Description of the assignment

You will play a key role in coordinating our communications activities, with a particular focus on the international trade fairs we attend, as well as the internal and external events we organize. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning, logistics, and coordination of events, such as:
    • International B2B exhibitions and conferences
    • Customer events
    • Internal company events
    • Seminars and workshops

  • Contributing to the development of key messages and content tailored for each event, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Updating and creating marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyers, and short videos to effectively support our communication efforts.

Profile

Experience and skills

  • BAC + 4 minimum in Marketing & Communications, Business schools  
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Event / trade fairs management experience
  • Interest for the energy sector
  • Autonomous, dynamic & positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, ability to proof-read and edit information for a range of internal and external communications channels
  • Ability to translate complex idea into a simple message
  • Language: French, English both written and spoken. Another language is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Ability to work in an international network
