Description of the assignment

VINCI Energies, an accelerator of the ecological transition acting on two major changes, energy and digital, generates €20 billion in revenue, with 100,000 employees in 60 countries.

 

The VINCI Energies Academy consists of an Academy Team and a network of local Academies located in eighteen countries. The Academy Team, which reports directly to VINCI Energies’ executive HR Director, has three missions:

- animation and development of this network,

- creation and dissemination of VINCI Energies' fundamental training courses combining internal culture and skills development for all our employees,

- development and deployment of our IT training tools needed for an increasingly collaborative approach to training.

 

Within a small multinational team, we are seeking a Digital Training Tools Project Manager, on a permanent contract, who will report to the Manager of Digital Training Tools and Quality of the Academy Team.

 

Description

The position works closely with VINCI Energies' Human Resources and Information Systems Departments, as well as with our local Academies around the world, our learners, our external solution providers, and subcontractors.

 

Objectives of the mission are:

 

- for our 3 global training tools; a Training Management System (TMS), a Learning Management System (LMS), and a Business Intelligence (BI) for which the VINCI Energies Academy is the tool owner:

o    to promote and ensure their deployment around the world,

o    to supervise their operation,

o    and to contribute to their continuous improvement,

 

- to keep a technical watch on new digital tools for training, and implement them if necessary: virtual or augmented reality, podcasts, evaluation, etc.

 

This mission will include in particular:

- Animation of the worldwide Users' Club for our digital tools and gathering requirements,

- Coordination of functional upgrades to our tools with the IT Department,

- Design and facilitation of co-design workshops,

- Support for Academies, HR managers and users,

- Contribution to the preparation of the annual roadmap and budget.

 

Location

Mainly based in Montesson (Paris Area) – France, accessible by public transport
Occasionally in Nanterre (Paris Business District), VINCI Energies headquarters

Occasional travels in France and abroad are to be expected.

Profile

Profile

  • English, French and a 3rd language with a professional level (C1) imperative. German would be a plus.
  • 5 years of higher education
  • You already have a first experience in IT project management and change management allowing you to demonstrate autonomy
  • Precision and accuracy, capacity to summarize and analyze as well as excellent reporting skills
  • Team player and service mindset, curiosity, adaptability, creativity, good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Cornerstone on Demand is a plus
