About You

We are seeking candidates who are ready to take the next step into Construction Management, bringing both strong technical capability and leadership potential.
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ideally including bridge construction or strengthening
Proven delivery experience on projects in the $5M – $30M range
Knowledge of complex construction methodologies (e.g. post-tensioning, precast, heavy lifting) is highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams

Responsibilities:
Lead or support the design of ground improvement systems on complex ground conditions

Interpreting ground conditions and developing ground model parameters.

Assisting in development of drawings for ground improvement solutions

Working with the team to deliver ground improvement design projects (i.e. project deliverables such as drawings and reports) in a timely manner.

Preparation of design reports

Self-checking written communications and reports.

 Your experience &amp; skills:
Between 4 – 8 years geotechnical engineering design experience

Significant demonstrated experience in managing preliminary design, conceptual and detailed designs. Delivering to tight deadlines.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Construction Engineers and Business Development Engineers.

Solid and proven understanding and working knowledge of Geotechnical Ground improvement techniques including but not limited to CMC, Jet Grouting, Anchoring, Stone Columns, Vibro Compaction, Deep Soil Mixing, Slurry Walls, Dynamic Compaction, Dynamic Replacement, Consolidation &amp; Permeation Grouting.

Sound experience utilising industry standard software for geotechnical design such as PLAXIS and SLOPE-W&lt;br /&gt;

PURPOSE:

Secure new business and activity in accordance with the regional budget;

Under the supervision of the design manager, work cohesively with our design engineer team to develop conceptual tender designs that is delivered as per the specifications, for the purpose of determining quantities and cost for submission of tenders. 

Implement a market strategy and promote the Menard brand through industry networking and events. Work with the Regional Manager to prepare and give technical presentations to potential clients or key role players in the industry.

Assist the Regional Manager with the preparation of quarterly internal review of the secured and live opportunities.

Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Management of the tender pipeline (current and forecast) using internal and external mechanism (i.e., Salesforce, Estimate One etc.)

Develop accurate and well-informed tender cost studies and offer letters, in line with minimum overhead and net margin requirement.

Finalise and negotiate opportunities by compiling and reviewing subcontract agreements, scope of works a d price schedule for execution by management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICATIONS: 
A Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Civil Engineering and/or Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent), Masters preferred
KNOWLEDGE: 
Ground improvement techniques, with specific emphasis on Menard preferred techniques that are applicable within the region. 
Tendering and estimation processes in which we operate (i.e: our client’s processes).
EXPERIENCE: 
3 years or more industry specific experience  
General understanding of the market network within the region
SKILLS: 
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Outlook, Teams) 
Advanced AutoCAD or similar 
Advanced Plaxis or similar

Vos principales missions seront :
- Administration et maintenance des solutions Alcatel OXE (versions R10.x à R100).
- Déploiement et migration de serveurs OXE redondés, virtualisation d’équipements,
gestion de parcs téléphoniques complexes.
- Support technique niveau 3 et résolution d’incidents.
- Participation à l’astreinte pour garantir la continuité de service.
- Création de documentations techniques (DAT, DEX).
- Collaboration avec les équipes pour la réalisation de devis et la gestion de projets
clients.
