The VINCI Energies Academy consists of an Academy Team and a network of local Academies located in eighteen countries. The Academy Team, which reports directly to VINCI Energies’ executive HR Director, has four missions:

·       animation and development of this network,

·       creation and dissemination of VINCI Energies' fundamental training courses combining internal culture aspects as well as skills development

·       steering HR development projects for the whole of VINCI Energies in line with the corporate culture

·       development and deployment of those IT training tools needed for an increasingly collaborative approach to training

 

The local Academies are responsible for providing the fundamental trainings designed by the Academy Team in their country. Nevertheless, the Academy Team provides training directly to VINCI Energies Directors at its Campus in Montesson (78).

 

Description of the assignment

He/she reports to the Director of the VINCI Energies Academy who is also the Chief Learning Officer of VINCI Energies and a member of the Group Management Committee. He/she is in contact with members of the Group's Executive Committee, with operational and HR Directors in VINCI Energies' Divisions, Poles and countries, as well as with a wide range of internal and external experts around the world.

 

Its main missions are to:

·       Create and maintain attractive training courses on subjects defined as fundamental for VINCI Energies and linked to its corporate culture

·       Participate in facilitating training courses for Directors

·       Deploy these training courses and paths throughout VINCI Energies via local Academies and the Human Resources network, working with the sponsors of those courses (Excom members) and operational management line

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Academy's offer by being involved in the Group's HR development initiatives, keeping abreast of Learning & Development innovations and anticipating new training needs

 

The assignment will require occasional travels including to the 18 existing local Academies.

Montesson (78) as the main location and Nanterre-La Défense.

Profile

Profile

Ideally a master degree and over 10 years experience with an expertise in designing blended learning programs, proven experience in delivering face-to-face training courses and managing learning and development projects. This position at the Academy is a gateway to the Group, enabling you to understand its culture and characteristics.

A person with excellent written and oral communication skills, good listening skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships based on trust and mutual cooperation at all levels (From MD to colleagues from the field).

Someone who is both operational and able to take a step back, making complex subjects accessible so that they can be shared widely within the Group.

A person, able to work alone but also efficiently in a team, in team management and networks.

English and French are mandatory, other VINCI Energies languages would be appreciated; German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, …

The ability to learn and use computer tools such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, our TMS (Academy Portal), our LMS (Up!), e.learning creation software, Klaxoon.., is required.
