Description of the assignment
Your missions ?
As an Office Manager / HR Officer, you will act as the right hand of the General Manager and a true cornerstone of the organization.
You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company while contributing to the structuring of administrative, HR, and financial processes.
This is a cross-functional and strategic role built on trust, discretion, and proactivity.
Your main responsibilities with us :
Executive support to the General Manager :
- Managing and optimizing the GM’s agenda
- Organizing travel and key events
- Preparing and following up on strategic meetings
- Drafting materials (emails, presentations, notes)
- Tracking priorities, deadlines, and decisions
You are at the heart of decision-making and facilitate leadership effectiveness.
Office management & internal operations :
- Coordinating office life (Bucharest & Cluj)
- Managing suppliers and office resources
- Organizing team travel and internal events
- Overseeing supplies and general services
You create a smooth, structured, and positive work environment.
HR administration :
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records
- Supporting recruitment (CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Managing leave, absences, and payroll inputs
- Contributing to HR processes and internal communication
You play a direct role in employee experience.
Financial support :
- Tracking invoices and expense reports
- Liaising with accounting
- Monitoring payments and deadlines
You help ensure reliable and efficient administrative processes.
Profile
The profile we are looking for :
You are organized, reliable, and proactive, with a strong service mindset.
Your strengths :
- 3–5 years of experience in office management, executive support, or HR
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of HR administration and general business operation
