In the framework of a new project for a Water Treatment Facilities in Phnom Penh (CAMBODIA), we are seeking a skilled experienced Civil Works Site Engineer to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Works Site Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Under the supervision of the Civil Works Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Missions and activities :
- Review and analysis of execution plans
- Participation in the development of procedures, operating methods, risk analyses, and quality control plans
- Planning and organization of activities
- On-site monitoring of work, responding to the daily needs of teams, resolving technical and organizational issues encountered
- Monitoring of followed activities and implementation of improvement plans
- Integration of safety measures at each stage
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budget and cost monitoring.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment meet project requirements and are used efficiently.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Profil
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Structural Works)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
