We are looking for a Director of the company in charge to deliver the IT services for the Asia region of the Soletanche Freyssinet Group in coordination with the central teams based in Europe.

Main missions : Deliver the IT services (IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Applications) for the Asia region (mainly : Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam) of the Soletanche Freyssinet Group in coordination with the central teams based in Europe

PERMANENT MISSIONS :

IT Operations – Run & Projects : 

• Contribute to the definition of the group strategy
• Deliver group projects for the region in coordination with the central teams
• Identify, qualify, plan and deliver local projects to address regional requirements
• Deliver the run activities according to the group standards
• Identify, qualify plan and execute any other local run activity to address regional requirements
• Report from a functional perspective to the group CTO

Cybersecurity :

• Coordinate with group cybersecurity teams
• Ensure the proper implementation of group cybersecurity standards for the region
• Manage cyber security issues related to the region identified by the teams or raised by the central teams
• Report from a functional perspective to the group CISO

Apps : 

• Promote the group apps to the BU located in the region
• Work with business sponsors and with central apps teams to roll out group apps
• Ensure first level of change management and support for group apps in the region
• Report from a functional perspective to the apps director

Finance & Administration :

• Manage budget & reforecasts of the entity towards regional business sponsors and group CIOs
• Manage any administrative task (with the support of local accounting, financial and human resources teams) related to the entity

Hierarchical reporting: CIO of the Soletanche Freyssinet Group        Functional reporting: Group CTO, CISO and Apps directors

Experience :

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT
• Experience in international context appreciated
• Management of teams
• Management of budgets
• If not already familiar with all scope described, Priority is: 1. IT Operations / 2. Cybersecurity / 3. Apps
