The Role

We have a requirement within the Chorley Head Office to recruit a Marketing, Communications and Events Administrator on a 12-month contract who will create engaging content to support:

 

Marketing:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.

 

Communications:

  • Draft and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and update the company website and SharePoint.
  • Produce news stories and articles for internal publication.

 

Events Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events and conferences.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders.
  • Manage event budgets and logistics.

Profile

The Person

 

  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a services consultancy or similar business.
    Proven track record of managing events from conception to completion.
  • Experience in drafting and managing communications, both internal and external.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator), Hootsuite and Mailchimp
  • Formal qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or event management an advantage.
