Location: Actemium Automation Nottingham - Support office (Towcester)


Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, Flexible Hours


Salary Range: £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)

About the role

 

As a Control Systems Engineer at Actemium Automation Nottingham, you'll play a vital role in designing, developing and implementing control systems for industrial automation projects across the East Midlands.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop control solutions for various industrial applications.
  • Design and testing of control systems in accordance with agreed specifications, applicable standards and legislative requirements.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and commissioning activities.
  • Direct liaison with customers and conducting on site visits.

The Person

 

  • Engineering background: degree in Electrical or related field
  • High level of ability to understand and produce control system design documents.
  • Strong understanding of technical project life cycle.
  • Good time management skills, and be able to demonstrate a structured and methodical approach to work
  • Good appreciation of industrial software controls systems
