For the 50Hz project (construction of two landfalls for the electrical connection between the Ostwind 4 offshore wind farm, the Danish island of Bornholm, and the German coast), we are looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager.
You will report directly to the Project Manager, and the Deputy CFO of BESSAC, based in France, will support you in successfully carrying out your missions. You will join a passionate team made up of site engineers and production teams.
As part of your role, you will be involved in all administrative and financial aspects of the ongoing project, including:

Accounting &amp; Treasury
Ensure the reliability of the local entity’s accounts and the preparation of financial, accounting, and tax documents in compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
Supervise invoice accounting, preparation of social and tax declarations, production of quarterly and annual accounts in line with Group rules, and third‑party payments.
Prepare monthly cash‑in forecasts.
Ensure the preparation of progress payment statements in accordance with contracts.
Monitor cash position and analyze variances against forecasts.
 
Management Control
Ensure management control and preparation of monthly reporting in coordination with the project management.
Draw up the budget and budget reforecasts, in liaison with the project management.
Determine the amount of earned revenue, in coordination with the Project Director.
 
Human Resources
Manage administrative follow‑up of staff and transmit monthly attendance records to headquarters HR and local HR services.
Be responsible for local payroll.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and immigration rules.
 
Legal &amp; Insurance
Manage subcontracting contracts, particularly direct‑payment subcontractors.
Set up performance bonds and ensure their release.
Implement and monitor insurance policies in coordination with headquarters.
Supervise the resolution of disputes and claims in liaison with the Group Legal Department.
 
Purchasing &amp; Logistics
Assist the Project Director with purchasing.
Negotiate major contracts for central or outsourced services (telecommunications, maintenance, supplies).
Set up framework contracts.
Handle importation and customs clearance.
 
Administration
Manage the administrative operations of the subsidiary in coordination with local advisors.
Handle administrative support for seconded staff (vehicle, housing, schooling, etc.).
Manage maintenance work for premises.
Support the Project Director in matters relating to local authorities and third parties.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

With a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance and accounting, you have at least 5 years of experience as an Administrative and Financial Manager, ideally gained within a construction or civil engineering company in an international environment.
You have a strong interest in IT tools and have already worked with systems such as ERP software.
You are also well‑versed in performance bonds and subcontracting contracts in the construction sector.
The position requires operational proficiency in both German and English.
The role demands strong abilities to understand teams and contexts in order to choose the right organizational structures and make sound decisions, as each project is entirely different.

Excellent communication and pedagogical skills are expected when interacting with Project Managers to clearly explain issues and options.

You are not interested in the diversity of tasks the role offers. You will work on financial matters, administrative project management, and also the monitoring of travel and visas for project staff.

You require daily supervision. This role calls for autonomy and adaptability.
