Vos missions varieront en fonction de votre niveau de qualification allant du « Niveau 1 Ouvrier d’exécution » jusqu’au « Niveau 4 Chef d’équipe » :

-Exécuter des chantiers de charpente en collaboration avec une équipe de professionnels reconnus,
-Identifier, différencier et appréhender les diverses essences de bois et comprendre leurs caractéristiques spécifiques,
-Savoir lire et interpréter des plans pour garantir une réalisation précise des projets,
-Appliquer et respecter les règles et règlements de sécurité en vigueur sur les chantiers,
-Assurer la maîtrise des techniques de taille, des méthodes de levage, ainsi que l'utilisation des outils et des équipements spécifiques à la charpente.

Document Controller Supervisor

Purpose of the Job
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organising, and safeguarding all project documentation throughout its lifecycle. This role ensures that accurate, up to date information is accessible to project teams, stakeholders, and external partners. The Document Controller maintains compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Duties and Requirements
Document Management &amp; Control
·       Establish and maintain document control processes, procedures, and metadata standards.
·       Manage the receipt, registration, tracking, and distribution of project documentation.
·       Ensure all documents are correctly formatted, version-controlled, and stored in the appropriate systems.
·       Oversee document workflows, ensuring timely reviews, approvals, and close outs.

Systems Administration
·       Maintain and administer the project’s electronic document management system (EDMS) such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, SharePoint, or similar.
·       Support users with system access, training, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper use of workflows and file structures.
·       Ensure data integrity, audit trails, and compliance with information governance requirements.

Quality &amp; Compliance
·       Conduct document quality checks (e.g., naming conventions, revision control, completeness).
·       Ensure documentation meets project standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
·       Prepare reports on document status, compliance, overdue actions, and system metrics.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coordination &amp; Communication
·       Act as a central point of contact for all document control activities.
·       Liaise with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is delivered on time.
·       Facilitate document-related queries, clarifications, and training sessions.
·       Support project start-up and close-out documentation, including handover packages and O&amp;M manuals.

Project Support
·       Assist with information management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
·       Monitor document deliverables against project schedules and escalate delays as necessary.
·       Support change control by ensuring documentation reflects approved changes and updates.


Occupational Skills and Knowledge
·       Proven experience in a Document Controller or Information Management role.
·       Strong understanding of document control processes within construction, engineering, or major project environments.
·       Proficiency with EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, BIM 360, SharePoint).
·       Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
·       Ability to manage high volumes of documentation and work to tight deadlines.
·       Strong communication skills and confidence in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
·       Familiarity with quality assurance practices and information governance requirements.
·       Experience working on large construction, rail, infrastructure, or engineering projects advantageous.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety Management
Prepare and submit Notice of Project; participate in hazard and First Aid assessments with the Safety Department.
Collaborate on job-specific safety procedures; communicate hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Verify that all personnel and subcontractors complete orientation and maintain clean, hazard-free work sites.
Investigate incidents thoroughly, and ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance standards are followed.

Project Planning and Coordination
Review contract scope, plans, and specifications, ensuring budget alignment with the estimator and project manager.

Financial Management

Equipment Oversight

QUALIFICATIONS
 Essential Qualifications

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Scheduling 
Understand and implement the project work plan in order to meet, or improve upon, the budget and schedule
Translate the detailed task requirements into a prioritized plan for individual assignments and accountabilities.
Identify and verify that all tools and materials required by the crew are available in advance of task performance
Identify unforeseen needs or deficiencies in the plan/schedule and advise the Superintendent
Review, track, and report production results to the Superintendent daily

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Qualifications

Working knowledge of applicable Collective Agreements and employment standards
Minimum 5 years of Carpentry Experience

What is the project?
The Pickering Nuclear Generating Station refurbishment program involves designing and building a new deep-water intake in Lake Ontario to improve the plant's cooling system. This will involve:
-         A 1.5 km-long tunnel, built by a pressurized TBM (10.5 m diameter slurry TBM);
-         Two vertical shafts (onshore and offshore);
-         An offshore modular intake structure, resting on the lake bed.
The project is distinguished by its proximity to an active nuclear site, requiring rigorous standards of safety, planning and coordination.
What you will do:
The Superintendent will provide on-site coordination of all construction activities while ensuring the proper implementation of safety protocols. They will collaborate with stakeholders across the project to ensure key milestones are met and maintain accurate records of construction activities and costs.
Concretely, your tasks will be:
Supervise subcontractor teams within the area of control
Ensure that HSE is always guaranteed by enforcing a safe work environment, implementing and monitoring safety protocols, and conducting regular safety inspections to prevent accidents and mitigate risks 
Manage and coordinate all construction activities on the project, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations
Monitor the quality of work performed on-site to ensure adherence to industry standards, project requirements, and best practices
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to develop and implement construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and objectives
Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process, employing effective problem-solving skills to maintain project progress and minimize delays
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any changes or deviations from the original plans. Provide regular reports to project management and stakeholders

About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Working Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of remedial construction sites. You will take ownership of site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality and environmental standards.
You will supervise works including:
Concrete repairs
Steel repairs and strengthening
Carbon Fibre strengthening (FRP)
Hydro-demolition and dry-spray
Temporary works and access solutions
Abrasive blasting and protective coatings
You will lead and manage site crews, oversee subcontractors, and maintain effective communication between the project team and workforce. Leading by example, you will champion a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate site activities and allocate resources to achieve timely and high-quality project delivery

Coordination des activités EIA et animation des réunions de suivi.
Accueil SSE, levée des points d’arrêt et validation des installations.
