We're seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team, working closely with our SHEQ Manager to maintain and improve our quality assurance initiatives. Join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring our services exceed customer expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Profile

Scope of Role

  • Oversee all aspects of quality management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 19443.
  • Develop and implement quality control systems to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor an engineering design team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections, ensuring that all operations meet our stringent quality criteria.

 

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in quality management ideally within a highly regulated engineering design setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to quality challenges.
