As Graduate Administrator you will provide comprehensive hands on, proactive support to the Head of HR.  You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills, you will have a calm, confident approach and thrive in a busy working environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day assistance to the Head of HR to support the needs of the business
  • Support the Head of HR with HR consolidation reporting, collating, entering and reviewing the group people data
  • Assist with driving forward the group E,D&I strategy, taking an active part in meetings and follow up actions
  • Supporting the HR activities for a small team at the Head Office
  • Approximately 1 day per week will be spent supporting the CEO with diary management and group event booking.
  • Build positive internal and external relationships with Employees, Managers, and any other stakeholders.
  • Welcome and look after all delegates attending VINCI Energies training sessions, including logistics, room set up and the provision of refreshments, stationery and equipment required for successful delivery.
  • Support with the administration and running of the in-house employee training system that addresses company training.
  • Delivery will require a consistently high standard of administration and non -administration activities.
  • Maintain, update & create SharePoint sites.
  • Organise and participate in HR Network sessions.
  • Attend company events and recruitment fairs, assisting with organising, set up and delivery as required.

 

Profile

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
 

  • Ability to set up systems, spreadsheets and competently undertake the monitoring and analysis of information.
  • Competent and proficient in Microsoft Office packages especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and to explain and support learners using understandable terminology to non-IT personnel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to operate within tight deadlines and manage several work activities at any one time
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise work with minimum notice
  • Ability to manage own workload to achieve set targets and deadlines
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders
