting
Deliver monthly, forecast and budget submissions.
Prepare intercompany reports, IFRS 16 leases, HR reporting.
Conduct compliance checks (Watson) for clients/suppliers.
Insurance &amp; HR
Ensure annual renewal of all insurance policies.
Monitor expatriate contracts and local labour compliance.
Assets &amp; operations
Supervise accounting for the equipment fleet.
Update internal rental pricing.
Ensure correct intercompany invoicing and contract alignment.
Monitor IT cost recharges.
Review project budgets regularly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. 
A professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA or similar) is a plus
Proven, hands-on experience as a Finance Manager, ideally in a multi-country, multi-currency environment
(South-East Asia or comparable emerging markets a strong plus). 
Genuinely hands-on and detail-oriented — comfortable personally preparing financial statements, consolidations and reports, and working directly in the accounting / ERP system rather than only reviewing others’ work. 
Able to work autonomously with lean, locally-based teams and to move easily between strategic oversight and day-to-day execution. 
Solid working knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation/reporting (including IFRS 16, intercompany flows and Watson compliance procedures). 
Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems (ideally QuickBooks, UBS and Oracle-based group tools such as Harmony); a track record of leading ERP migrations and finance-transformation or shared-service projects is a strong advantage, as the group moves to a new Sage-based ERP. 
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage, guide and lead teams toward sound financial processes.
