Description of the assignment
Purpose of the job
As the Business Administrator you will perform high level office support and provide specialised project assistance depending on business needs and requirements. This will focus on delivering credit control, and supply chain and procurement activities.
Key Accountabilities
· Perform a wide range of administrative duties including, procurement, and supply chain activities, data entry, and onboarding of new suppliers.
· Supporting project functions relating to procurement and supply chain activities
· Respond to and initiate enquiries (questions regarding purchasing, personnel, facilities, administration, specialised programs, etc.) Explain policies, answer questions, and independently resolve problems whenever feasible.
· Support the supply chain and procurement teams, this includes maintaining supplier performance and assessment records to support project and corporate teams to generate reports.
· To prepare and set up directly engaged consultancy agreements and provide support to HR / Recruitment teams in placing and managing these terms.
· To regularly review the aged debt report, and prioritise the following up of aged items, working with the finance team and project managers and our customers, to minimise the overdue debt.

· GSCE qualifications in Maths and English.
Duties and Requirements
Essential
· MS Office User competent in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
· Experience in business support or administrative work.
· Good, confident, communication skills including verbal and written.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage several tasks at once.
Desirable
· Experience from a nuclear or regulated engineering background will be a distinct advantage within Procurement/Supply Chain.
· Knowledge of contractual agreements.
