Description de la mission

The world’s leading private airport operator, VINCI Airports operates more than 70 airports in 14 countries.

VINCI Airports is currently looking for a Commercial Offer Manager (F/M) to join its HQ in Nanterre (92), France. 

Under the responsibility of the Commercial offer Director, the Commercial offer Manager (F/M) will have the responsibility to manage commercial offer projects for VINCI Airports’ current portfolio of airports as well as to manage extra aeronautical potential evaluation for VINCI Airports’ acquisition targets. Commercial offer activities include retail, food and beverage, services, advertising, both landside and airside (‘In-terminal Services’).

This Manager will lead the development of VINCI Airports commercial network by activating industry players and optimising existing operations either directly or indirectly.

 

As part of the exercise of its function, the Manager will undertake the following:

 

·       Development and implementation of the Group Commercial Strategic plan:

  • Monitoring the strategies, trends and best practices of the airport industry and other reference industries in terms of the applicability to the commercial activities
  • Definition and implementation of the optimisation strategies of our commercial activities with a specific focus on Duty Free, Specialized and General Retail, including expansion / refurbishment projects
  • Identification and development of cross asset synergies with a specific focus In-Terminal.

·       Construction and management of strategic relationships with the commercial partners and operators, in order to contribute to the commercial success, while defining the adequate business model for each business and negotiation of the commercial conditions of each new license, in order to obtain the maximum commercial revenues.

 

·       Support to the Director Business Development through the analysis and opportunity assessment of the commercial aspects (excluding retail and duty free) of all bids.

 

·       Analysis and reporting: KPIs analysis, including revenues to the Airport, revenue sharing levels, the company’s income per passenger, revenue per sqm2, MAG, space productivity, etc.

Profil

  • You have a tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or project management (or similar) discipline.
  • You have a diverse range of experiences working at or with airports across various disciplines such as commercial, operations, marketing, etc
  • Strong knowledge of retail and F&B sector with preferable experience dealing with global airport players, preferably with an extensive business network in the sector.
  • You have successfully managed commercial projects at the airports or similar infrastructure.
  • You enjoy traveling and working in different cultures and locations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis of various data.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Well developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Self starter, highly motivated and disciplined.
  • Curious, efficient, hands on and pro-active.
  • Demonstrated high level conceptual thinking, creativity and analytical skills.
  • Process improvement knowledge with strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly operational but with commercial and communication skills.
  • Team player and leadership skills.
  • Collaborative, engaging and able to build long term relationship.
  • Fluent in English. French, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
